Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I wish the hours were a little earlier and a little later. Some of the prices are more than competitors. I have asked for something a few times that they don't have and more often than not they point me to Walmart.

This place is the worst ever ! Rude sales people , lumber yard help is worthless and rude , you have to be desperate to shop here . My advise is to go to Mountain grove hardware and lumber across from MFA , not Do it bests lumber , they are the same losers as Houston Do it bests.

The staff was great to took with when we bought a riding lawn mower for a buisness however the owner would not honor rax exempt after he deposited the check and before we picked it up he gave us a problem on paying taxes after a tax exempt form was provided to him for his records. We will not be using this store any more to purchase anything for our buisness. It's a shame because we would like to keep buisness local but with owners like this we can not.

The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. We came to get some pipe fittings and an electric heater because of this crazy weather and ended up getting a new washer and dryer. We had planned on getting it elsewhere but the prices were lower and we didn't have to drive far. I noticed that several items I'd purchased at Tru Value last week, were substantially lower in price; here. We will definitely be coming back.

I find myself coming here quite regularly. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the selection is pretty reasonable. From hardware to tools and building materials they seem to have just about everything I need. The prices are definitely a bit higher than your big box stores, but it sure is nice to have a hardware store close by. My only qualms are the high prices and a poor return policy.

For a small town hardware store it is almost never without what I need. I like the general quality of the products available. And the staff is over all friendly always ready with a smile and an offer of help if you need it.

I hate to go there, but it seems like they have the one thing I am sent to get. I find the staff exceptionally hateful and rude except for one lady ( lolli --- my nickname for her) and I hope she knows that she is not included in with the rest. The owner and his side kick are the worst. I don't know how he sleeps at night with the rudeness and the prices he charges. But as wealthy as he is I imagine quite well. So if you can find it somewhere else, keep on going.

CHC has high quality tools and goods right here in town. It's wonderful to not have to drive to Rolla! The staff are very helpful and friendly. Their selection is amazing as well.

I bought a set of mulching blades for a 42 in riding mower.used one time talked with Zack says bring them back we will exchange them that there's a 90 day return come back up next day and get told they will not honor his word he told me.thank do it center you lost a customer I will never buy anything again from Houston do it center.and I will tell everyone of my experience.well I put the orange blades on on my husguvaran mower and guess what no vibration.

They think their the only game in town and treat customers as if they are doing them a favor. The sales staff are rude, impolite, , disrespectful, and uncivil..One day a real lumber yard will move into this little town and they will be out of business.

The staff at CHC is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! I've bought lumber, a chimney setup, wood pellets, and oil lamp wicks here. They've got everything!

Large selection and decent prices for the area, the employees could be more knowledgeable about certain things and less rude. They have high quality Lumber and other items to build just about anything.
