Diane and her team are fantastic with Oreo. He gets excited when I ask him if he wants to go see Diane and Amy. It is too funny to see them altogether. He is shy when he gets there but a completely different dog when he leaves. Thank you all for taking such awesome care of Oreo and helping with his training and socialization skills.

My toy poodle loves going to Diane's. When I tell her we are going to the groomer she gets so excited. In the parking lot she pulls me to the door. All the workers treat the animals with so much kindness. My poodle has been going since she was a puppy.

Diane let some lady(who we do not know) take our dog outside to see her husband. They could have stolen our dog or worse hurt her. She took a ungodly amount of time to groom our 4lbs Schnauzer puppy. And her cut doesn’t even look like she trimmed her skirt and basically shaved her head bald. 0/10 service. Will be telling everyone to never go back.

We were very impressed with Diane's, she was fully booked and yet she still squeezed us in with no prob. Super impressed with the cut our pup received. Will be back, Thank you!

Had 10am appointment for 2 small dogs went to pick them up and they had one done and one not finished at 3:20pm, 5 hrs 90+ degrees outside. Not going back.

Took my dog max in for the first time to a groomer today he was so nervous when we dropped him off ..He camp out Happy and bouncy and looked awesome max is a Schnauzer they done a great job on him .. Max has another appointment already 😊

Brought my golden retriever in, showed pictures and spoke with them about what we wanted. Came back to pick up our dog and he was practically shaved, very patchy, spots where they missed completely, overall not happy with this experience.
