Walgreens is the absolute worst pharmacy anyone could possibly use. They decide when you only need a partial fill of your scrip and without telling you they cancel out the remaining part. N then say well you picked up the partial so now nothing we can do, can't even give me a reason code, that insurance wants. Do not use. Can not be trusted.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. Pharmacy staff is rude and unprofessional. They do not have patience, get mad when you ask questions, roll their eyes at you, and never seem to get a script filled. After receiving texts the medications are ready, you drive all the way there to wait 30-45 mins waiting for them to actually fill it. I will not be returning to this location ever again for prescriptions. Clearly this is an ongoing issue after seeing all the negative reviews. Walgreens do better and stop treating your customers like garage.

Pharmacy has bad customer service skills. Cut me off mid sentence while I was asking a question, yes I already know you got the prescription... thats not why I'm calling. Seemed like I was bothering her and that she was rushing me off the phone. Told her I didn't have insurance and she didn't even bother to help with pricing with good-rx. I asked about delivery and she just told me to refer to the app and follow a link I will get when the medicine is ready for pickup. .... I did and it didnt say anything about delivery. I feel like I was being brushed off. This is pathetic and not how you treat someone.

Worst pharmacist ever! Not the first time I've had this happen at this store, but the worst case. I went through the drive window to drop off my daughter's script. She just had her wisdom teeth pulled and the doctor recommended she take her meds right away before she starts to feel the pain. The lady said it would be an hour. I said please hurry and explained the situation. We waited. I went in and shopped for a bit. Another lady at the counter said it would be an hour. I said, "that is what the other lady told me a half hour ago". I'll wait. Over an hour later, I asked politely if they were ready. She said, "we haven't filled any of them". Very rude and treated me like a non-person. I said, "can I get my script request back so I can go to another pharmacy?" I wasn't sure she heard me. I walked away and then she put them on the counter without saying anything. Luckily I was paying attention. I went to Walmart. Their Pharmacist were very nice and helpful. They even let me know that if someone just had surgery and clearly needed their medication that they would push it to the front of the line! Thank heaven for them! My daughter was in pain by the time she finally got her meds. If you want your medication the same day DO NOT GO TO HIGH RIDGE WALGREENS PHARMACIST! THEY ARE RUDE AND THEY LIE!

Perfect place, I will keep returning to this location time and time again because the speed and quality of care is never sacrificed in the process. This location has some of the best pharmacy staff I've seen at a Walgreens store. Not to mention, the cashier Sean always utilizes the ideal model of patient centered care. I would highly recommend everyone and anyone switching to this pharmacy to understand what makes Walgreens, "America's preferred pharmacy".

Literally the worst pharmacy. Watched the pharmacist hang up on someone. They are beyond rude. The app tells you to contact the pharmacy, sit on hold for 20m just to be talked down to. Their customer service is a joke.

Terrible customer service at pharmacy. Requested our doctor office send script to House Springs location. Went to pick up there and was told it was actually sent to High a ridge location. Went to High Ridge location and was told by them that it was sent to House Springs location. I let them know I had just left there and was told it was at High ridge location. pharmacy tech proceeds to tell me that they can fill it for me but since they close at 9 it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow. I was in line at 855pm. So my daughter has to go without antibiotics for strep throat until tomorrow? Tech says, “well you can call Bowles Walgreens and see if they can help since they’re open 24 hours, otherwise I don’t know what else to tell you”Poor customer service, especially when it was Walgreens fault to begin with. Clearly their priority is not patient care or customer service. Definitely won’t be back!

TRYING TO GET A COVID-19 Vaccine?? DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY Please do yourself a favor and Stay Away from using this Walgreens.Brandy at the Pharmacy is likely the worst pharmacy technician I have ever dealt with, all attitude and zero listening skills. She is a reflection of the ridiculous group of technicians that also should lose there jobs. I arrived at 2:30pm for a 2:45pm appointment to get a COVID-19 shot. No one else was there other than customers picking up scripts. 4 Pharmacy Techs working as an unorganized group of first graders, lots of movement with no results. Over an hour later, I finally had to leave even after I repeatedly told them I needed to be at work by 4:30pm. One would think if you make an appointment at a specific time, as preferred by the entity that made such timeslots to choose from on there website, that they would be proactive at providing the services requested at that time.

Insurance issues are one thing but offering to pay cash and still having to wait an hour and a half is ridiculous. If you’re a pain patient, they treat you like an addict. Will never visit my hometown Walgreens again because they don’t care how much pain you are in. Your just trash because you have a painful diseaseI had the insurance company deny my antibiotics which should have been filled the next day but Walgreens never called, never filled, never checked to I called back and by that time I had missed 4 days of work and had to be admitted to the hospital.

Cashier was highly disrespectful. She pushed my items aside, offered to help the person infront of me at a different register who was clearly being helped already. After he tells her he didnt need her to cash him out she then looks behind me to see if anyone else was in line. I felt i was being discriminated because i am a young pregnant mom and she for some reason has something against that. I began filling with rage, but stayed calm and didnt want to cause a scene infront of my daughter. She was rude the whole time and never even asked how my day was or if i found everything okay. My daughter was trying to talk to her and she ignored her. This place needs better staff. I never feel welcomed when i walk in the store. Dont plan on returning. Great job lady. Hope you feel satisfied with yourself.

I have been very sick for a couple days and couldn’t get to my doctor. I made an appointment with the clinic and was able to get in within an hour of calling to set up the appointment. It was scheduled for 4pm. I had seen the doctor (who was absolutely phenomenal) and the pharmacy had filled 4 prescriptions for me and i was out the door at 4:50pm!! In under an hour i seen a great doctor and they had filled 4 prescriptions for me...i was in shock!! I couldn’t be happier with Walgreens!!! Thanks for the great service and getting me in and out the door with medicine so I could get back home to feel better!!

Overall, a very nice Walgreen's, however, this is by far the Most Amazing, Friendly, Compassionate, Knowledgeable and Helpful Pharmacy I and my family have ever been to anywhere, anytime!!! An absolute life saver at times, literally and figuratively! My wife and I, as well as my mother-in-law have been using them for a few years for all of our prescriptions whenever possible. For 2 of us, this usually means driving 23 miles in each direction, even though there's a Walgreen's less than a mile from my house... It is completely worth the time and gas every time! Hell, most of the time, we are still home and taken care of sooner and better than if we had gone to the one down the road anyways... The pharmacist and pharmacy techs have all taken the time to get to know us, and our medical histories, and even less obvious things, i.e.: problems some of us have been having this year with stupid insurance companies, that have caused frustration beyond end... And then they have gone the extra mile time and time again to make things as easy and painless as possible for us! This all may sound a little bit over the top for a review of a simple pharmacy, but I promise you it is entirely true! Because they do make it Simple, and soooo many other pharmacies just seem to make what should be a fairly simple interaction into a hectic, confrontational, confusing pain in the ass!!! And often are rude and condescending at the same time! The difference is real and amazing!Anyways, I should have written this review some time ago, but never got around to it...However, once more today, this Walgreen's Pharmacy Staff, with one of my loved one's suffering badly and having been told by others that we could not be helped today, came through as usual with genuine caring and concern and took care of her like no one else could or would, and I'm happy to say, she is doing much better already!!!My promise to anyone who reads this review: It is no exaggeration... It is all 100% true... You will believe me, and I'm sure thank me, if you give them a try over another pharmacy, even other Walgreen's!!! Even if you have to go many miles out of your way to get there, as we do, you will be served so much kinder and better than anywhere else, you will never regret it!!!And to Walgreen's Corporate Office: Give this staff a bunch of raises, for goodness sake!!!

I love my Walgreens store. The staff are always super pleasant. Christina (pharmacy) is absolutely the best. Would not want to go anywhere else and have been going here for years now. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Just stopped inside to pick up a prescription and a few other items. Stephanie, in the pharmacy, asked me if I would like a coupon card started to help with my prescription that my insurance company will not cover. She saved me $16! Thanks Stephanie!

Don't use the free 1-2 day FedEx delivery from the pharmacy unless you want your medicine lost for a week and delivered 6 days after order, looking like it was rolled up in a dirt pile and who knows what heat it was exposed to while it was missing for days and many calls trying to locate it.
