This Casey’s just keeps getting worse and worse. Always only one poor cashier, can’t keep help, and every time I order food there’s always a problem. Once we came to pick up and they hadn’t even started. We were 10 minutes late even arriving. This time I ordered curbside through the app, get there and notify the store and wait for 15 minutes, tried calling with no answer, so I went in while sick to collect my own pizza and search for the brownie bites because they didn’t even know they were on the order. Then I get home and find out that they didn’t put the ranch drizzle at all when I asked for extra. And they’re still not answering the phone, so I guess I just have to settle for this $23 disappointment of a pizza because the kid was too busy being outside on his phone smoking cigarettes to be concerned with making sure he fulfills his orders correctly.

Extremely busy…prepaid and pump stopped about $7 short of what I paid (car was still onlyat 1/2 tank). Went inside, waited in line for about 10 mins only to have to go outside and take nozzle out of car. Had to wait in line yet again to be given my money back…instead of giving me the full amount of gas.. left with half a tank and about a half an hour wasted. also, they have bugs on their doughnuts..

We have ordered pizza from this location twice in the last month. They are not giving you the rewards and the guy today refused to let my wife put in our phone number. I am guessing they are stealing the rewards for themselves. Order from the Branson Main St location instead

Employees know about pump issues but can’t be bothered to communicate that to the customer. And I only discovered that after asking why I can’t pump gas. Avoid this location if possible, this has been going on for 3 years

I frequently use Casey's service stations for my fuel purchases, and the occasional snack. I was excited to see a Casey's location only 4 minutes from my new residence, until I stopped there a few times. This is perhaps the most poorly run Casey's I have ever encountered.They consistently have one or more fuel pumps out of service on any given day (and they remain that way sometimes for several weeks). Recently we stopped for fuel, only to find HALF of the pumps out of service. When we tried to get fuel at an "operational" pump, it wouldn't accept the credit card. Another customer attempted to use the same pump and she received the same error message.The store often is not really clean, including the restroom. While many of the staff provide adequate customer service, I have seen some employees that are completely indifferent about their jobs.Management needs to be aware of all aspects of a store's operation, and take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction. This is not the case with this particular store. I will not be returning to this location any time soon.

Me and my boyfriend both had awesome experiences at this Casey’s specifically with the African American man. He was super nice and had a great attitude! Every time we come in he’s been awesome

I ordered pizza here tonight and normally they are really good about making the pizzas. However they had a new guy back there making them tonight and you could clearly tell he hated his job. The quality of the pizzas were horrible! They weren’t done. It was still doughy in the middle of both of them and the cheese bread sticks I ordered were just thrown in the box and the cheese was smashed and they were doughy in the middle as well. I brought them back and the manager gave me a full refund but didn’t have much to say. Take your business to a different Casey’s. This one clearly doesn’t care!

I'd give negative stars to the Hollister location if I could. Ordered a pizza online to pick up on my way home from work. When I got there the Girl "working" the kitchen has her cellphone hooked up to her headphones, and was having a full blown conversation the whole time. After about 10 minutes of waiting patiently I asked if I could have service. She either didn't hear me over her conversation or didn't care to. There were about 5 orders sitting above the oven at this point. I waited patiently another 10-15 minutes before I guess she realized it was her smoke break time without her ever even asking what I needed or making contact. On her way out I asked if she could take a second to see if my order was ready. She rolled her eyes, walked back into the kitchen, grabbed my order, slid it onto the counter. Then walked outside to light up a cigarette and continue her phone conversation. It's a shame they hire such disrespectful people here. Don't waste your time here, go to the Branson one instead.

Went in at 11 45 pm to get some cigarettes and a cookie. One customer ahead of me, 4 other employees in the store , 2 register and I had to wait behind this 1 customer for 10 min. Then it too forever for him to ring up 2 items. Never stop here in a hurry. I thought to point of a convenience store was quick service. Why have 4 employees standing around doing nothing.

Where is the negative 10 star? Second time I've orders here and I wait my 20 minutes go in the store and nobody's even touch the order now my kids again won't get to have the pizza that I promised them because I don't have time to wait longer I can't even get a refund on the payment I made on the Casey's app because the manager is not available so if I'm lucky tomorrow somebody will look at my order ticket and give me a credit I wouldn't go back here ever again Casey's and Hollister do not come back here what a joke I've been calling the store for 15 minutes straight trying to get someone to answer the phone, after I turned my truck around since no one answering to resolve the credit issue,, drive back to the store.. I carry my phone inside the store with it ringing and the phone is not ringing and they don't know why but their phone doesn't ring so tell me how do you order a pizza if their phone doesn't ring how does the store even make any money doesn't the manager have any idea what's going on with the store??? Don'tBother wasting ur time with this store,, go to the one in branson.

I don’t know what it is about the Casey’s corporation with something they do must be working because I have lived around a Casey’s within a block on more than one occasion and every time the people that work there get to know me and are all such a delight to encounter every day. I think there are a lot of companies out there that could take a few notes from these folks. Always friendly, always respectful.Love it.

Does it really take 2 plus weeks to fix the soda fountain machine? Also having people scoop ice from a cooler for their drinks looks like a health code violation to me.

Now if you want some good Pizza, Talk to Tony Frost! He knows what he's doing and can make about anything you desire.... Every time I go into the store he's there. He's dedicated and truly knows this trade. If someone from the corporate office is reviewing this he deserves a raise.! I vote to promote him and have him train some of the other local stores....

Stop here almost everyday before and after work. I love Norma and Rita! My day doesn't feel right if I don't get to see my ladies. Good pizza, clean bathrooms. Nice little gas station.

Chris is our favorite sub maker! This is our favorite Casey's. People are friendly and although everyone is struggling with keeping employees, our Hollister Casey's works as hard as they can to get their jobs done.

This review is only about the gas octane. Their premium is only 89, which is really medium grade. Not cool. We went somewhere else. Otherwise, they're ok on their regular.

Was treated very rudely by one of their new girls was getting cigarettes for my husband she asked for my id had given him money to pay for his but she kept asking for both id's.I know all you need is the person who is buying them not both parties.She then kept raising her voice going hum hum then proceeded to tell me next time you should think before you get here to bring your id.I took my husbands money back and walked out.I've been shopping there for six years never had a problem.But I will not shop there ever again.I don't deserve to be treated with disrespect.

Friendly cashiers and food prep staff... always willing to help if I can't find an item and really I love ordering in the Casey's App everything I need then my bulk order is ready for me to pick up when I arrive.:)

I go to this Casey’s to get a sandwich quite often. I receive great service 99% of the time and really enjoy the blt sandwich.
