I visit this location very regularly, almost daily, to get gas, drinks, food & snacks, and vape products, etc. Overall not a bad convenience store, but there are some things that need to be tended to. Most of the staff seem nice with the exception of one man I don't know his name but it always seems he's in a bad mood and is just never pleasant. When they first came out with the Reese's cookies they were absolutely delicious. But after the first time I got one they have been burnt and hard ever since. Every single time I go in there I try to get them and every single time they are overcooked and hard and just not good. I wish they would fix this. I guess I'll just have to keep going to Casey's for their Reese's cookies because they are always spot on.

I stopped in on Sunday April 7th, 2024 for gas and unfortunately had an interaction with cashier, Troy. Letting someone who puts forth no effort to help the customers, lacks professionalism, and has a condescending attitude be the face of your company is repulsive. He's unfortunately the first person I saw walking in to your establishment and the last person I saw when leaving your establishment. I've never had a negative experience there and everyone has always been lovely, but Troy has ruined it for me. He needs fired!

Superb location. The establishment is very clean and organized. The staff is very kind. Chris helped me. He's extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Seriously. The man has to be a local legend for knowledge. I feel as if we have known each other for many moons and on multiple occasions he has imparted his vast Ozarks knowledge upon me. I sit listening with bated breath and just as I believe I will pass out he hits me with the local lore and I exhale in wonderment. How do you do it?!The breakfast sandwiches are excellent. Highly recommend.

Pump wouldn’t accept a card . Freezing this morning . Go inside to and let them know that that pump is not working the employee could not be any router or care any less. I told her maybe you should put a sign on it and she rolled her eyes. Had to go back to get my change, and it was even worse. Customer service at that store is ridiculous. AND PUMPS DONT WORK .

When it comes to top notch customer service, reliability and above average standards this is where I go! Kum & Go is the standard for excellence in this area and this store always checks those boxes. If it's a quick stop for a beverage or gas I look no further then this amazing location!

I love this location! Ive being going here for years and have had excellent service every time and its been impeccably clean every single time! They make wonderful food and have a wonderful selection of drinks too. Thank you Kum & Go staff!!!!

Tried to use the Amazon Hub service at this location. There was a glitch for Amazon/USPS where the package was delivered, but not updated back to Amazon. Not a big deal, but while on the phone with customer service for Amazon, the rep TRIED to work with the store attendant. He wouldn't even let the Amazon rep speak, and kept talking over the rep as she was trying to explain how to get around the issue. The attendant was incompetent to deal with any situation that was out of the "normal". Very disappointing, because I needed the charger that was being delivered. I walked away empty handed.Mr. "J" could use a lesson in customer service, and interpersonal skills.

What do you need during a day of Christmas shopping? A HOT DOG!!! We can always get a great hot dog with all the fixings! Kum & Go usually has a good combo price as well! Great place to grab a bite to eat while your out and about!!

The COFFEE is freshly ground and brewed by you. Love it. Machines for cream & whip topping. Sugar-free syrups and regular. Going back today for coffee.

I probably will not be coming here again they took the last of my money out that was on my account and now I have no money for gas and they told me I was beat until the money gets back on my account at some point and now I have run out of gas. Thank you for making me wait over 15 minutes just to be told to kick rocks
