Always love Dollar tree for my project and household needs. This is a smaller store but it is clean and the staff are always friendly. I still found what I needed even though the smaller stores dont always carry everything. The hours are different at this location but it doesn't inconvenience me at all.

This is the 2nd time I have come here when they are "open" and it has been closed. Due to manager not wanting to come in or coming in whenever they want. The workers there are way more patient and deserve so much better. If you are not going to be on time, find someone who will.

Up front, I'm not a fan of these stores... None of the 'dollar store' types of stores. They sell stuff that is made extremely cheaply, cheaper usually than even Walmart stocks. They have to in order to make a profit. So I rarely shop in these stores.With that said, this particular store is kept clean and seemingly organized.It did seem to be understaffed, but that's also the norm these days because if typical vac requirements by most companies. Because workers rightfully exercise their personal right to choose.The workers that are on staff, however, were busy. The checker was friendly enough.

The store is great. Sarah was most helpful findingadditional packages of cookies in the back rooms that had run out up front. The staff goes way out of their way to help and treat customers like human beings instead of just mere consumers. Good job Dollar tree in High Ridge.

The High Ridge Dollar Tree store is an awesome place to shop for all your household needs as well as holiday decor. The choices are great and the employees are always helpful. Please allow patience as they are undergoing a few remodeling procedures, the new floor is a welcome change and the new look will be fantastic for the store. In the coming near future all the extra touches will be week worth it.

Rude staff 2/20. The store is never stocked! Crowded! Terrible selections. Store needs to be expanded with nicer evening staff! 2 cashiers were literally talking about people who were coming into the store while they were “stocking”. Watched customers WAIT in line, looking around for workers to cash them out and they were be talked about for needing necessities or just to craft! It’s your job so do not be rude to the customers coming in for ANY reason. My son asked what was wrong with the workers bc they literally huffed and puffed and didn’t want to even acknowledge us as we were checking out. She just threw our items in the bag while complaining out loud about us being there getting flowers!!!! I’m sorry that you hate the world and your job obviously, but do not take it out on me or my kid or ANYONE else coming into the store that you’re being paid to work at! This location is the saddest of ALL in STL. Why are the workers so rude?!?!

This dollar tree (high ridge,mo) SUCKS!!!! So dirty,empty boxes everywhere,bathroom is gross,never have anything,the ladies are so so rude!! They act like they dont want to be there or help you!! Management needs to step in!!!

Store was mediocre, Gal stocking seemed bothered that we had to shop while she was trying to maneuver her cart around. Cashier was friendly..but kinda slow. Scale 1-10....it's just a 5

Staff is friendly and helpful everytime I talk to them. Shelves are almost always being restocked so you don't have to wonder if they have something. I wish they could have an upgraded place close to me though. We need more items that the other locations stock regularly.

Most of the time you can find decent associates to help you. There is one associate when she is at the register will do nothing but prop her leg up and act like a snob. She thinks she is better than the customers shopping there. She is rude and annoying. I have seen her on different occasions treat others customers with disrespect. The manager needs to put a stop to this and fire her laziness out of there. If she had done this anywhere else she would not have lasted one day. This is no way to run a business with dead weight!

This location had a large variety of items to choose from. It was the christmas season and the floors needed to be cleaned, but this did not take away from my shopping experience.The cashier was personable and who doesn't love items for a dollar?

It is chaos in here. It lacks cleanliness and the overall mood of the staff is depressing. I wouldn't expect much from a dollar store but this location was not my favorite
