Sonic as a whole has Good food. This location has piss poor service. EVERY sonic I have ever been to will allow us to substitute popcorn chicken on the wacky pack chicken tenders meal. This location can't because of "price differnece". You obviously don't know your product or cost. A chicken tender wacky pack ranges $4.99 -$6.99 depending on location. A popcorn chicken ranges $1.49 - $6.99. You have to be dumb not to allow that substitution when you could be profiting $3 - $4 minus your wholesale cost. Dumb....

We eat at this sonic very often and we can only say good things about here! The food is always hot and fresh. And the ice cream machine is never broken. Haha! The car hops are always so nice and helpful. I love how they are almost always smiling! Please visit this sonic, you won't regret it! I'm not a paid for advertiser. I promise. Just had the most awful customer service I think I’ve ever had while trying to order. App wasn’t working for some reason so I couldn’t get the half off cheeseburgers so I tried to get in person. Was told it wasn’t possible that there’s no way to do it. But last week I had the assistant manager I believe come out to see the issue and had no problem giving me it. Then Bethany I believe who I was talking to back tracked and said well it’s a no tonight and it’s not happening. Who ever was in charge tonight didn’t bother coming out to talk or see the issue as proof. They just said have a good night a sarcastic manner and left.

I love this Sonic. The best part is, well everything. It is clean inside and out, the hops are friendly, the service is quick, and I can read my order on the advanced order screens at every stall. They honor the app pay option even in drive thru. Pretty awesome place to eat. I love it!

We stopped here for a quick bite before heading to a show. We ordered a wide variety of foods to feed the family.I personally ordered the mozzarella sticks and verbally requested the marinara sauce it says it comes with to the nice lady who was taking our order.All of our food came out, though it took a bit because it was their lunch rush, which is not a problem.Upon dividing up what everyone had ordered, I discover my sauce was not included.I hit the red button to request my sauce for a second time and it sat flashing.10 minutes later, my father-in-law took it upon himself to walk up to the building and request the sauce.Upon him getting back in the vehicle, an attendant finally answered my page. When I didn't answer the first time, due to my window being rolled up, so, she took it upon herself to scream at me.We will not be giving this place our business again.It may seem trivial, but we should not have to request for a sauce to be given, not once, but twice, that says it's included with the item on the menu.And to be met with such a poor attitude from the staff is unbecoming.

I was so excited about the Cranberry slushy and tator tots that I ordered. The employee was very friendly but that's as far as the compliments go. The slushy didn't have enough juice to turn the ice pink and the tator tots were very dark in color and tasted like yesterday's fish fry grease. Normally I would have taken the items back but I was already on the freeway. So I don't know if I'm gonna try this location again. I'm hoping it was a fluke and the fry oil has been filtered. But I'm sure that it will be a little while before I return.

We love Sonic and frequently visit many of them when traveling. This is absolutely one of the worst that we have visited. The operator was rude when ordering, she could not understand my husband when he was ordering and she became snippy with him. He asked for a senior coffee and she informed him there was no such thing (all of the other Sonics have coffee for seniors) She displayed ugly attitude and high agitation with him. We left the drive in and decided we would NOT visit this restaurant again.

Ordered a breakfast burrito and received this. The eggs were not scrambled and has a chopped up sausage patty on it. The reason I noticed something was wrong was because it wasn't even really wrapped. This is ridiculous!

I ordered cheddar bites from sonic, I pulled up to the window and when I got my food I realized that I actually meant to order cheddar peppers. When I told the lady at the window that I had accidentally ordered the wrong thing, the manager immediately comes to the window. I explain to him the same thing and he started acting very defensive. He was like, “are you sure, because I read you back the order and you confirmed.” I had already admitted to making the mistake, and I feel like he was trying to intimidate me rather than resolve the issue. This manager made me feel super uncomfortable and was acting like remaking the food was a huge inconvenience for them (there was one other person in the drive through line.) I work in the service industry would NEVER treat a customer the way I was treated by this manager, especially when I was super polite and apologetic about the issue.

Just went to the Hollister Missouri sonic5/23/19 9: 20pm. I ordered a snickers blizzard with extra topping and mozzarella sticks and a cheeseburger. I live 4 min from the sonic and have air conditioned car. The blizzard was milk when I got home. There was hardly any snickers in it let alone extra and the mozzarella sticks were so old I could not break them in half. Reheating them in the air fryer at home didn’t even work. This is the only sonic in my area. I would go to another one if I had the option because I always have problems with this one.
