I hate coming here. Just went to get my script and was told it’s a year old so I can’t get it. How is that even possible?! I’ve only been on the script for 2 months. CVS is terrible and if insurance companies didn’t have a monopoly on them then I would never come back.

NOT happy that they don't leave phone messages when meds are ready! Only texting! And sometimes not to both husband AND wife!REALLY slow to answer phone!ALL IN ALL THE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN PHARMACY AND CUSTOMERNEEDS TO BE WORKED ON SERIOUSLY!!THEY ARE NEW and I understand this but if it doesn't get any better, they will loose A LOT OF CUSOMERS!!!Even nurses at my doctors office have said that they aren't really happy with CVS!!Hhhmmm?!

Wish I could give it 0. Always missing my meds. Mom called yesterday, said they would have them, so we come up and waste 30 minutes to tell us they don’t have them. We have also said every single time to put it on automatic refill. Nope. All the staff are lazy, rude, dismissive, and downright clueless except for one young man. They don’t know what is going on and can’t keep track. They have to rely on eachother memories rather then keep a log of it. We are switching and want to sue. My meds are very important and I need to take them religiously. We give them a few days notice (even tho they are SUPPOSED to be on automatic refill) and they STILL don’t get them. Screw this pharmacy! We have wasted time and money. If you have life saving meds, I would switch pharmacies immediately. Hope this place switches things up or go under.

awesome, personable staff. if there's a problem they always go out their way to try and solve it. they have done a tremendous job during covid-19.

Person on phone very agitated. When I suggested she be more compassionate. Her customers are sick people I was told she has been doing this for two years and it was my fault she was not compassionate

The staff is horrible. They never have my meds even though I get them once a month and they told me they would have them in stock. When they do finally get them in and they tell me they are there they are still not ready hours later. They don't answer their phone most of the time so I have to go by there to find out any info on my meds. I wish I could go back to Walgreens but our insurance won't cover scripts there.
