Went to Walmart first shopping for a new Gas grill the person working in the garden center was no where to be found after chasing some other person down I finally got to ask about a new Gas grill and ask if you can get one already assembled and he said I'll call a manager who said no way so I said I'll go elsewhere. I arrived at Lowe's in Hollister and saw several Grills already assembled and ready for purchase I went inside and WOW what a difference a great young man said I'll go get the keys and be right there pull up close and I'll get it loaded up for you. Thanks Lowe's for having employees with customer service skills your awesome 😎.

This was a brand new 9k golf cart, we found this under the seats when removing the plastic that was supposed to protect it. Customer service on phone was little help, the store was way WORSE! No offer to replace, to come pick it up, to offer discount or gift card for the trailer rental or gas we used to get this 45 min each way to our house... store manager would not come and talk to us. Young guy at customer service said he could do nothing for me and would not get a manager. Then said it was because if how I acted. I never raised my voice, never used bad language, only asked to talk to a manager. They could of offered to pick up, to replace next day, along with many other things...Again, this was a NEW, NEVER USED ITEM....There are other home improvement and hardware stores out there,...Very Disappointed....I was not able to comment on the response below. The number is the generic customer care number. She documented everything that happened but could not do anything else for me. Hopefully, no one else has to go through all of this in the future although my expectations are low that anything is done based on previous experience.

They are always very helpful when I'm shopping for the salt for my water softener. I'm a little disabled, having difficulty with the weight of these bags. The workers are always happy to load them into my SUV for me.

No cashiers. Went to put in my phone number for the discount at the self-checkout, and suddenly they wanted to scan my driver's license. Sorry not happening. I never let anyone scan my license. Probably not going to shop here anymore. Menards is just across the road.

I like Lowe's and it is one of my favorite lumber and hardware stores. This location has a lot of different merchandise and seems to serve the busy contractor base very well. My only complaint is that too many aisles were somewhat cluttered. This can be easily improved and make for a better customer experience.

I went there to pick up a bucket to work with the misting fan I bought for softball. The bucket was no issue. They had plenty. I did, however, have to grab a knife to cut a hole in the lid to feed the hose into the bucket.The guy working tools (never caught his name but he was great I was there around noon on July 3rd) asked if I needed help and I told him I needed a knife to put a hole in the bucket lid. He asked "do you need a knife or a hole in the lid?" I told him I just needed a hole and he said... "follow me."He brought me to a giant toolbox with tons of stuff... he found a bit that looked to be the size we needed and he drilled the most awesome hole in the lid. Look at the picture. LOOK AT IT!!!!Unfortunately it was too small and I had to open it up a smidge but hey. That original hole was flippin sweet!Thanks again for going above and beyond

Why have your vacuums locked in a case if three separate employees that were asked to come unlock the case can’t seem to find the time to make their way back to unlock it for a customer?! I mean really, Lowe’s isn’t even that busy of a store. Everybody prefers to go to Menards or Home Depot anyway, which is why we decided to stop here today. I’ll go purchase my vacuum from Home Depot. This place is full of unprofessional lazy individuals that don’t seem too concerned about making a sale.

I like the guys who help load. The customer service department is extremely lazy and unprofessional. I don't know if they are trained to not do returns or if they are just lazy. I spend over 80k a year in hardware stores, due to my work. From here on out I'll either go to another location or just take my money to home depot.

After years of sending my employees to pick up materials and doing phone sales, this store has decided to not do phone sales any more.I spent over $500k on materials last year but I will not be buying anything at lowes as long as this is thier policy.

Hardly ever have what I need, picking out tile for shower and 90% is special order and take a week or two to get to the store. Always short on help. Hope my customers start using Menards.

What ever you do don't try calling them, It would seem that no one there is qualified to answer the phones. Not only do you sit on hold or listen to the ringing but then they just hang up on you!

The purchasing experience was great for a refrigerator. The trouble started with delivery. I was informed it would be the following day from 8-12, and I received a call at 11 that they had an issue with a driver, and they didn't know when it would be delivered. I received a call after 2 and was told it would now be between 3:30 and 7:30; however, the driver called at 3 and said he would be there in 45 minutes. After waiting two hours and having removed my food from the refrigerator, they arrived, but did not show up with everything necessary for the installation of the ice maker. They did not clean up after themselves and ultimately could not figure out how to level the refrigerator, which I had to do. So, after spending the entire day waiting for this delivery, I am now expected to wait for another "window" of time for them to show up and finish what should have been completed the first time. Finally, Lowes Customer Service's solution for my inconvenience was unacceptable.

Clean store, friendly staff. This time the pvc plumbing section could use some help. Was not impressed when trying to find a certain item, they had it just was higher and still in shipping box, and the associate kept trying to push a higher priced item.

I am at Lowes, no one is assisting me or asking to help me as I am standing around waiting. Maybe it's because they think all the junk around this counter is something I am going to buy. LOL! Way to messy. Taking up all the customer space.I asked two associates to please find someone who could help me in this department. A young man came over. He ended up calling an Assistant Manager. She respounded quickly to the call for assistance. I explained my product perdicament. Neither one ever apologized for the defective merchandise I was sold. In fact, they immediately stated they can't do anything because the liability is on the manufacturer. She pulled up a phone number and gave it to me. I asked a question and again created more distance between Lowe's & the manufacturer stating she couldn't answer anything or even speculate any kind of process. I felt like here we provided you with a phone number & rest is your problem so get out of here & good luck because this is all we are going to do for you.Such poor customer service! I felt left hanging & they didn't care at all. Why weren't they able to exchange it for me? They should take it up with the company they represent by selling their product and represent their customer.Not has changed.

If you want poor customer service, Hollister Lowe’s is the place for you. Visit Audrey at the customer service desk to experience her rude & unprofessional attitude. Hang around to hear her sing a song to herself out loud while she struggles (and I do mean struggles) to count the cash & coins you give her. The .36 cents in coins is where she really bogs down. Watch her speak rudely to a customer that walks by. If you’re lucky you’ll get to your car with your single item and realize you bought a damaged one and you get to go back in and experience her ineptitude again! Live through her cash handling expertise again, while she counts out the same amount again (damn those coins!). Of course she sings out loud to herself - again - while clutching the cash refund in her hand. Then you get to watch her re-ring the same item and ever so slowly count the cash back into the drawer, always pausing over those pesky three coins. Then she sends you off with a sarcastic “Have a blessed evening” and you are finally free of her. Have any complaints? Don’t bother. Call the store and ask to speak to the manager so they can hang up on you - repeatedly. Look at the other reviews online for this store. They don’t care and you would be better served going to Menards down the road.

Fall is our favorite season in the Ozarks and thanks to Homer our wonderful self check cashier it was a fun event! Lowes had everything we needed for this fall planting season and great prices! Bryce helped load our purchase of Mulch to top off agreat experience! THANK YOU

I have found everything I needed at Lowe's including plastic for last winter and stuff for the spring and soon I'll be looking for stuff for the fall for the house and also the prices are compatible and even cheaper some of the other stores of the same quality in the same values in the hard where departments I found a very competitive which is good because I live close to Lowe's and I don't have to fight all of the traffic and go to other places or bigger cities and in my case get lost I would probably get lost so this makes it real convenient to be close to where I live.. and thank you for your time sincerely Roy Leonardo York 2nd

I’m disappointed with Lowe’s customer service. You can’t return anything after 30 days, and if you’re a contractor with a lot of new items, sometimes it can be painful.

The bathrooms are closed and all the signs tell you to go to the garden department outside. Then you get to the garden department and it tells you to go to the main exit. They placed the bathrooms on the far side of the garden section. Don’t expect snd air conditioning in them either it’s about 102 in there. Do better Lowes!!
