Dr. Shannon Flegle and her team addressed my dog Moose’s long term chronic pain needs utilizing their medical treatment and holistic rehabilitation services. After six weeks of being under the care of Dr. Flegle and receiving rehabilitation services Moose's mobility has greatly improved! He has built up his muscles and has significant muscle tone. Moose bears weight on his problematic left leg and his gait has improved. As a result, he is more active and playful! He has the stamina to go for longer walks and is able to keep up with the other dogs. Moose is at a healthier weight now. We were given the tools and education to address his ongoing weight and diet needs.Thank you Dr. Flegle, massage therapist Elisha and the entire team at Murphy Animal Hospital for all of the amazing work, care and compassion! You all have gone above and beyond expectations to ensure that Moose is successful in his rehabilitation journey. Thank you!!!

When I am looking for a vet to take care of my cat, Caine, the No. 1 thing I want to know is that she cares and wants the best for my pet. Shannon and her staff absolutely do. I have had a relationship with Murphy Animal Hospital for nearly 10 years. For upwards of 5 years I was there almost weekly between my personal pets and foster pets. Dr. Flegle amputated my cats leg when she had cancer and did a wonderful job caring for her and for us during our time of need. When we moved, I opted to switch vets due to the driving distance, but I still recommend Murphy to friends and family! And with Dr. Flegle's new rehab certification and rehab services, you cannot go wrong with taking your sweet pets here!

I got my first cat after my cousins found her wandering outside. I was nervous she might have been sick and I didn't want to get our dog sick. They got us in quick and were able to help me out. She was 3-4 weeks old when we took her and I had no idea what I was doing. The doctor explained all the basics and was real patient with me. While I was there, I made another appointment for them both ❤️ they even have an app! It's user friendly and helpful.

I've been taking my dog here for the past 6 years and have been really pleased with the service provided. Dr. Schulte is fantastic and the office staff are always so polite and helpful. We also really like the boarding facilities.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR DAYCARE OR BOARDING!!! Employee brought food into the open playroom (which is extremely dangerous and will cause dog fights), and proceeded to lightly kick a dog to get the dog away from her and her food. I’ve worked professionally with dogs for years, 5 of which was in an open play environment. This is so dangerous. There are better daycare/boarding facilities

I visited a few places when looking for a daycare facility and this was by far my favorite one. The staff is amazing, always really friendly and you can tell they care about each and every one of their furry visitors. They also post some really great pictures of your pup at daycare on their social media. My dog gets super excited to walk in and usually takes a nap after a fun filled day of play. Do not do business here!!! Be aware, they allow people that kick and hit dogs to work here. Animal abuse is not okay and the owner doesn’t care. She will lose her best workers before she loses an animal abuser.

All a round a great bunch of people from Dr. Flegle, the relief vets, the technicians, and the front staff. My pets have been taken care of very well!!! I have had all my questions answered quickly and I would not recommend anyone else!

The only vet around that charges a deposit when making an appointment. My time is just as important as yours! If I’m going to need to cancel then a 50$ fee won’t stop it. Also horrible experience with ear surgery and lack of knowledge of giant breeds! I was misinformed about fixing my English mastiff and she was fixed too early. Shame in me for not researching it but I trusted the vet. That’s a big no no and. Ow she can have life long issues

I took my old German shepherd to Murphy to utilize their hydrotherapy treadmill. She had hip dysplasia and walking was difficult. This allowed her to remain active and maintain a semblance of muscle mass in her rear end. Ashley and her team worked very patiently with Maia ensuring her foot placement was correct. They gave her the help she needed to walk for another year. I recommend Murphy, especially for hydro.

Everyone here cares so much about your pets and will do anything needed to help care for them! The rehab options are amazing, especially for my dogs who have mobility issues, it’s been life changing for them!

Really sad that the owner can not get her act together. Just rehired an KNOWN abusive trainer. Videos of "trainer" bringing food into play room, then kicking dogs away from her. Also hired abusive trainers mother, with no kennel experience, to run the kennel!!! Please do not take your loved ones here.

We took our Great Pyrenees to Murphy Animal Hospital Groomers to be groomed just before 8:30am today. We tried calling and never got an answer so we went to get her around 3:30pm. When they brought her out, they told us that she had hotspots all over. We knew she had some mats, but, since they are supposed to be professional groomers, we thought they knew how to deal with the mats. Here is a picture of what they claim was a hotspot. I immediately canceled our appointment for our other Pyr and will never take another pet there. The sad thing is, there is an animal hospital upstairs from the groomer (it's all one building) and a vet could have checked our pup out, but we were told to see our own vet. They could have consulted us before they botched her like that, but they didn't.They stated they attempted to contact us 3 times. Not sure who they were calling but it wasn't us! And the vet appointment we had was for a kitten, not for our dog.

My cat came to them after Advantage Vet would not see him...he had a fever of 107.7... they saved his life!!!!! So thankful for them. Please bring your pets here💜

I have been bringing my animals to see Dr. Flegle for many years now. She cares tremendously about her patients and takes the time to explain things so I understand the diagnosis or the treatment options. I trust her completely with my pets. I also recently started taking one of my dogs to massage therapy and hydrotherapy with Elisha. He absolutely loves his massage therapy and loves coming to see Elisha! For a dog that HATED going to the vet, now he gets excited to come in and see Elisha. His therapies have helped him with his mobility issues from old age and I’m very thankful Dr. Flegle suggested we give it a try.

I have been looking for a new vet since I moved to the area from the city. I have been very satisfied so far. My 14 yr old cat lou lou got sick right when I had surgery myself and the vet I have been settling with couldn't get me. Murphy animal hospital got me in the day I called and got her diagnosed and on a treatment program right away. She's doing great! I hope she's got at least another 10 yrs in her! Thank you guys

We have been taking our German Shepherd here for years and you have always been great and respectful. We just recently acquired a new puppy. Went to make an appointment for her shots and they require a 52.00 deposit I am an existing customer I have never not shown up for an appointment. I don’t agree with this new policy we will be going elsewhere.

My dog has visited here (Boarding, vet stuff, grooming) several times now and we both like it. The staff is responsive and polite. My pup loves going there for a few days while I am out of town and is happy and healthy afterwards. Thanks!

We recently had to put our dog Hoyt to rest and the Dr. and staff were compassionate and caring. They made a very hard time easier for us. We have been taking our dogs there for years and will continue to do so. I highly recommend Murphy animal hospital for the best care for your pet.

Unprofessional and disrespectful. The grooming department overbooked and my dogs were left sitting in a cage untouched for over 4 hours. They did not have the common courtesy to call me before I came and ask if I would like to reschedule. When I called at lunch to inquire about a pick up time, the groomer could not commit to a time so I chose just to pick them up. Also, the groomer had lied and told me they were just about to be put in the bath - nails and furnishings trimmed but when I arrived my dogs were untouched.I informed management who did not seem to care.Murphy's response demonstrates the unprofessionalism and rudeness! What an outright lie! I was not called earlier in the week to accommodate my wishes. Someone called and left a message saying there were cancellations. They said to call back if I wanted to change my appointment otherwise just come in Friday. No one explained Friday was overbooked! I would have gladly rescheduled for the following week I have been bringing Gypsy to you for three years and never experienced this! She has never sat in a cage for over 4 hours. Please own up to your mistakes - it is not my fault!

I'm sad to leave such a low review, because my family has been bringing our dogs there for years. Unfortunately, in the last year or so, they've gotten rude. I brought my dog there a few months ago with eating issues and I told them that I didn't know how old he was--I rescued him and the shelter had no idea. I told them I was guessing 9ish based on behavior. Later, I heard a few staff members speaking poorly about me just on the other side of the door, about how I'm lying about his age. It was really disheartening and hurtful, and I was too embarrassed to say anything. I ended up leaving and taking my dog elsewhere because I just felt so bad.I was not going to leave a review or say anything because honestly, i figured they had no idea i could hear them talking poorly about me, and people make mistakes. Except, it got worse. Yesterday, my parents had to put our other dog down for cancer. We took her to an emergency vet since Murphey was closed. That's all fine, but when Murphey called my mom for an update, my mom informed the girl that our dog died. The girl on the phone did not seem to care, showed no compassion, and just said "okay, have a nice day!" It was awful. That dog had been a patient with Murphey for nearly 10 years and you tell her to have a nice day after her death?I think this place used to be so great but the lack of empathy and professionalism is terrible. Just a little training goes a long way.

Vet informed me after blood work, etc my cat had a UTI infection. She gave her a antibiotic called Covenia which works for 14 days. They would recheck her the following week to see how she was doing. Sadly she didn’t make it to the following week, she passed away from a UTI that should have been curable. GOOGLE COVENIA - if I had known the side effects of this drug inc death, I would have asked for a different treatment and my beloved cat would still be here! Once again, Google Covenia and look at the controversy surrounding this drug. I wish I had known because no one warned me before it was administered sadly 😞

I highly recommend Murphy Animal Hospital and especially Dr. Rachel Nolan. I recently established care there with by 2.5 year old English Bulldog, and then took in our new 6 month old Frenchie. I didn't leave there without her answering all of my questions. She was so patient, kind, and understanding. She was also very knowledgeable of the breed. I never once felt rushed or like I was asking too many questions during our visit. I'm so happy to have found her (especially so close to home) and I look forward to her caring for our babies for a very long time.

I’ve been using Murphy Animal Hospital for a while and I absolutely love them. They are very kind to the animals & take good care of them medically. My sons dog stayed with me a while & I used their daycare program & occasionally had to kennel him there while I was out of town. He was always happy. Never didn’t want to go. Now I’m caring for my granddaughters cat and she was just in for her annual check up & shots. Even in the current conditions, it was smooth, quick and she didn’t seem stressed at all.
