My father rented a trailer to haul some things. He had went inside the day prior to needing the trailer and was told the trailer would be there the next day. The following day he went to pick up the trailer and told an employee he had talked to someone the day prior and was told the trailer would be there for him the next day. This employee got an attitude with my father and started ranting that they aren't supposed to hold trailers for customers and made it seem like a big deal that the previous employee told my dad it would be there the next day. Overall the price of renting a trailer was good, but For the employee to be ranting and complaining to my father was not only ridiculous but highly unprofessional.

Great customer service but the live animal trap that I purchased was destroyed by the raccoon it caught. Overnight!! The wire spacing is wide enough for a large raccoon to get a good bite at it and chew until it breaks. So after doing that the angry ,scared, trapped wild animal literally jumped out of it while I was trying to load it into my truck! I hope countyline doesn't make shark cages!!

This location and the people working there are just fantastic! I'm a long time frequent shopper, and about 6 months ago I purchased a set of shop work lights, that unfortunately due to a design flaw are now defective. Since it is past TSC's 30 day return policy, the responsibility is on the manufacturer to honor the lifetime warranty. Well ACS, American Customer Service (the vendor responsible for warranty claims) would not honor the lifetime warranty. Luckily Joe at the High Ridge store stepped up and swapped them out at no cost. It was a pleasure talking with Joe, the store manager. He exemplifies what great customer service is. Thank you Joe!

Store isnt massive but they do have a general selection of stuff. If you hit it right you can find some decent deals. I bought a salt block and mineral block and a bag of corn all at affordable prices

Went for the Sunday morning vet care and they were absolutely fantastic. My dogs were nervous and they were so gentle and caring with them. They let me hold the one that was most scared in my arms and the other I just sat with and talked to while petting her. I can honestly say they were better than I expected and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Love this place!Cheapest place to get guinea pig hay. A compressed bundle lasts for months and is only $26!Kids that work there are always friendly. Store is always neat and tidy.

This supply co. Is actually very decent. It has great pricing and its not overly big its actually just right. And most likely has anything you would need for a farm, or perhaps your property no matter how big or small.

Walked through the whole store. A couple in the lawn mower section was asked if they needed help. While no one acknowledged my husband. My husband standing in the gun center, totally ignored. I walked by and was immediately asked if I need help.The only difference between the people being asked if they need help and my husband is race.

I've lived in the area for over 30 years and I've seen this location change hands and stores. I had never been inside Tractor Supply until yesterday, 7/24/2022. I really like it. They carry larger bags of my dogs food than another local store so I'll be purchasing more often from here.

The store seemed to be very clean and well organized. The employees were very friendly and helpful. We were greeted when we walked in and while I was looking at gun safes, an employee approached and held me with questions that I had. He even told me about an upcoming sale on the safe I was interested in. I would recommend this store.

This place is awesome! If you've never been to one you need to go. They have everything. I mean everything. Best prices and super super friendly and helpful people. Store is extremely clean and stocked. They actually have some things other tractor supply and stores don't and won't. If you can't find something anywhere else ,odds are they have it!
