A descending of my 45lb mountain cur dog( a hound) cost $58 and when he got in the van he shook and hair and stuff went a flying. DINKY, my 3lb Yorky cost $50. She looks nice. I've usually paid $30-$35. So it's a mixed bag. Nice people. The place was clean and smelled good. It's just a little pricey for my disabled vet income. I wish them all the best.

I have been taking my dog Lily here for about a year and they do such a great job on her. She always looks so cute after her cut.

Everyone was great the owner picked up my little dog and immediately started giving her kisses and loving on her. My little dog is so scared at new places but everyone made sure they understood how she was. When I picked up my pup she was so happy and so excited to see me and looked awesome. I was asked how I wanted her cut and any specific needs to her it was great. We will be coming back!

Messy Tessy's started grooming our Bichon (Tyler) more than 16 years ago.He always looked ready for a dog show. We could not have been happier with their work.Now it's Messy Nessy's....same dog......same level of care. They are great.

I drive almost 30 minutes to Messy Nessy's when there is a groomer 10 minutes from me. They came recommended by my vet. They have learned exactly what I like (I have goldendoodles and they are a TON of work) and always ask if I want anything different. My puppies love coming here and are so happy when they come home clean and cut! I'm so happy to have found them!

They were kind quick and very well priced. And they did the best nail job on my beagle that I have gotten to date. He came out happy and wagging his tail when he usually comes out whining at other places. His nails are smooth and soft with no breaks or snags. I will be using them exclusively from now on.

Messy Nessy's does fantastic work at a great price and was very patient with my anxious shepherd mix Hades. Got him smelling so good and feeling super soft. We opted for the deshedding treatment and I've noticed much less shredding. Thanks Messy Nessy's for doing such a great job with Hades!

This place is horrendous! Bring your dog here if you want it to look like a naked mole rat. My dog was NOT matted and I specifically said NOT to shave her and they left her bald. They also cut her eyelashes off. When we went in to pay they were laughing at my mother. Terrible service.

Best grooming experience ever! We have been to so many groomers in our area. We have never truly been as satisfied as we were with Messy Nessy’s! When we arrived they had quite the work load already but they were so attentive and really listened to what we wanted! When we picked up our pups we were sooo pleased with the way they looked! Honestly, could not believe they both were groomed exactly like we had asked. Our dogs were very happy and we have never been this pleased with any groomer like we were here! Very friendly and attentive staff on both drop off and pick up! We will be back! Thank you!

I brought my husky Nitro in and they really took care of her. She's so soft and they used a deshed treatment that worked great! The services were very responsibly priced. I wished I set aside more of a tip because they really deserved it. I will be back again if either of my huskies need grooming!

Love all the ladies at the shop! My dog loves them all too! Nobody else is allowed to touch her feet except the ladies at Messy Tessy's. They always get us in promptly and out the door happy.

The best groomers and the bathers do a good job also. My dogs always look great and smell good too. Had 2 dogs boarded here and they treated my dogs like there own. My dogs love it here.

They are always incredibly patient with my dog. I take him here to get his nails trimmed and he is an accomplished escape artist. He never likes getting his nails trimmed, but he comes out less stressed than he ever has elsewhere.

These Group of girls are amazing and my dogs always come home smelling great. I had such a bad experience with a place called Puppy pound that travels to your house. That I told my husband he was never going to hire anyone else to do our dogs but messy Tessy

My biggest concern about moving to Hillsboro was “who’s going to groom my dog”. He’s almost 11, and has had the same groomer all of his life. Messy Tessy’s came highly rated, so I decided to give them a try. They did an EXCELLENT job! I couldn’t be happier with how adorable he looks.

Warning...Our Shi-tzu Teddy got infested fleas from their shop which infected him with tape worms! The Vet, the medicine bill along with enormous cleanup and loss of peace of mind was an extreme price to pay for their services! The staff does not give ample water to drink or potty breaks during their stay I discovered. When picking up our fur babies they immediately had to pee a large puddle right outside their door and had to drink a half a bowl of water before leaving their parking lot! And then when speaking to the owner of my concerns about her employee who had been grooming our dogs for a while that she didn't offer any sentiments whatsoever about Teddy who had just died, I was puzzled and distraught at the lack of compassion for our loss! Plus the same hired help also made a sarcastic comment about my inability to tip regularly! The owner led me to believe she understood my concerns. But just a few days later I received a letter from her stating she's refusing us service! I felt quite deceived to say the least! So, pet parents can you really trust them with your fur babies?

I absolutely love the people there. Theresa, the owner, is a true animal lover and always makes sure that her business is ran with the pets safety and comfortability in mind first. Their Doggie DayCare is great too! My mom brings her big baby Koda and he gets to play, supervised with other pups of the same temperment and playfullness! Overall, the cuts were great, the prices were definitely less than in the city or at PetCo, and the people were friendly and loved my fur babies like I do. I will always go there and so will all my Jefferson County family!

THE BEST! Would not take our babies anywhere else. They treat the animals like their own & always know them by name when we take them in. Great job grooming & caring for all of the pets I've seen there.
