I pretty much just buy fuel and haven't used the showers. I've never had to wait much for a pump. Most drivers pull forward, and for the most part, nobody is clocking their 30 break at the pumps as there is usually adequate parking during the day to do such. Just use care when pulling back on the highway to the interstate as there are blind spots due to hills to the right and the interstate bridge to the left. If going to KC, great last chance stop.

Extremely slow pumps. Like very slow. Dont get frustrated if you see the guy in front of you taking forever, not his fault.

I paid for a shower and while getting ready to step into the shower, one of the facility staff knocked once and immediately push the door in. He didn't wait for a response. Ladies, this truck stop, specifically shower 2, does not have adequate lock. Staff can simply turn the handle and walk-in on you. Make sure you're carrying while there. Fellas, you already know what to do.

Pretty good truck stop. Wide, easy to access pump lanes on the automotive side, which is where I had to pull in with my setup.Food choices are McDonald's and Subway. That's more than many of the smaller spots have.Facility was generally clean. Staff has always been friendly.Place is a very busy location. Beware of that. You might have to wait for a bathroom stall or even a shower.

If McDonald's and Subway can't be open 24 hours a day, bring in something that can. Both of them are closed at 11pm. I drove all day and wanted dinner. Now I'm eating Ramen in the truck.

Saturday morning 0335 11/17/23. I arrived expecting to be disappointed as I am with most pilot shows, but not today. It was impeccably clean with good water pressure and hot water didn’t take long to warm up. I have a feeling this is going to be a good day.

Larry Griffin the way things are laid out inside the store but I'm very pleased with how they made the parking lot easy nice to go inside and nice to go outside. Now the bathrooms are a little tricky remember they're on the N side next to the subway

First of all, I'd like to comment on how disgusting and unkept the restrooms are, bodily fluids of all types all over toilets, paper and used woman hygiene products lying on floors. Soap dispensers empty. I've been here for nearly 2 whole days, and nothing has been cleaned. I decided maybe a shower would be a better choice, seeing as they're supposedly cleaned after each use, get into shower 5, and it had smelt like someone died in there, literally.The toilet was not cleaned properly. So after some time before heading off, the husband goes in for his shower , shower 2 to be exact. It smelled a little cleaner, but the toilet was not cleaned properly . After that's all said and done, I decided to go for hot water for some noodles and tea we keep on the truck, and the lady charged me $3 for it. I've never been charged for hot water, ever so to say the least. I was very shocked and completely frustrated.

So ignorant McDonald’s signs all light up. Subway signs all light up but both are closed not even open. Turn the sign lights off when closed common sense. If McDonald’s and subway is closed turn the lights off very simple people very simple apparently not that simple tho !!

Today, September 30th, I and 4 other people waited in line from 10 to 10.45 to go to the shower. At the same time, all the showers were free, but not cleaned. The employee was not there. I turn to creating a pilot. Teach your employees to value the time of professional drivers who, after a hard day, want to avoid wasting time in line, relax and go to bed as quickly as possible. terrible service

This pilot has to have been THE MOST DISGUSTING Pilot I've ever visted. I even asked for a different shower the next one was just as disgusting. I voiced my concerns and to the person entrusted with cleaning it and he couldn't have been the least affected by it. There was no way I was climbing in this bacterial trap. I would suggest this place is good for 1/2 things Fuel and a rest area. The way that shower looked demonstrated everything I needed to know about the the care this establishment attaches to the Customer's/ Drivers who visit. I would not eat or drink nothing in this place that wasn't hermetically sealed.I called customer care about this place and their answer was that's not one of our stores😐😐😐. I told them they need to visit this place and determine if this store is worthy of the pilot license... that's if they value their brand. Store #524 stay away

This gas station is a good truck stop with showers, options for "real coffee", large selection of hot/ cold drinks, tons of flavors and creamers too. There's a couple of restaurant options, (subway and Mc Donald's) plus hot foods for "grab and go". Clean bathrooms are always a major plus too. Back side is trucks only for fuel abs weighing. If you miss the front entrance, do not use what looks like the side entry unless you're driving an 18 wheeler.

Fuel pumps and ground is bad! No pride here anymore! Coffee area lacking a lot.A year later 3.31.23 fuel all over the ground in almost every fuel island.McDs was easy in and put for hot food.

Technically, my shower was clean. But when they remodeled they should have fired their contractor. The door handle was broken, the lock barely worked, the shower didn't have a lot of pressure, there was no soap dish or anything in the shower to put my stuff on, the control switch on the fan was missing, and the floor grout had eroded so much that the tiles dug into my feet uncomfortably.

Not a bad place to stop. Just wish there was more food than McDonald's and Subway there. The parking lot for trucks is kind of slanted though so if you are parked the wrong way you will be laying the wrong way in your sleeper.

Bathrooms are bad. At least half of the restrooms are either closed for repair or otherwise inoperable. Flies everywhere. Wooden privacy doors are graffitied to hell. Otherwise the place is pretty clean and have stuff that you might need.

Pretty darn good for a Pilot. Everyone here is friendly and they actually have clean showers. The McDonald's here is pretty fast as well. 6 showers, large parking lot, and Laundry facilities on site.

I notice the showers aren't being cleaned take a look at this toilet this is a infection coming soon this pilot is horrible and have lazy staff. Someone gonna get sick soon and a lawsuit will come. Be careful Pilot who you hire
