Just want to say that Deb is a fantastic cashier. She helped to complete my check out faster than any other Walgreens cashier I have seen. It is very much appreciated, especially on days with crowded lines and given how many businesses are currently facing staffing shortages. This is always a great Walgreens location to shop at.

Walgreens suddenly did not stock a medication that I filled there for years. It became a huge hassle every month which left me invariably without my medication for days. Every month I got conflicting stories of why this was happening suddenly and absolutely no concern and sometimes I even got attitude. After six months of this I left Walgreens. I had been a customer since the day they opened their door in Nixa Mo. They stopped working or caring about me. I wish better luck.

Piss poor pharmacy customer service and hands down one of the SLOWEST pharmacies I have EVER dealt with in regards to filling prescriptions in a decent time. Clearly needs new management. Case in point ridiculous long pharmacy line

Minus 5.They have the lowest price for my prescription using Good rx BUT!!!!Phone system constantly malfunctioning, pricing higher on there Good rx then posted on my phones Good Rx price, Ridiculous long lines inside and in drive through, Un filled prescriptions after I was texted they were ready, Understaffed, and did I say there phone system is a joke. Good luck reaching pharmacy or pharmacist to request refill or a question on phone system.I finally decided 5 dollars cheaper then Walmart was not worth the TERRIBLE service I get from this pharmacy. Staff was always ok probably not their fault. Walgreens corporate and management is just not supporting this pharmacies staffing needs.

They can't get prescriptions ready in a reasonable time frame.... ever. If you go to the window after waiting 3 days for important medications, they just look at you like it's your fault. Go to CVS or Cox for medication needs. If you need a soda or candy maybe this location is ok. But, not for prescriptions.

1. They can NEVER find my prescription because they say someone else put it in the wrong place. 2. I can never get my (very common) blood pressure prescription right away because it is delivered to them from another pharmacy. 3. THEY ARE ALWAYS "TEMPORARILY CLOSED" DURING POSTED HOURS MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO PICK UP ANY PRESCRIPTIONS. Stay very far away from this pharmacy. Incompetence like this is going to get someone hurt!

I hate writing these bc I work in the public so when the cashier's r rude & most of them are, I look past it. But last night was 1 of the worst experiences I've had there. I shop here all the time. Multiple times a week, I'm a rewards member & I coupon here every week. I spend a lot of money. Last night was no different. Ran in to get stuff for my husbands toothache ended up spending almost $100 I got 2 of 2 different things bc they were BOGO free. I got 1 bottle of ibuprofen. They were 8.99 or 2 for 16. Either way that's to expensive so I just got 1. I felt my total was off so I went to my car looked at my receipt & went back in bc I was charged for 2 of them. She was rude from the jump & basically called me a liar. I explained that no I didn't get 2. I got 2 orajel, 2 protein powder but 1 of those. At that point who I assume was a manager came over. I started explaining when she again said she said she didn't get 2 but she did. Again calling me a liar. I went back out got my bags he looked thru some of it and refunded my money but I think he thought I was lying to. Blows my mind that they think after spending so much in this store having so many rewards in my account that I can use to pay and spending almost $100 I went out took out a bottle of ibuprofen and decided to come in, lie and get it for free. I try to just ship stay quiet and leave bc there r only 2 nice ones that I've met and 1 is a higher up manager there. If I go back & she's there I'll leave and come back when she's not bc I never want to deal with her again.

I called all day trying to respond to a text Walgreens sent me saying they were having trouble filling the prescriptionmy. I tried all day to get help from someone there but they never would help. I was on hold multiple times for 30 minutes then they answered and put me on hold until the back up ring started ringing . It rang forever then someone answered and put me right back on hold then I waited forever and the backup ringing started forever again but when they answered then hung up on me. I've spent hours on the phone and now they're on lunch so I had my Dr. call it in to CVS where I'll have to pay more but at least they answer the phone right away every time. I know they had my phone number through all of this because they texted me to start with. Terrible phone system and customer service.

Never enough staff to smoothly handle the volume of customers. We all have to line up , single file, backed up down the nearest aisle. The customers who I always visit with agree that Walgreens and CVS operate like the government. They have all the clout and know that whether you have good customer service or not, there's still, effectively, only one of two places you can go. So the customers have no recourse... except these surveys.

Personally if I could give a review of 0 I would. I was seen in the ER and my prescription was sent in to this Walgreens and it was sent in around 2pm today and my prescription as of 4:30pm still has not been entered into their system. I do know that they have received it because the ER sent it two times to make sure. I ended up going to the Branson Walgreens and was told because of the type of RX it couldnt be transferred to get it filled and while on the phone the Hollister Walgreens said they had someone entering RXs but would find mine and have it ready to in 30-45 minutes and of course its been that and still no text saying its been entered or anything. I definitely wont be using this Walgreens again. Oh and they do not answer the phone so that is a good indication to go somewhere else.

Worst pharmacy ever my wife Is epileptic and we usually have to come 2 or 3 Times a month Just to get all of her meds so she don't have a seizure that and they always call and say their full and then we get here and they're not and we live over 20 minutes away then We have to wait to get a partial fill come back. And a few days get more of the partial and come back a third time

This particular location is great because of the people. It can get busy but they always handle their business. One tech even told me "Please don't think I'm rude, because I'm going to run 2 lines and seem short with you". She wasn't rude at all. She handled her business and had us all out of there within 10 minutes. I wish I caught her name. Taller, maybe 40. Dark hair and glasses. Very knowledgeable and good at her job. Anyway I've never had issues here in the Hollister MO location. I drive an HOUR to go here that's how good it is.

Pharmacy couldn't fill the prescription because of a DEA # of the prescribing doctor. Wrong. My neurologist had to call the pharmacy to prove his number is valid and the pharmacist said it was a mistake on her part. Fine. Went back to get the prescription and now it has to be ordered. This is not a order for tylenol it's a very important seizure medication. They don't care.

Walgreens is my go to, for prescriptions. But lately I’m waiting in the drive up line, for 40 minutes, or being required to stand in line, for 40 minutes. I see people calling their insurance companies, doctors, etc while others wait in line for a quick pick up. Today my prescription wasn’t ready and I was asked to drive around, I refused and they had my prescription filled in 3 minutes. Time for some consistency. And decent wages that draw employees.

This is a sorry excuse for a pharmacy zero comunication with customers auto refill is a joke. Eait time on phone is 15 min usually just to talk to someone. They empose their view on what meds you should get no matter how long you and your Dr have worked to get your meds right.

The staff at the pharmacy are always kind and pleasant as well as all the employees at the Walgreens on industrial Park Drive in Branson in Missouri. The pharmacy staff is always knowledgeable about the medications I get from them as well as giving me suggestions on what I might take over-the-counter to help as well! Good job, Walgreens!

This will be my first Google review ever. But after the unprofessional, disregarding attitude of a particular pharmacy (drive-thru) attendant, I thought it necessary... Customer service isn't always easy but a large majority of your customers are coming straight from the hospital for medication. The last thing they need is someone who seems irritated or put out by general questions. You maybe be ask the same questions a hundred times a day but it's probably the first for the person asking. When ask what the ETA for a prescription was, we were told "How ever long it takes you to get back in line and come back around to my window..."

The staff in the pharmacy is either incompetent or lazy. They tell you one thing on the phone, its another in store. Every. Single. Time. I absolutely loathe this place. They discriminate against people for the prescriptions they get. Constantly on hold for 30 minutes or more. Been waiting over 8 hours for one prescription.Update: October 25 7:20. I just stood in this store waiting for someone to even acknowledge us at the pharmacy counter and they just ignored us like we were invisible for about 10 minutes or so. They wouldn't answer the phone, so we came down here and then they just ignored us. This is kinda ridiculous. Every time we come here I have a negative experience, even though I come in every time literally hoping for the best and to have as least stressful as possible of a stop and then I leave wondering why I hold that expectation. Not even a "I'll be with you in a moment" nope, just helped the people in front of us and then walked away and ignored us for 10 minutes, her and the gentleman who I assume is the lead pharmacy tech. This pharmacy used to be great, now it's my monthly thorn in my side.

There is a problem with customer service here. I show up at 1:29 knowing that the prescription is ready for pick-up and unaware that meal break is 1:30. When I get to the "wait here" sign a lady comes out from behind the counter and says flatly "We're closed", nothing else, no "Sorry but we're taking our meal break" or "Alright we'll get you out of here but try to remember next time." Nothing but "We're closed" as she is walking away, I don't think she even looked at me. The meal break starts at 1:30, I understand this now but it would have taken less than a minute to get me the prescription and have me on my way. Customer service handled extremely poorly. Get a grip.

This place is so disorganized, if they tell you your perscription will be done at a certain time be prepared to wait an extra 2-3 hours. $40 for eye drops that I got for $5 at the coxhealth pharmacy. Ridiculous...

The staff is horrible, except Danielle (the only one with an iq over 10). Worst customer service I've ever experienced...ever! The drive thru is always slow and forget trying to call the pharmacy. I was a long time CASH customer but no more. Lakeland Pharmacy is so much better, faster and they appreciate your business! Walgreens should be ashamed!

Our regular pharmacist from our home state called in a 5 day prescription which consists of 10 pills. They were called 2 hrs prior us going there. When we went in to pick it up they stated they had no record of it. I called our pharmacist back and he gave me name of the pharmacist whom he spoke to and I went back in and stated that our pharmacist spoke to that person. The gal checking out looked again after I gave the pharmacists name that our pharmacist talked to and it was laying on the counter next to where the Pharmacist was standing at the computer it was supposed to be entered into. It took another hour for us to actually be checked out with it. I don’t recommend going there. Seems like they don’t communicate with each other and don’t care how long people wait. Another guy there was sitting and waited 45 minutes for a flu shot. When he went up to ask how long it would still be as he had already waited a long time the gal in the pharmacy told him that she had his info laying there and they thought he had left. He said “I’ve been siting here for 45 min!” Bad service.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. They are disorganized and take forever. I've come three times with a Line over 40 mins long and one person is working. Avoid this place at all cost.

We were recently in Hollister on family vacation. My husband had forgotten the needles for his diabetic pin. The pharmacy at Walgreens was very helpful and fixed us right up with the correct needles we needed. We so appreciate them for helping us out. 😁
