My cat is terrified of car rides. But when I get him there the staff is always so friendly it puts him at right at ease. They are very caring, and have been very helpful. This is definitely my go to Vet.

I have been a customer of high ridge Animal Hospital for years and was happy with them for years , but the last couple of years not so much recently took my my dog buddy for vaccination and grooming and was 5 minutes late,,,5 minutes !!! And was told by Drew that the baths were already running and would have to pay 25 dollars to reschedule (5 minutes) gave me the rudest look he could muster, I said nothing and left went to Murphy Animal Hospital and was met with smile it's been awhile since I've got that from high ridge,,hope they do well but I won't be back,,, have a nice day

I cannot say enough good things about them! The techs, front staff and doctor are wonderful! I love how kind and knowledgeable they are, they have been so great to us! I trust them completely with my pets and am so grateful for this office, I feel they really do care about their patients and go above and beyond.

I came here with a friend for our cat's vet appointment and I was very impressed with the amount of care and effort put into not only our cat Zombi but every other animal we saw. All of the staff were very pleasant and professional, and Dr. Stair was especially great. I felt that our cat was treated with love and respect, as were we. Highly recommend this clinic

The doctor is amazing with my two dogs, Jack and Jubilee. I am so glad I switched vets and glad that they really care about the animals. I am so glad they actually gave me test results for my older dog unlike the last vet I had him go too. The vet assistant is amazing and do a wonderful job. The secretary Drew is wonderful and does a professional job. 👏 So blessed 🙌 with my decision to come to this place.

1st visit went good. Surgery went fine. 3rd visit 5 weeks after surgery not that great. Incision opend after 5 WEEKS & then took 3 days for them to schedule an EMERGENCY visit. Was told 1 price when making the appt, another at drop off, different when they called me vs called boyfriend, & then another when I went to pick him up. And nothing is itemized on the reciept so can't figure out where all the numbers came from

I called everywhere trying to get my chicken stitched up. She was attacted and survived. This was the only place to help me and they went above and beyond. They cuddled her held her all day. Stitched her up perfectly. Thanks a bunch for saving nugget.

My poor cat was sick and she was well taken care of. The team I had was caring and as a result my cat was calm and cooperative. I was very pleased with the overall care she received. She is feeling much better. 😊

Wouldn't take my fur children anywhere else they were the animal hospital that cared enough to make room so I could bring my for my dog who kept having multiple seizures and he wouldn't be here with me today if they hadn't let me bring him in they were the only ones that were able to even get the right diagnosis they literally saved his life. Just simply amazing work and people right there

I have been going to this groomer/vet for 12 years. I have my doubts I will go back. Worst customer service I have ever received. Plus when I come to pick up my dog up I was told "We don't have your dog"This was my mother's dog and she died in Jan. Tiny is my only link to her. My heart sank. Come to find out she hadn't received his shot. SOMETHING he should have had before he went around the other dogs. I had left my dog several hours, their excuse was that they had 3 surgeries. After the shock and having to call twice, I just wanted to go home. I asked them to leave the credit (I had already prepaid after calling to get price.) I was totally unprepared for what they told me next. I would have to pay another$45 after paying $75. I live on a fixed income. I had never been charged any extra $ for an office visit. I don't know if they are under new owners or what to expect in the future. I know I'm very disappointed and seriously doubt I will be going back. After 12 years of loyalty this is how I am treated.

This Vet doesn’t even know that our loving family member has died!!! Even after 2 years!!! Belle, Our Dog & Soul Mate!!! WTH?!!!We had to go to a different vet after 16 years @ High Ridge Animal Hospital just to get an appointment. I’m sure Dr Arman I used to fly fish with is absolutely disgusted!! He would be extremely disappointed & saddened. New Young Vet Is A Cold Soul Dr Who Mussels & Drugs so she can figure out what’s wrong in her own time of nervousness … Doesn’t know how to handle animals ~

The staff is knowledgeable and kind. They were amazing with my dog. They called to check on him a couple days after his visit. Their prices are reasonable. Lower than vets I've taken my pets to previously.

My fur baby and I love this place. My dog has anxiety and doesn't like certain parts of her touched. But High Ridge Animal Hospital did such a great job grooming her. Treated her with love and care. Myah had nothing but happy tail wags . Thank you staff!! Myah thanks you as well!!

We have only been going here a short while, but in that short while have brought all 4 of our babies in for a visit. Each visit was met with kind and caring staff and Dr. Stair was excellent and took her time to speak with us about our pets and any concerns we might have. You can tell how much she and her staff care for the animals.Most recently however, we lost our first baby. Sheba was a member of our family for 12 and a half years and her loss has hit us extremely hard. Though we are still processing our loss, I can say that this experience was made a little easier with the help of HRAH. When I brought her in, I knew something was wrong, but I never imagined this would be the end. It was made even more difficult due to then quarantine. I wasn't able to come in with her initial visit, but Dr Stair called me personally to explain what was happening and to give us options on how we could proceed. After xrays it was determined she had lung cancer and there was nothing we could do. At this point my husband, son, and I were allowed in, provided with masks and a comfortable room to spend our last moments with Sheba. She was brought to us in a blanket and soft bed, two of her favorites, we sat on a couch with her until she stopped breathing on her own, though she had been made comfortable with a pain killer and a sedative.I will continue to bring my babies here, as I know they will be handled with great care by the kind and loving staff here.Thank you!

When Abby had surgery this week they took such good care of her and any questions I had I was able to call and get answered immediately and if I was worried I could call anytime she's doing very well and they called and checked on her and I'm very pleased with the care she has received. And anytime we have brought Chloe in she also has gotten the best of care. Thank you Dr. Fowler an Dr. Stair and all of you at High Ridge Animal Hospital you are a great team.

Love this place! This place is my vet, groomer, boarder. I have a high energy lab and they take such good care of her. They spend time playing outside with her without nickel-and-diming me over "outside time". EVERYTHING is so reasonably priced. They just want her to be happy. This has meant the world to me. So glad I found High Ridge Animal Hospital.

our lab was not acting like himself so when I brought him in they reacted quickly with an exam and x-ray and found out exactly what was going on. It ended up he ate part of his bed and had to have emergency surgery and is doing great! Thanks to High Ridge Animal Hospital our Coal is back to his normal self! Jumping around and eating well again, we are so happy to have him back to his old self!!

They are very nice and attentive. Humans are not allowed inside now because of COVID, but they were very prompt and communicative. They gave me a Doggy Report card. My scared little rescue even came out with perky ears and a wagging tail, so I know she was in good hands. They even told me about a heartworm preventative injection that was cheaper than the pills I was going to buy. Saved me money and from having to remember to give her the pill.

Recently brought my GSD for her annual check up and shots. They had 2 emergencies just before we arrived. Due to that we waited a while, but the staff was very apologetic and made up for that by working with me on the bill!. I know people hate to wait, but as I told them, if I had an emergency with my dog, I'd hope others would be patient too. They are great with my big baby who doesn't like shots, or nail clipping or just about anything. She's still excited whenever we get there.
