Some ordered on the app. When we arrived every stahl was full. I didn’t get any condiments and with no place to park I went home with my food. Well I thought. Got home and missing 2 burgers and my order of corn dogs. The food we did get was cold and terrible. One burger wasn’t even warm and the fries had to be from yesterday. I called several times and nobody answered the phone. This place is trash. I won’t be back and I hope nobody does. It’s one of the main places in town, but there needs to be another option. Anyone can make better food and if anyone opens anything it will kill it if you just get the right food to the right people.

I had trouble with this sonic in the past messing up my order and having cold food but I've heard there is new management and staff and I decided to give it another chance. I've been back a couple times now and Im glad I did bc the food was AMAZING AND FRESH and I got my food in a short time. My Car hop was very friendly and made sure to read back my order to make sure everything was correct. I'll be back again.

Took awhile to get our order and when we got it, it was missing a drink. Went back in to get the drink and came out with wrong drink, missing straws, and didn't have utensils to eat the food that required them.However, food was hot and good and they were still friendly about it.

Again, I went to Holden Sonic, and i asked for a number 1 with mustard and ketchup. I got home all my #1 had on it was meat patty and ketchup and mustard. Also gave the a $5 tip w/o knowing they messed up my order 😒

The bottom line up front: avoid this "restaurant ". Expect to wait 30-45 minutes after placing your order before receiving it. When you do finally receive your order, expect it to be wrong. When you look at what they give you, you will quickly see the effects of poor management and lack of quality control. The attached photo is a good example. The picture is the exact way the food looked when pulled from the wrapper.

Fired me for a past misdemeanor yrs ago and wasn't fired by Manger was fired by Cook who met me at door I was on time and was putting out a smoke before clocking in was 2 min early ans was told becuss of my app I lied witch I didn't do. There app ask any felony charges or conviction or arrest and the head cook bill said they let me go cuss of past misdemeanor charges witch FYI was dropped lol and he did a back ground hey sonic thats xalled wrongful termination and to the sonic owners in holden I'm not the only person u have termination on wrongful and one was a no hire cuss you thought he was gay FYI he may went on but I won't I do my job I cone to work and if you don't have whatvtakes fire sooner and you send in a cook to do your dirty work be sure by law you have legal rights to termination witch in this case you none and Intend to show why when it comes to legal why we have no problem filing against shady companies and crooks and win when you job adds show 2 bare minimum place to do your app at and they neither say anything about misdemeanor arrest or convictions just FYI that's also faulty application on the owners part when you only ask about felony conviction so compensation will come my way FACTS TAKE THAT TO THE BANK 1 DAY ON THE AND THE 2 you have a cook FIRE me and then think I will legally stand by that when thers no grounds for dismissal if yall done a criminal background you wouldn't have started me working if misdemeanor was a red flag lol sorry this isn't going away sonic and sonic in holden mo 64040 owners when you can judge and most lead applicants and then fire them after 1 day yeah sorry but yall are at fault in many many ways now and this won't go away you can't work department Corrections with a felony and other jobs that ask about felony arrest and conviction security and other lol sad I enjoyed working there but after this yall should be cautious allowing people work there till they are able to correct all there mistakes

Usually have no issues with this Place BUT TODAY THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER TWICE. Drove all the way home expecting two burgers and two fries so instead they gave me two chicken sandwiches. So I drove all the way back , waited forever for them to answer , told her what was wrong , wasn’t too mad at this point bc I’ve worked fast food so ik how it can be. But I proceed to tell her my order twice and she goes back in, takes the chicken sandwiches back with her I pray they didn’t give them to someone else after I touched them, anyways, she came back out and gave me the sandwiches and NOT MY FRIES. So I had to wait AGAIN. Please please check the receipt AND the food before bringing it out to the car!

This is the absolute worst sonic I have ever been to. It is a huge surprise when they actually get an order right. The food is usually not fresh. For example I ordered a new sonic stack burger and it tasted like the patties were from yesterday. They used the wrong bun and I requested no mustard and wouldn't you know, there was mustard. There were maybe 5 pieces of grilled onion. It was a joke. Dont usually leave reviews but when it happens 99 percent of the time...come on.

I've almost never had issues with this sonic. The foods always hot. The drinks are always delicious and the hops are super awesome. Make sure you tip them! They do a great job.

I would eat at Sonic more often, but their prices are so stinking high. We got two route 44 drinks and a medium order of jalapeño poppers, and were charged $11.01. And this was during happy hour for the drinks. Even accounting for inflation, that's simply too much for an afternoon snack.

Our local sonic is iffy. Your order being correct and cooked properly depends on the day and time of day. We eat it frequently because my kids are basic and want chicken and tots, the carhops are always friendly and in the past when an order has been wrong they have fixed it and given us a gift card for another visit. The new manager is trying very hard and it seems to get a bit better each visit.

Lived in the area for 5 years... They have gotten my order wrong just about every time... Disappointing.Made that post above 2 years ago... Update: Employees are nice but, who ever makes the food does not deserve a paycheck! I stand by my previous review! They shouldn't even get a star! Absolutely horrible!

Food is on par for fast food. The car hops are friendly. The manager works hard to deliver customer satisfaction. My favorite is their ultimate meat and cheese burritos. Out of every Sonic I've eaten at for some reason theirs is the best. I give it an mmmmm mmm.

The past week or so every time I’ve come in my food has either been lukewarm or thrown together in a sloppy way. This past visit my chili tots were warm but the chili itself was cold, the cook needs to be retaught or moved into a different position within sonic.

My family goes there all the time. Everyone is so nice, and helpful too. Theres a very convenient place in the center where people who ride bikes or walk can hang out and order as well. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. The menues are kept up-to-date with latest technology, like apple pay and pay pal. Its a great place to go with family.

As far as Sonics go this one is sub par. I'm sitting here waiting for my drinks. The girl on the intercom is rude. I truly dont understand why fast food workers who take orders have to be rude. When I ordered she got one thing wrong on my blast. I asked for it to be fixed and and she was snotty about it. Then we get our drinks. My wife's water tastes like dirt. We ask the car hop and she says that's all they have. It came from the soda machine. Ok lovely. Then we get down the road. There's no banana in her blast. Which was the order messed up on the screen in the first place. So it was never fixed. Awesome.

The food tastes different each visit, not very consistent. It's ok if you're in a hurry wait time is probably give or take 20 minutes. Maybe 10 for a single order.

Very fast service. Having worked at a Sonic for several years, I can say, the fries I had we're a combination of old and fried in old oil and oversalted. The burger I had, had cold, unmelted cheese on it (telling me the burger wasn't hot when they put it together). But the service was fast and the carhop was quick and polite. I don't think she said her name.

One of the worst sonic experiences I've EVER had, and I was a car-hop for 4 yrs. Burger was wrong, dipping sauce was wrong, no mint, no suggestive sale, and was denied the STILL clearly posted family night ½ price cheeseburgers.
