This is one of the few small Walmart stores still around. The store is very clean and organized. Employees are wonderful. With this being a small Walmart, they are not able to take back items that they do not carry.

Never have what I'm looking for, shelves are not restocked. Picked up 3 items, went thru self checkout, the accosted by security guard for my receipt. If you want to bother me for my receipt, put cashiers back where they belong. Trust your customers.

Warsaw is a quick stop kind of place. I rarely find everything I come after. I either have to come back later in the week to see if it’s in stock or go to Clinton or Sedalia.You have to watch the clearance items when you check out or you will pay full price & if you don’t catch it before you heave try to come back & argue with customer service. I try to watch the prices & call for help but gif caught yesterday. After the 1st few clearance items rang up at the reduced price, I overlooked 2 prs of spa socks that should of been $3.03 because one pair was missing. When I got home & was looking at my receipt it rang full price at $8.97! Hello if I were going to pay full price, I would of bought a 3 pack & not be cheated out of a pair.I know better than not to watch your clearance items. They may NOT be bargain you thought. Buyer beware!!!

Went in to get a selected few items and as usual they were sold out. Inventory is very hit and miss. Employees are rude except for a very select few. When shopping its like it's a waste of the Employees time or an inconvenience when you have a question or can't find something. More often than not it's a very bad experience when I go in there.

Self service picture printing machine doesn't "open" until 9am.... so even though the store has been open since 6, people are working, and it's a self- service machine, it's unusable until 9 for absolutely no reason.

This was a new experience since I've mainly shopped at the super Walmart. This was a bit smaller but fairly well layer out in most part wide isles. But there were a few that were hard to menover into an I did accidentally hit the end caps, knocking a few things off. Store was clean and not as busy as I was use to. It was an ok mark. The one thing I went for they was out or didn't carry it. Looked at all the product hanger tags and didn't see it there. Even though the app said it was. Small store small town.

Probably the friendliest Walmart I've EVER visited.Ever.Every employee was busy-actually working. While this shouldn't be a surprise, it is a stark contrast to my local Walmart in O'Fallon, IL.The management of this location should be proud. ⭐⭐

Friendly helpful staff. My son got hurt and they were on it like that. Billi, Mary, and I'm so sorry I forgot the other ladies name. But all very sweet and kind. Show so much concern and made sure my baby was okay. And even shared since of humer and got laughs out of us.

Horrible customer service. Asked an employ for some almond milk.... He said he didn't have it then, it was out of stock then, in back, all one rude sentence.We waited for him to finish the milk cooler and then he met two other employees in the same isle to chat it up.I very rarely give bad reviews.. I had to edit this one.

The BEST in customer service -- ALWAYS! They actually have friendly PEOPLE at each register, doing their job with excellence. Rarely more than two people in a line, and readily call for checkers when the line grows.

This Walmart in Higginsville didn't have a enough variety of products to choose from probably because it isn't a Super Walmart, but I sure can say one good thing about the employees there.... I have never been to any Walmart across the nation that are as nice as they are, and so willing to help you and professional but friendly at the same time!

Nice store, One of the the smaller ones. Staff, semi helpful.If we needed help, we had to find an associate, and thin thin they acted like we was interrupting them. They was replacing/restocking the selves. Didn't want to be bothered I guess. And they did not carry what we stopped to get.

While the selection isn't as large as in a larger city, remember that this is a small town. The employees have always treated me with respect and it seems more like you're talking with an old friend any time you interact with them. It's clean, easy to find what you're looking for and if there's an issue, they're more than glad to help out however they can!
