Very frustrated your system keeps flaging my bank card when I have plenty of money in my bank and so then I have to call the bank and fix my card the only answer when I call dollar general is my. Card getting turned down does not reflect the balance in my account. So stupid

Our family has always loved dollar general! Dollar general has pretty much everything. They have all of your main necessities they have candles wax melts cleaning supplies of every single kind. They have a medication aisle baby stuff and the bonus thing is they have a new produce section. We highly highly recommend Dollar General and you can't beat at the end of check out the coupon that you get of your next purchase you get a coupon that is for an example spend $25 get $5 off your next purchase! The kiddos absolutely love going to Dollar general, every time that we go they get very excited. They have so many cool new things all the time. And the dollar aisle of the toys you can't beat that because sometimes they got some pretty cool stuff and fidgets. They have a very nice selection of arts and crafts. They have beautiful cards for any occasion. Birthday stuff, they got wonderful things pinatas and a very wide selection of decorations. They have very good quality makeup. Nail polishes nails facial stuff and lotions, I could go on and on like the Energizer Bunny about how good Dollar General is! And the last best thing to say is this, the employees are absolutely amazing!

Wrongfully accused of stealing due to self check out. Error, paid with card, said remove card like normal. Waited for a minute for receipt. Nothing so just assumed it was out of paper, No biggie, left the store and no one tried to stop us or anything. Just got a policeman at my door a week later with charges for shoplifting. Never tried to contact me when we live just down the road to come back and correct a mistake made on our part. The machine never said anything about card error, declined, etc. Would never shop at another dollar general again. Let alone a hometown store where the coild of called and let me know to resolve the issue. Never once thought of stealing in my life. Just downright wrong and disrespectful.

I was shopping with my dad for Halloween decorations and I had my dog they never had a sign for no dogs. I was yelled at for having her. Forced to leave. Never again.
