Stacey did a wonderful job grooming my two frenchies. The vet could not get their nails done, recommend drugging them. brought them to Stacey and she has no problem. She was fast, thorough and beyond friendly. We will be back for sure!!

So, my grandmother had to go to assisted living and I now have her cat. He was groomed 3-4 times a year prior to me getting him. The original groomer is far from me, so I made an appointment with Jess at TLC. I sent his vet/shot records and the day before she said that because he has a heart murmur, if he protested at all, she would end the grooming. She also said that if she didn't finish that I would not be charged full price or we could possibly bring him back on another day to finish. I just had a nagging feeling, but I had made the appointment a week prior and wanted him groomed so badly that I went ahead and took him. Plus, I didn't want to cancel the day before. Of course, she didn't get him done, she said he got testy. She did say he was mostly done, told me that I should take him to a vet to be groomed and that he's been through too many changes recently. He's been happily with me for over 6 months. She charged me full price and didn't offer to finish him on another day. I stupidly tipped her because I work in the service industry and I feel compelled to and I didn't get a good look at him. When I got home I was so disappointed. He's a choppy mess, she nicked him, His legs aren't done, his tail isn't done. I got his previous groomer's number and after talking to them am really kicking myself. They remembered him immediately, said he was one of their easiest, most mellow cats they had come through and they didn't have problems with him for the many years they groomed him. Maybe Jess should stick to dogs. She definitely doesn't have a good handle on easy cats. Now I have to double pay to get him groomed again.

I fully trust Stacy and Jess with my Yorkie and Long Haired Chihuahua. I have been working with them both prior to them opening TLC and was delighted they opened their own shop! Highly recommend!

TLC did a great job grooming my Pyrenees/Labradoodle! They gave me a good estimation on cost and time and as what to expect. They were so patient with my sweet pup as she was not the easiest to groom. They we're also very informative and kind. Great to work with. Will go to again! Thanks TLC Pet Services❤️

I took my dog in to be groomed a few weeks ago, when I went to pick him up, Jess doubled the price because "He was struggling," sould I sue, or sould I report her?Update: Sorry to the owners of this estplisment, I told a friend about this place and how I hear that the owners were doing a good job, I never have came here, that same person (now my ex-friend) got on my computer behind my back, I am so sorry about, if you didn't reply, I would have not known about this. Thanks for replying to my rude ex-friends reply. For now on i won't save my password on firefox. I hope this year is the best for you and have a nice day.
