Our Shelties, Bo and Benelli are groomed and boarded at Nancy Cranes. We never worry about them as the staff cares about all of the pets they watch. The pens are clean and doesn't even smell like a kennel. Grooming is great too! Our new Papillon joined our family and is already a handsomely, groomed little guy. Highly recommended.

Over the years we have taken all of our pets there. A total of four dogs and a diabetic cat. Our vet recommended Nancy Crane years ago when our cat need insulin shots daily and we were leaving on vacation. We feel completely at ease with the staff at Nancy Crane. They are wonderful and your pet will get great care. We wouldn't use anyone else! Love them.

I take my dog to Nancy Crane's Family Pet Care for grooming and could not be happier with their services. We usually make our appointments with Rachael and she is the best! She always does a consultation prior to them taking your dog back to ensure the cut ends up how you are wanting it (which is especially great for first time groomers). They are extremely timely, with drop offs from 8am-10am and pickup usually around 3pm-5pm. I will forever be recommending Nancy Crane's for grooming services!!

We have been boarding our dogs with NC for 20 years. It is always clean, and you can tell the staff really likes animals. I never worry about my pet staying there when we are out of town.

Completely unprofessional. My friends family was 12 hours away on vacation when they got a call saying that their cat was being aggressive and he needed to be picked up in 24 hours. I went and picked the cat up the next morning because my friends family could not leave their vacation. The worker told me the cat was horrible and tried to bite her and was hissing. When she tried to take him out of the cage he was hissing at her. I then tried to get him out of the cage and had no problem. He also missed 2 insulin doses because he was deemed “too aggressive”. When I took the cat home he was immediately sweet to me constantly purring and I had no problem giving him insulin. I had never met the cat before I picked him up. This leads me to believe they had to have mistreated him for him to act that aggressive towards the staff. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Shocked the cat was okay after missing two insulin shots.

They are wonderful with our fur baby! They are very attentive and notice if there are any changes during boarding. Definitely recommend and will continue being a customer!

Staff is always so nice! I really like bringing my dog there, groomers come out and do a full consultation. My little guy always looks so cute when we leave. Im so happy i finally found a groomer that i trust.

We've taken our dog here over 5 different times so far and they've never failed me. They're reasonable and have heated flooring for your pets. Our dog always seems pleased and happy when we see him.

This place is fantastic. I get my maltese groomed here, and they are so good with him. I gets very nervous in new environments and around new people, but they never have issues. They always take the time to talk to me about how i want him groomed, and i appreciate their detail. I haven't used the boarding services, but if they are anything like the rest of their services, I'm sure they are 5 star.

Wonderful place! I take my 4 cats here to be boarded when we go out of town. Great care! Nice area for the kitties. Most of the cages have their own window too! Nice peopleand they care about my cats. They are never stressed out when I go to get them. I highly recommend them to anyone needing to board their pets!

Left our dog here while we were out of town for a weekend trip and it was an excellent experience. It was affordable, super nice and quaint facilities, and they even washed our dog's blanket for no charge! Will definitely be going back and couldn't recommend it more!

We have been bringing our pets to Nancy Crane for the past 10 years. They do a wonderful job of taking care of them while we are away. We never have to worry if they are being well taken care of and they are always very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Their facilities are clean and it apparent that they take pride in the service they provide. It is a bonus for us that not only can we leave our dogs, but our bird is well. We can drop them all off in one place, at the same time and when we pick them up, they are always happy. They do a wonderful job of bathing and grooming and we appreciate the extras our dogs receive on the "pampered puppy plan". When they are not able to be at home with us, Nancy Crane's is the next best thing and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else. It gives us great piece of mind to know we have no worries when we drop them off there. I would not hesitate to recommend Nancy Crane's Family Pet Care to anyone needing a clean, secure and caring place to leave their pets while they are away from home.

We Just picked Daisy up from 7 day boarding while were on vacation and a grooming appointment on the last morning! She smelled so amazing and her nails were trimmed as well as her ears super clean. Steven did an awesome job to ease any worry I had about kenneling her as it was her first time! I could definitely tell she missed us as much as we missed her but I can also tell she was so loved while she was there as well. Steven and all the staff did everything possible to make her stay easy on her. I will definitely be going back for grooming and boarding for our future vacations!

I have taken my 2 small dogs here several times. Once for boarding and twice for grooming. The dogs are always well cared for, Groomers do a great job. You can tell they love with they do. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a safe and loving place to have their dogs boarded or groomed.

Hands down the best kennel in St. Louis.....have used for many years with several dogs. We currently have 6 dogs we board and they always receive the best care ever. Always peace of mind when we leave our fur kids here so we can truly enjoy our vacation! Highly recommend.

Hey, we have been bringing our Italian Greyhounds (3) for at least 7 years. I checked out other places and you couldn't get in to see the place without an appt. For me, if your so great, why must I tell you I am coming? I want to see the place, smell the place, see where my dogs will be living w/o an appt. I want to know what the place is like w/o you cleaning up before I get there. At Nancy Crane my dogs are loved, I believe.People there know my dogs. They know one of my dogs smiles...they know that one of my dogs is very timid and doesn't do well away from home and they know one of my dogs loves kisses. What I love best is that I can call and see how they are doing and they can give me the low down. They are not bothered by the call and they give me details about the behavior of my dogs. I love Nancy Crane and the staff! When I pick up my dogs they tell me all about them! I already know how special they are and their staff just reinforces that! To this day, I would definitely recommend Nancy Crane for the boarding and care of your loved ones.

Our dog Jack stays at Nancy Crane's frequently. Jack gets very excited when we pull into the driveway. He obviously loves to stay. When we pick him up after a one week or two week trip he is always very happy. Highly recommend Nancy Crane's for your pet.
