The cleanest & neatest Doller Tree I've EVER been in & I've been in several as I live near our Capitol City. I can't say the customer service was as great, as I spoke to the rep at checkout, but didn't get a reply back. I would've given 5 stars otherwise.

The Dollar Tree in Houston, Missouri has the worst customer service of any Dollar Tree I've ever shopped in. Two employees within visual range of the register watched me walk up, but they continued to shop. They have a bell, but they literally saw me, and still didn't come to ring me out.The worst part is this isn't the first time, but who knows because it happens every time I come here. All the gossip you here from the whole crew, including management is bad enough. They do know customers can hear them through the office walls, right?Never again!

Two times now I've stood at the register waiting, employees walking right by the registers and not even glancing at me. The first time 3 employees, including someone that looked higher up, stood within eyesight of the front amd gossiped and carried on while the line was 4 customers deep. Good selection, organized, but very very bad customer relations. Both times I walked out and both times it wasnt acknowledged.

The employees at this store are very nice and helpful. Dollar Tree in general does not replenish items that sell out quickly. They had mini led lights on copper wire. Very popular item which sold out quickly and cannot be found now in any of the DT's in the area or online.

I haven't had a problem at a Dollar Tree ever before. The employees here are terrible and their employment needs to cease.I went to this store today, Monday August 20th, 2018 at about 4:45 pm. All employees there at this time were disrespectful and they were not working. They were joking over the loud speaker, not attending the registers, kept going in and out of the little office all together.When I walked in the store I sneezed and the male employee working yelled, "That's gross, no one is going to buy that." But I did not even sneeze on any products. I wrote it off but then the staff kept yelling at eachother and laughing, and saying inappropriate things on the speaker system.By time we had to check out there was no one at a register or up front. They were all in the little office and then when the male employee came over to the register we went to, the only one with the light on, he shut off the light and said we had to go to another register - this was in a bad taste of tone, he sounded demeaning and at first I couldn't tell if he was joking or not. But he was serious and treating us as if we were stupid. He didn't even apologize for not having the correct register lights on, or for us having to move our products or anything. Just sickly amused.As we had already been waiting there at the register while they were absent and goofing off, and the light was on which indicated us to do so, my mother in line in front of me said she was not going to buy her things because she already waited so she walked away and exited the store.The male employee became EXTREMELY rude at this point. He said, "Well, then get out." I believe there was an explicit swear word in there but I am not certain. I was next at the unmanned register that seemed to be opened but wasn't. I really needed the school supplies I came in to buy so I was going to go through with purchase until that same male employee starting demeaning my mother as she walked out. He said, "Well I'm clocking out and you aren't going to talk to me that way." And the other employees laughed. My mother wasn't rude, or yelling, she just simply said, "Well then I am not going to buy these. I've already been waiting." And she walked away. I am not going to support this behavior from the staff at this store, so even though I needed the items I was going to purchase, I too walked out of the store. I am very upset that I did not catch that male employees name but he was the only male I saw working at the time so his manager will know who he is.I am not going to take such vile rudeness and discontent from a store. This was really disgusting and these people are not doing their jobs and there was no customer service. None.I will be calling the store manager as well as the Dollar Tree corporate office and whoever else I can report this to. I will never go back to this Dollar Tree ever again. And I will always share this experience with anyone who shops at Dollar Tree stores so they know that this location is not to be supported.I couldn't find this location on Yelp but will check again and if they aren't there and they do get one I will make this same review to warn other shoppers.

Everything in the store is literally $1.25 or less. There's a wide selection from clothing and shoes, to makeup, to cooking and baking supplies- from flour and butter and sugar to pans, spatulas, measuring cups, you name it! I absolutely love this store!

Had the rudest manager check us out. She was on her phone and was aggravated that she had to open another register because there were several people waiting with one register open. She was rude to us and the others in line.

I was buying 3 bags of cat litter and the sack that it’s in is very thin. So while I was at the check out, I asked the manager that was checking me, who was named Connie, if she can double bag it. She puts my cat litter on the counter and I go, “could u double bag that for me please.” And she goes, “well I wasn’t planning to.” And I reply back with, “well the bag is very thin and I don’t want the cat little pouring out.” And just gets mad and aggressively throws it into true sack. I will continue to shop here, but I will refuse to be checked out by her. I don’t wanna be checked out by someone so rude

This is a well-kept & clean Dollar Tree. They have a good selection of items (not always the same as other ones!) And things are always tidy. Very polite employees, too.

Great place to find holiday decorations for affordable prices! Most items are not really good quality (typical of dollar stores) but if aren't rough on them, they can last a couple years!

Everything is a dollar. Don't come in and buy something just to complain about the quality. It was a dollar. A pretty good selection of stuff you can get many of your household basics here
