The woman who helped us is awesome! I think her name’s Debra. So sweet & helpful from the moment we walked in until we left. She could tell I had my hands full carrying a toddler, and offered to put a few items in my basket. She showed the same customer service to everyone else who came in while we were there. I’ve never met a dollar general employee who did their job so well. Her kindness made my day a whole lot better :)

Awesome place love the people here they are always upbeat and today Jacob my cashier asked if I had a coupon for my diapers and I said no I don’t know much about the app he pulled his phone out and showed me all kinds of coils things on the app including how to scan an item to see if the store has any coupons at that time absolutely awesome person thanks again Jacob I sure wish there were more of you in the customer service business 😊

The lady who helped us was one of the friendliest we've ever been helped by at any store. I don't know what they're doing to train the people in this shopping area (see my Country Mart review), but it's working! The store is unorganized and cramped, but I'd shop here on repeat just for the friendly people.

This particular Dollar General store seems to be both better stocked and cleaner than some of the other ones I have previously visited.Staff person was friendly and very helpful, but she had a habit of disappearing to the back area of the store which resulted in a short delay in checking out at the register. Perhaps there was only one person on shift... which may have necessitated her doing double duty (stocking and check-out).

I went in tonight for a sale that was going on for paper towels. Unfortunately for me, the paper towels were on sale this week were out and so I went to an associate to see if they were any in the back or was going to get more before the sale was over. The truck with the paper towels wasn’t going to come in time for me (I need towels before the weekend), so the manager helped me out with getting me the same brand towels, different size package and let me get the same deal I had desired. The manger was patient and took her time helping me out and finished with a satisfying result. If you want good prices and a wonderful customer service, I recommend coming to this Dollar General. They just go above and beyond for their customers.

I would say it is ok. Don't know that I would go back. First off we got the wrong appetizer but she left it and said don't worry about it so we thought she was gonna get us the correct one and that one at no charge. But Never got what we ordered and got charged for what we didn't order. My steak was over cooked and potatoes were at best Luke warm. Just wasn't overly pleased. But our lil waitress was great!

I love coming to dollar generals. The problem. With. This location is they have no receiving for new product. They bring the boxes in front door and deposit them in aisles. Therefore you can't get down the aisle or see merchandise displayed behind the stacks of boxes. Otherwise they have a lot of great cards and seasonal merchandise.

Always well stocked. Sometimes the aisles are too crowded with merchandise to navigate. It's awkward getting checked out because they have the cashier stocking in different part of the store and have to wait until they come to the register.

I called to inquire if they had printer paper and the woman on the phone was so kind. She was checking people out and ran over to check if they had any for me. She could have just brushed my question off, but she took the time to go check on it for me! Thanks for the caring customer service!

I've called several times to get my merchandise that I paid for and was not put in my bag. The only reason I really went out tonight. My daughter needed batteries for her new toy and now we do that have them. 😟 I've called ten times and no way to leave a voicemail and no one has answered just really sucks

This is always my first stop before I go to the grocercy store saves us money on a lot of items on our list. They do tend to be busy but are quick to call for another cashier so customers don't have to wait. They are always willing to help you find items your looking for and know where it is even if very busy

The store is always crammed full of inventory that is not put out yet. You can never get down aisles to look for what you want too. Poor management or poor staffing. Don't go here unless it's for an staple item like laundry soap. It's impossible to shop in this store.

This location is always crowded with merchandise cradles wedged into the already narrow passageways. If I need something from the detergents isle, I almost always have to move the cart to get what I want.This complaint isn't based on convenience as much as it is the difficulty in moving these carts when I need something, or pushing through them when I need to go beyond where they reside.I am beginning to wonder if those carts are permanently awaiting destocking, only to never get done.

Employees are always happy and helpful, but the reduced dot pricing is always misleading and confusing! Displays will say 50% off, but everything will be regularly priced except one or two items on the display. Time consuming. But excellent customer service.

Dollar General is becoming one of the number one stores I think they're trying to take over Walmart. There's always some good deals in there you can go in not looking for anything particularly and come out with some great stuff. They're becoming very convenient because there's not too much distance between one and the other

I'm not sure what it is about Dollar General,but no matter what state I'm in they are always disorganized and cluttered. This one is truly no exception to the rule. I tripped several times and could not find what I was looking for. I don't think I will go back to this one specifically. The one over by the Branson Landing is better.

my favorite DG! I love the staff and the store is always super clean! Only issue is that there is no $1 isle just an end cap which never has the items I'm looking for. I have to go to another dg to get the $1 3pk huggies, $1 scott Toilet paper, etc.

This is one of the most disorganized & cluttered stores I've ever been in... nothing is structured or put in its proper place. Boxes of inventory are totally blocking most of the aisles... I gave up & left definitely will not be going back to the Hollister Location until something changes...

I confess I used to look down on DG. Then I softened my opinion when we started camping and no matter where we were, there was a DG for anything we needed. Then we moved to an area whose only economic enterprise was a beer store, a food truck and a DG. Now I LOVE IT!!

Our dollar General is the best stop 3 to4 times a week for that quick item and they usually have it for such a small store they carry alot and love love love when 2 liter bottles of Dr pepper are on sale for 95 cents each

Never easy to get around in there with all the boxes in the aisles. Its a mess with items on the floor. No restroom in there either. Think they need more help. UGH!

Dollar General is a main stop for us. It is located close to our house and we shop frequently. It keeps us from having to make a trip to walmart often. Very convenient!

Lots of inexpensive goods to choose from. The staff is friendly, but often the aisles are cluttered with carts full of products waiting to be shelved.
