Ordered some boots online and when I got them, they were all scuffed and had scratches on them. They didn’t have the same boot in the same size and told me to basically polish them. Shouldn’t have to polish brand new 200 dollar boots out of the box.

Nice store with a very good selection of boots, clothes and accessories. They also have some home decor items. Friendly staff. Nice clean bathrooms and a very large parking lot for easy access for those with campers, rvs and trailers

Found a great pair of boots, staff was friendly. To note, they are not paid a commission and therefore don't stay with you to help you find the right items. My husband did not find anyone to help h get the jeans he was looking for so we left without those.

Despite not being able to find any shoes for my daughter that would fit her SMO’s. All the employees tried to so hard to find her something that would work including sitting on the floor and patiently waiting while she broke down about her disability multiple times. Definitely a caring staff with a huge selection.

Price gougers, unscrupulous business practices. Scammers! I put a boot in my cart like I was going to buy it, on the summary page it show the cart sub total, a 20% discount, a promo discount, the shipping cost ( out of state). I then call about a boot they didn’t stock, Cole the man who I talked to, called me back and quoted me a price. A couple of days later I sent an email telling them if this was the price I would buy the boots and wanted a delivery date. When Cole emailed me back the price of the boot had increase $40 he said he miscalculated and he wanted to charge $16 for out of state shipping and not give me the promo code discount. Before I replied I went to their webpage and verified everything I said. My reply stated that I would pass for the reason mentioned above. I documented everything so Kleinschmidts really doesn’t have a leg to stand on. I suggest you take your money and run to a more reputable business before shopping at Shysters Are Us.

Probably the biggest and best Western clothing store you will ever find. Boots? The most cowboy boots or work boots in one building you will ever see. Gorgeous women's Western wear!!!!!

YeeHaw Y’all. Grandma prefers her men to be tall and handsome so I try to at least be tall with those large healed cowboy boots. Every time we see a sign for someone selling boots, we stop. This one is a bit different than the rest. They have literally everything a conservative, western, hard working man could want. They have boots (of course) FR clothing, western fancy and western casual wear. Toys for the kids, jewelry for grandma, friendly staff, animal heads all over the place, huge hat selection and the friendliest staff you’ll ever meet. Also, every single shelf and rack is in order. Easy to find your size and cut. Listen, if you’re within 250 miles you MUST stop and see this place. It’s like Disney for adults but be careful, it may end up costing you as much as Disney and not cause the prices are high but because they have it all. Oh and grandma wants me to mention their clean restrooms and good smelling soap. Thanks Kleinschmidt’s and thank you Grandma’s Visa. Daddy’s turning heads.

We do realize we went on a very busy weekend, shop small Weekend, but at 4pm on that Saturday, the store was destroyed,clothes everywhere, broken racks on the floor as a trip hazard, boxes over the windows,more like a dig through warehouse than a high class western store. It had been a year since we had been back since the last time. The employees were so rude and not helpful, definitely not a hometown feel. Same coats in the same place as a year ago, same warehouse look. Found several items with no price and don't dare ask, or you get looked at like it's a pure hassle. Isles are so tight that only 1 person down them at a time. It's not the same friendly hometown place I shopped at as a teenager and young adult, I am sure the previous owners are embarrassed since their name is still on the building, I know I would be. The girl who runs it is not friendly, and the rumor mill says not nice to work for either. We even looked for basic work jeans. The Ariat rack was empty.. so sad to see just an iconic store run into the ground over greed. I'll pray the owners reads this and actually stops and takes a look around. If you still have the same inventory you had a year ago in a store of that capacity, you are not buying the right inventory your customers want. Instead, you are buying high-class western that the average blue-collar person does not buy. Stop thinking about yourself and think about your old customers, the ones you don't see anymore since you don't carry the basics.

They have a good variety for both cheap and expensive. All of their products are amazing quality. I would recommend everyone at least going in there and walking around.

VERY small selection of women’s safety boots, practically nothing compared with the hundreds of options for men. The salesman was very apologetic, but stated that it’s been this way since he was a small boy. Kleinschmidt’s is just another store perpetuating gender stereotypes, and while not surprised, I am disappointed.

FUN FUN place! We went just to browse and look at the animals throughout the store, but if you need boots then you will find them! Might take 2 days to get through all the inventory, but it is so much fun and a place you gotta stop by just to say you've been!!

Being from Texas, I always love a cowboy store. I was in Missouri visiting and had to stop by. The place is huge and they do have it all. All types of boots (western, riding, work) and jeans and hats and all kinds of shirts for work or fancy. I picked up a pair of boots, Wranglers, earrings for my daughter, and some other stuff. While I was there, I noticed a sign for a bullriding rodeo in Sedalia, and it was that night! After I changed into my new boots, we headed off to Sedalia for the rodeo. Thank you, Kleinschmidt's.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE.... Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to browse. There are so many boots, shoes, purses, men's, women's, and children's clothing. Show clothes and costumes. Motorcycle riding gear and so much more. AND in the back you can find all the sales (i.e. clearance items) and there are some good deals in there!!PRO TIP: If you are a plus size woman, look for the clothes hangers with the blue ring on them to find your size, makes shopping so much easier!

Boots!!! Did I mention boots? Seriously, you're not going to find a larger selection of every kind of cowboy, ranch, and working boots. Yes ladies, they have whatever you're looking for, plus some! They have a decent section cowboy hats as well as ball balls. They also have a good selection of what I would call higher end clothing and a small selection of lower end clothing, with a small Carhartt area in the very back.

Ryan was awesome help and very patient with my daughter but the cashiers literally argued over who would check us out, didn't bag the boxes of boots we bought and just walked away after I gave payment. Please teach these kids manners and customer service. It was our first time here and I'm not sure if we will return.

Love love love that they have layaway! Have a good selection! I wish they had buy one get one free instead of buy one get on 50%off or buy 2 get one but oh well. Most of their employees are pleasant, not all but most! We've have spent SSSOOO much money there past 4 years, they have good selection and can order most everything! They are alot better than the store in Sedalia I won't mention!

I have gotten boots here a couple times, very durable, and I've also purchased a coin purse that I absolutely love! I go here 1-2 times a year just to look around and see if they have anything on sale or any new styles I need to try. The staff is always very helpful and will give you recommendations, or help you find the style or brand you are looking to buy.

My wife and I drove 2hrs to look for a pair of boots for me and ended up with a pair for both of us. Customer service was great, the selection was amazing and the prices were unbelievable. We'll definitely be returning.
