Great folks to deal with. Honored an expired price( sale expired the day before) that was mistakenly still posted on some heavy duty electrical cords that I had specifically gone there to get and had 4 of loaded in my cart. They have a large variety of firearms and shooting supplies. They need a button by the firearms case to call for an employee to assist, as that counter is not manned full time.

It's a little cluttered, but a good variety of things you'll need for the farm. Very convenient for those in the Holden area. Managers can be a bit slow to assist staff, unfortunately.

I enjoy going to Orscheln's in Holden, Missouri. They are always friendly, respectful, and willing to assist rounding up the feed supplies for me. While I'm checking out at the register, the guys are loading up my truck with the 10-20 bags of feed. They typically have my truck loaded, by the time I'm walking out the door. Any other place, I have to pay; then, wait for someone to load my purchase. Plus, I'm given a senior discount without having to request it. I will continue shopping at this location, even AFTER they change ownership,.......as long as they continue to give me the same 5 star service.

Drove 34.1 miles to get pullet ducks. Called from Orschelns in Blue Springs to verify that they still had them and that they was in fact pullets. Young man said yes they are pullets. Get there just to find out they were straight run. Another lady was informed chicks can't be purchased in advance yet all were paid for waiting for buyer to pick up so she even returned her coop to store

We go here for alot of different things from animal feed to hardware, paint, canning supplies & more. It's close to home and easier to wonder over the big box stores.

I like the variety of products and bagged feeds that are available. Just wish the building had automatic doors so it was easier to get large items and bagged feed out to the vehicle.

I’m a full time farmer. My store has what i need when I need it. Worst part is there 45 miles away. Staff is quick to help you find things. Prices are good that’s important as well. Check em out...

Not great. Went in looking for some barricade bar brackets and had trouble finding. We asked a female associate about them and she looked me right in the face and said "we don't carry those." So I went back to hardware and looked harder until I found them. One each of two different models. That's not exactly helpful. So basically their employees are either lying to avoid work or outright incompetent. Either way...not great.

I went to this store to find snow gear and found it! Mind you all others stores around had already switched to the spring merchandise. Very frustrating when you have kids who want to go out and play in the snow when they don't have School!! Now we have happy kids with nice boots, gloves, hat, coveralls.

Love this store! Best prices I've ever seen on quality dog foods and supplies. And very reasonable on prices throughout the store on everything they carry. The staff if always very friendly and welcoming too!

I've been to this store three times. All three times I have been overcharged, the employees knew very little about the farm supplies(probably due to lack of real world experience since they are all high schoolers). I literally took in a copy of their own website and showed them what I wanted. They loaded while I paid and when I made it outside, I noticed it was entirely the wrong fence. Terrible store with mediocre prices.

Usually have what I'm needing. Everyone is helpful, and seem to be knowledgeable about what they sell. Even though they are usually higher priced on pet food they will price match their competitors.

Not very impressed with this store.Sale ad came out one or two days ago and they don't have the item. Are a little pricey but like to help local places out. People try to do what they can to help you. Question the ordering and plans for events like this. Maybe as a company, they have too many stores to supply.

3 stars . Employees are very helpfull & hold a special knowledge about farm animals. Products available is good ( They still carry heet additive ) . A few surprise sales.-2 stars b/c pet food is too pricey , as was seasonal plants that just looked sad.Also they need more womens clothing (jeans). 6 racks of mens plaid shirts,jackets& isle devote to mens jeans. When I look at sales paper then go there I'm confused.

When the asst manager came to help we got some assistance, he was very cordial and apologetic. The girl at the register however was hateful and did what she could to get out of helping. Not a fan of this store.

Good luck waiting for so someone to help you to you with purchases to your car. Not gonna happen. Loaded two full carts by myself and the guy who was called to help never even showed.
