Shower - wonderfully clean, we could even tell the floor was mopped when we walked in. If the staff keep cleaning like this they will remain the cleanest loves in the country, keep up the good work.Parking - plenty of room and decent sized lot! Parking lot is on a slight incline but barely noticeable for the most part.Food selection - Finally a truck stop with lots of fresh food selection! Kinda high priced, squeezing those dollars out but it was all good food.Arby’s - Good hot food and Strawberry lemonade! That says it all!Customer service - staff greets you all throughout the store, not just when you walk in. And I do mean all staff, even the Arby’s staff. Courteous, polite and friendly. They provide a welcoming atmosphere that is relaxing and enjoyable.I don’t know if it is because the store is new or if it’s just the area but this location is a model for how all Love’s should be run. Thank you for your service!

Brand spanky new. It isn't even dirty by the gas pumps yet from oil. Like it feels sorta like it'll never get dirty. Now, if you are a Love's regular down bloomsdale way, this one might require directions. It's a big place...sorta like Mall of America. Dog park is hidden on 3 sides. Semi's are up above the general store which if you have a "Big Truck" thing could lead to good or bad dreams depending on what your thing is? Still, Love It. Ha! Get it?

Newly opened. Very nice inside & out. Parking lot is clean, level, well lit, no pot holes, avg sized spaces, plenty of room to maneuver & back, ample trash cans (use 'em). There will be some decent areas for walking the pups, once the grass grows in (clean up after your Fido). At 10p on this night, there were still 6-8 open spots in the far back.Bathrooms were very clean & well stocked. Store was clean & well stocked. The employees were very friendly & helpful. The fuel islands were clean & water was on at the pumps.For you fellow big bunkers & RV'rs - they have a dump station on the car side. *the water was shut off on this date. Assuming because of the frigid temps*

As someone who drives for a living, you learn to appreciate places like Love's. A very strong consistency of cleanliness and service regardless of location. A great place for snacks and drinks, usually at least one fast food restaurant attached (sometimes 2). Bathrooms are almost always super clean. Good fuel prices. Agreeable staff. And personally, I'm grateful for their huge, tall signs with the big red heart on them because you can see them a mile away and you know that you are close to a decent bathroom!

Fairly good sized lot. They actually made the spots mostly flat even though this sits on a hill. Nice area with lots of grass and trees. No shop yet. Not sure if there will be one or not. About the biggest issue I can see here will be during the winter months. It's all uphill coming in and downhill leaving. Hope they have a good plow truck. They're gonna need it.

New location with lots of spaces and room for the semi trucks. As usual inside was extremely clean. We were greeted by Martha on the night shift who so very polite and friendly.

I guess you could technically call the shower hot but not really. More like extra warm. Good water pressure and nice new facilities but yea not good enough for me heat wise. If you have platinum status and get free showers that's one thing but I would have been pissed if I wasted a shower point on this or god forbid forked over the 18$ they want.

This is a brand-new Love's on the west side of I-55 at the McNutt exit. It is new and clean, and the service is friendly. I can't speak to OTR services, but the auto traveler services are nice.

They are convenient as a gas station but their jerky and trail mix prices are as high a Willy Nelson. No alcohol at the Herculaneum MO one yet.
