It's a standard gas station. Most of the employees are cool with the exception of the assistant manager who has apparently never smiled in her entire life. If you need gas in Holden, this is the place. Casey's may have good pizza but their gas is trash quality. Seriously. Look it up. I'm a professional mechanic. I get paid to know stuff like this. Casey's gasoline is one of the very few places you can get that has water intentionally added. Seriously. They have been sued over it. This is all allegedly, of course. Cuz I don't wanna get sued. *Wink*.

Have always got friendly service from the employees. The remodel has greatly improved the store, giving the customer's more options to choose from. The employees have been doing a good job @ keeping the store clean throughout the day. I visit on a regular basis often times a day.

I got the Break Time card, I thought great!! $.10 off a gal. Of gas for the first 30 days! Went today, got my free giant snickers for my birthday reward good!! BUT I DID NOT GET THE $.10 off a gal. On my gas and diesel purchases? The clerks were checking into it but neither clerk knew why it would not work, said I was entitled to the discount also how many bonus points I had but the total at end of bill said NO DISCOUNT!! I'm going to call the manager tomorrow and see what can be done!?!?

The MyTime rewards card is very helpful, giving a discount on fuel as well as a free cup of coffee or soda once a month. They have a good coffee selection. Saving up reward points can give you other free stuff too. The cashiers here have always been friendly to me.

Possibly a reasonable convenient store. However, at 11:49 PM the doors are locked despite the sign on the door stating they’re open for another 11 minutes. The employees inside give no attention to customers pulling on the door and being confused by the sign and the time.

the people are rude especially this one gal in particular, trying to get help or waited on is almost impossible! !! I've never seen such rude people not so good if you're trying to build a new business! the old staff was nice but they let them go to bring in some goofball airheads who could care less about customer service. gee I wonder if the owners actually read these reviews probably not!

Went in last night. Bought 20 bucks worth of stuff. dude never offered a bag, never tried to bag it.When I asked his for bag he handed it to me walked away looking at something else.

Bathrooms windows gas pumps sidewalks floors all very dirty nasty when you walk into the bathrooms had'nt been moped writing on walls! And the management is just plane terrible!Plus the food is nasty!
