Tonight was a disaster for service. Told me that our mobile order couldn't be submitted even though they could see it. The person running the drive thru just went radio silent not offering any solution to the problem. Then it took over 5 minutes for anyone to come to the first window for payment. The last disappointment is receiving the wrong drinks. Sure glad I wasted my money on an incorrect order and about $3 worth of gas idling in their drive. Horrible experience!

In general, pretty good local McDonald's. They're usually pretty friendly. Every now and again you'll find someone who seems to be having a rough day and I understand how hard it is to be enthusiastic to serve the public during one of those days. Food is usually pretty decent. I, myself don't normally eat from there, but I order for my family and the food seems to be just fine to me. Once in a while they get the order wrong, but I fairness, it's usually a big order for picky eaters so it's understandable. All in all, I recommend, not highly, but it's not a bad fast food place.

I just left there we ordered one soda got a frappe for free with our McDonald's points, ordered cookies and got two burgers and two hot and spicys. We ordered on our app but oddly when we got there the app wouldn't show us our purchase as if we never made one it was just gone. Thank goodness the app an emails receipt straight to our phones and when we showed the receipt to the people at the counter they were very helpful and kind. This McDonald's is so clean and the people here are so nice they should feel very proud. The cookies were made fresh! All ooowigooowi i should have taken more pictures I'm sorry!

My nephew works at this location and conned (jk as it isnt really hard to get my fiance to eat anything, especially sweets lol) us into trying the cookies... We are hooked lol plus I love their iced mochas with 3 expressso shots and no whip... Also I can never say no to a sausage and cheese McGriddle... And this location was nice and let us get some a few minutes past breakfast cut off time!!!

This McDonald's could care less about you unless you are in the drive thru. I stood at the counter for 3 minutes wile no one even knew I was there. Once I placed my order with the computer they continued to serve car after car after car as they covered at least 8 cars they finally told me my meal was coming. Next time I'll take my semi truck in the drive thru and see how fast they serve me. In all I was there almost 15 minutes getting a meal with no one in the lobby.

This was by far the best McDonald's we've been to. Such fast friendly service. Accurate order!! I had lost hope in all fast food establishments after Brandon took office. It was very refreshing to see this location set itself apart from a crumbling America 🇺🇸. God Bless America! Thank you to all the employees at this location!!#we'llbeback!

Why do so many people have beef with this McDonald's? Yes, one time I went and got some sad, cold fries after being told to pull up and fait for a few minutes for them to drop new fries, but I've also went there many other times and got perfectly good, nice, hot fries, as well as pretty much everything else on the menu.When push comes to shove, McDonald's is fast food. It's not always going to be a 10/10, but I think it averages out to a 9/10, which is still 5 stars. If you want McDonald's, just go, and stop reading reviews.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! We stopped to eat. Lobby closed, they must not know about updated CDC guidelines then we go through drive through. Kid shoved credit card reader through window, "come on, gone on" we ordered a 40 pack nuggets with two large fries, triple cheeseburger and three drinks. The nuggets were hard my son yelped when he bit into one. Not to mention that we had to back through because they didn't have my triple cheeseburger. The fries were obviously old and were cold. I asked for a diet coke all were regular. I'm diabetic. It's clear if you are going to eat at McDonalds do not eat at this one. Our cost was over $30+ and food was terrible. They acted like everyone had the plague and we're completely unprofessional. Yet they want $20/hour. I think not!!!! Never again.

The food tasted great. Reason why two Stars. I ordered my double quarter pounder with cheeses and bacon and told them I have allergies with pickles so I don't want none. Well to my surprise they put them on there. I just can't turn back to get another as I was already back on the road heading to Sedalia. Also I can't just pick the pickles off as I have tried that and to my surprise I still have allergic reactions. So thanks alot to this mcds for messing my dinner up. I give the burger to the birds to eat.

Went to the drive-thru, and had someone ask for my order before I had fully stopped. I told them I needed moment, and they said okay. I got my wife and sons order together, and said hello. I said hello 3 more times and waited before someone answered and said "What do you want?" I drove away and got Sonic. Same price, better food, and infinitely better service. I don't know why I ever expect more from McDonald's. Their prices go up, and their employees sense of customer service go down. $15 an hour pay my foot.

Lots of staff today all doing something. Line was still long but they were moving. Inside was nice and clean. Met a corporate manager who took my order and got my food bagged up. Looks like change is in the air.

While this place was clean the food is to be expected. The staff was awesome and the lines move very quick. I rarely ever eat anything from Uncle Ronnie's Lounge, usually just a salad or the occasional hankering for small fries when none of the better places are open.

Waited in side 1 for three orders to go on other side. Car behind backed up went to other side and also got ahead of us!!?? Chicken Tenders and Chicken nuggets hard and dry. Strawberry pie also had filling in box dried out ,time on pie enjoy by 7:13 got our order at almost 8:30 pm. Worst experience ever!!

Workers are RUDE. We asked for salt and the lady rolled her eyes and said we have three people in this whole building. Covid is over, the customer doesn’t care what your excuse is if you’re an a hole.

The food was good but that's because the right amount ketchup makes anything taste good. You can expect to get pulled up in line to the next window to sit and wait for your food. Everytime you go. Every single time. If there is line backed up I wouldn't even stop because your gonna sit there FOREVER waiting on your food. And it might not even be fresh...

I ordered a mocha frappe along with our lunch today which by the way took 25 minutes to get (dining in) and was then told the frappe machine was broken. Would have thought someone would have mentioned that up front. The area by the drink station and ketchup station needed a good cleaning. Overall was a bad experience and won't be going back.

Well....my chicken nuggets were about an hour old, my fries were so nasty even the employee said their fries was gross. Finally soon getting fresh fries we went to get ketchup and the containers were empty. But the place was clean. Everybody was nice.

I ordered through the app, when I tried to pull up to check in, I wasn't sure where to park, as the signs for mobile order or curbside pick up were not labeled at all. Then I try to go through drive thru and the girl tells me they can't find my order I need to re check in so I'll be charged again and reorder. So horrible. I never got any food or my money back!!!!

Put a sign on the door that says no hot water, so the lobby is closed. Don’t come out and act as though I should know. Not sure as to how your keeping everything clean and sanitized without hot water like dishes.

When I order a big mac, I'm not ordering the entire tub of lettuce with it. Come on people. It's not that hard to make a sandwich properly. I've worked there. It's the easiest thing to do. Would recommend visiting any other place in town before this store. Constantly pulling every car to the waiting stalls after handing them a drink even when the place isnt very busy. 👎👎👎

This McDonald continues to struggle. Their staff is nice but there is ALWAYS a wait and they frequently mess up the order. The staff has been improving in their friendly behavior but you can be sure you will wait on your food.

I was in a camper and it was beside wal mart. I wanted to get breakfast but the doors are locked and our camper cannot clear the drive thru. I attempted to get someones attention but they gawk at you instead of attempting to be helpful. Not friendly for campers and the sign reads the lobby is closed due to maintenance. Just terrible.

Sitting in the drive thru. 2 cars ahead and 3 cars behind me. Car infront of me drives off in a rage, so i pull up, they closed the store 3 hours early and didn't even finish serving the people in line.Customer service is clearly not a priority

Ordered from kiosk .Really slow dine in service (25 min)Didn't bring McCafe beverage to table.When we inquired where drink was, was told machine was out of order. Did give our money back plus free tea. Sandwich was not dressed as ordered but had waited long enough.l, we didn't ask. French frys were PERFECT! Other sandwich was really good!This McDonalds definitely has some issues to work on
