I love Cierra and the other employees, but that new employee working today was the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. Flipping her wrist and literally dropping my items into the bag like I made her mad because I wouldn’t use the self check outs or something. Complaining about her husband while stocking shelves, and acting like I wanted her to pull a tooth to do another transaction so I could get $10 more cash back. Literally rudest person ever. Maybe you shouldn’t work in the public if you’re that miserable about life.

Stopped in DG to get a few things on my way home few people in like looking to buy milk and they was out. People was upset with the guy at register(Matt) I wanna say not his fault people:/. He is really nice and I wanna thank him for his work!!!He seems to try hard

Depending on your location most of time the workers are very nice and willing to help when you need and don't make you feel like your bothering them. It definitely has essentials and last minute items. It's perfect for quick errand runs.

This is the cleanest DG I have been in and I frequent these stores because of the fair pricing and great sales. Sadly though, that would be the only positive thing I can say about this store. The customer service is one of the poorest I've experienced. From the cashiers to the management. I am not one to be intimidated so despite this significant flaw I still shop here as it is close and convenient for me. I have spoke my mind to the point that I no longer hear the frequent comment when walking in the store 15-30 min before close (the only time I can go in during the week mind you), I was always greeted as follows: "You will need to hurry, we are closing right now", "You only have ___min so you might want to come back tomorrow", and my all time favorite..."Do you know what time it is?". Each time looking at their watch. I didn't say anything the first few times. Then came the one time I was asked if I knew what time it was, that was the last straw. I made it very clear the the cashier and manager that I know exactly what time it is, I also have never walked out of that store a min after closing so I told them also that if I hear another comment like this again, I will see to it that corporate is aware of the complete disrespect shown to customers at this location. The store closes at 10:00p.m. and anyone can walk in the doors until that time. If there is an issue with that then these employees do not need to be working there,. I understand if a polite comment is made when someone is shopping after close but not a min sooner. I still hear them saying these things to other customers on occasion. It certainly needs to be addressed if this store aims to be successful. Thank you

It's been really good to have a store nearby. Yesterday we discovered that we needed more Christmas tablecloths for our church's banquet. We were able to find them here instead of making a trip to Kearney. It's so handy to grab milk and other needed items. Love the greeting cards here and they are much cheaper than Walmart. The only downside is too much stock in the aisles at times.

Employees are very friendly and helpful at this location. BUT!!! It takes forever to pay for your stuff. It doesn't matter if you are only buying one item or 10. Or it doesn't matter if the line is long or not. Their computer / register system is so slow. I've been in this particular location numerous of times and I would say 5 out of 10 times the computer freezes and they have to reboot it.

Worst customer service! The manager was speed walking up and down the isles yelling at the top of her lungs "IT'S CLOSING TIME EVERYONE NEEDS TO GET OUT NOW!" When I approached her about her being rude she got even nastier...my experience there was not a good one. Some people shouldn't be given management positions due to the fact they are there for the "power" instead of showing other employees how to do their job properly. I don't believe yelling at customers was anywhere in your job description...

Saves me time , which is my #1 Priority! I appreciate having Dollar general within 2 1/2 miles of my home vs. driving 10 miles to a store. They have a wide variety of items and I can zip in, pick things up and zip out within minutes vs. planning a stop in Kearney. Very Glad they are in the area, would love it if they expended to produce too!

It was terrible. People in there not wearing masks dirty handling all kinds of stuff talking and sneezing and spitting on each other period when I asked the checkout person about why the mandatory use of a mask was not enforced I was told that corporate would not let them enforce the mandatory use and wear of a mask. I think it is pretty crummy poor business. I will be contacting the corporate headquarters as well as the local Health department in regards to the situation.

Very clean and well stocked store. I purchased a box of DG ibuprofen pm version on accident and had to return it but it also had expired 3 months ago. Check the expiration dates prior to purchase. They were kind enough to make the exchange and give me a gift card for the inconvenience.

Cierra has one of the worst Dollar Generals I have ever seen. The store is never organized even though its just been remodeled. Would not recommend shopping here at all.

Dollar store at north oak and cookingham still dirty and unkempt . When you go by there employee is always standing by side of store smoking. Store in holt is pretty well kept up have good mark downs ,toilets could be cleaner and work better. Store is to small for all the people that shop there.

Pretty good selection and well cleaned. You can find a little bit of everything. Everything seemed to be priced well and stocked. Overall a great little store to stop in for one off items and quick shopping.

Cashier Luke needs to be fired. Just left that store and he was my cashier. He was slamming my items around as he scanned them, without regard for fragile items. If you cannot take the pressure during the holidays, then dont work friggen retail !! What a jerk

The last 3 times I have been here there has only been one cashier open. The lines were from 6-11 customers on the 3 visits. I left without making a purchase and dont plan to go back.

I love having the store nearby, but they regularly close before their actual posted closing time which is really frustrating. I’ve stopped by two or three times 5 to 10 mins before they close and they’ve already got the doors locked.

Tried to return a faulty AmeriGas propane tank. Got a sympathetic shrug and a sorry. No refund and I still have the faulty tank.
