They all care about your fur baby, and they never hurry you, and answer all of your questions. Prices are amazing. Dr Martin and his staff are awesome and we highly recommend this vet to all the people we meet. Dr Martin takes the time even sits on the floor with your pet and makes them feel comfortable being at there level. Tisha is outstanding and takes the time while asking questions and checking your animal out while making you feel comfortable as the pets owner. The friendly vet techs and office staff remember your name when you are there. This animal hospital is a very clean and sanitized to keep your pets safe.Thank you Dr. Martin and staff !!

Dr. Martin is awesome with animals and their owners. He really cares and takes the time with you and your pet. If your pet is nervous, he will even sit on the floor with them. He gives shots without the pet, and owners even realizing it already happened by distracting the pet. All the staff are friendly and helpful and they keep the place clean. I would thoroughly recommend this place!! My cat loves Dr. Martin. He is so relaxed as you can see by the picture I took while we were waiting for the doctor to come in. See attached picture.

THE BEST OFFICE there is in Jefferson County. The Dr. Is absolutely amazing with all animals. He is pleasant and caring. The prices are by far the cheapest you will find, but his service level is the best I have ever found. I've had dogs all my life and he is a God Send. The whole office is caring, professional, helpful, expedient and go the extra extra mile for you and your pet. I can say that Dr. Martin and his staff are truly doing God's work by taking care of the animals. He also has a no kill shelter next door. That's true compassion. Really he's amazing..I've heard other people say the exact same. He has kept our big guy medicated and healthy..he treats and recognizes anxiety in animals. He don't know it off as just behavior like so many people do. I can't say enough. Really.

Brought a stray cat to a vaccination clinic and met Dr. Martin at the clinic. He suggested getting her spay and I said that was the plan, I just needed to find a vet and make an appointment. They made an appointment for me right there. I week later, Wanda was spayed and had her ear mites treated. Wanda is recovering nicely and we won’t have to worry about her contributing to homeless kittens in the shelters. Thank you Martin Veterinary Hospital.

Doctor and staff are great! We take our fur babies there and always have a great experience but last year we acquired some turtles from a bad situation so I call them to see who they recommend as far as exotic pet vets and as luck would have it, they had just hired one! He was fabulous! He took his time with them, patiently listened to all of my questions and even gave one of them an x-ray to rule out a respiratory issue, gave lots of recommendations and advice so they can have the best life possible. We will never bring our fur babies or reptile babies anywhere else!

Dr. Martin is the best! We had an emergency with our youngest pup last week and I called the office around 5:00 and they told me to come right in! This saved me hundreds by not having to go to an emergency vet! The office staff is great too! Dr. Martin did a great job at stitching up our Theodore’s ear!

Everyone at the place is amazing and care so much for the animals that come in. I’ve never been to a Veterinarian that cared as much as Dr. Martin and his staff does. We have had to put down 3 dogs and each time Dr. Martin was just as emotional as we were and exhausted every possible option before having to come to terms and do what made sense for the the dogs quality of life. He is so compassionate with every visit we make and there isn’t another Veterinary Hospital I will ever go to. There is just something very comforting about knowing your furry family member is in great hands when taking them here. That’s very hard to find. Absolutely the very most kind and caring people here.

The care at Martin Veterinary Hospital was exceptional. I brought my dog in same day appt from what appeared to be upper respiratory infection, but turned into a more difficult diagnosis and multiple appts with them and VSS over 3 weeks. I worked with both Dr. Martin and Dr. Bristle, both had great rapport on phone and in person. The staff was amazing and friendly. They kept me utd on labs, progression, and budget. Unfortunately, my dog ended up having some type of anemia and we had to say goodbye to him, but having vets and staff listen to my concerns, made the process a little easier. I would also like to give a shout out to Amanda, I believe, at the front desk for taking numerous calls and messages from me. God bless you all!

Dr Martin is one of the best veterinarians in missouri.He easly to talk to and he works to help the animals not just there for money today my puppy dog Maya wasn't doing good and I called and made an appointment at 4pm but out of know where my dog was getting worse the office was closed for lunch but that didn't matter. I called the emergency line and Dr Martin said bring her in asap and means alot to find a vet like him..Thanks Dr Martin..

My dog Bobo was very sick and it was 5 or so in the evening everyone was closed I went to Martin Vertrinary and the Dr said of course we'll check him out they were already closing and all the staff was ready to go home when we got there and not one of them left until we left and they took excellent care of my best friend and the dr let me pay them the next day

Dr. Martin and his team took exceptional care of our rescue dog, Ellie, before we adopted her. Her mom had passed away and the vet techs bottle fed her to health - it was an extraordinary amount of work and we are so grateful.In our follow up visit, Dr. Martin was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He spent as much time in the room with us as we needed and gave us a full rundown of everything we needed to know.I know firsthand how hard running a veterinary practice can be - but this place has it down! It is new and clean, the staff are friendly, and they provided great care.

As a foster for a rescue I have been to Martins Animal Hospital many times I find Doctor Martin to be professional and very knowledgeable. Being a foster I have taken a few harder to handle dogs and Doctor Martin has never been anything less than compassionate and kind and taken his time with them. I have confidence in his character and ability if I didn’t live a hour and an a half away he would be our vet , in fact I recently saw him for a second opinion for our sick dog because I completely trust him and knew our dog ( our child ) was in good hands with him. We've been using Dr. Martin for years! Im on my third dog with him. I tried other local places and they were much less personal. Not to mention the pricing was crazy in comparison....but in all seriousness my dogs are like my kids. (Dogs are easier to deal with) He has completely transformed our Pit rescue who has debilitating anxiety.
