We were in a group of 10, however, we split to 2 tables of 6 and 4. We didn't have to wait for tables. We were greeted quickly and the waitress took our drink orders. After giving us time to decide on our food order, we placed our orders and the food was prepared and served. Our food was the usual great quality of Cracker Barrel. The restaurant wasn't very busy at the time, so we felt comfortable taking our time to visit. A very enjoyable breakfast!

We love coming to Cracker Barrel! For some reason, our two youngest kids love eating here, and every time they see the sign they ask "Can we eat at Cracker Barrel?" lol The service has always been great, and while the food might not be Michelin Star worthy, it's good food cooked right. The general store part of it is maybe a little overpriced on some things, but is always full of cool and interesting stuff! What's really nice about Cracker Barrel is how every location we've been to has been outstanding with their service. I don't know what they're doing as a company to keep that standard upheld over so many locations, but keep it up y'all! They may have done Brad's wife dirty, but the staff always seems to be in a good mood. We'll definitely keep coming back in the future!Dietary restrictions: They work very hard to alter meals to fit whatever dietary requirements guests have. I ordered a "half and half" to drink expecting half lemonade, half tea. Our waiter was used to people ordering it as half sweet, and half unsweet tea. Lol Simple mistake on my part, but it goes to show that they'll do whatever it takes to fit your needs, even if it's just a little less sugar!Kid-friendliness: Our three kids love it here. Our two younger ones (both less than six years old) have an obsession with this place! Lol The servers are always kind to them, and even work to try and fill their occasional childish requests (within reason, none have been able to produce a unicorn for our daughter yet! Lol) like smiley face confetti pancakes, or strawberry milk. They have high seats, and little table attachments for them for little ones, as well as booster seats for the in-between kids.

We stayed overnight in our RV. They require that you come in and speak to manager first. There are 3 RV spots but the trees need trimming so bigger rigs would need to take up more spaces. Kids were very disappointed that the checkers inside had been removed for a display. Would have been really nice to play especially since our dinner took over 45 minutes to make when the restaurant was mostly empty. We ordered the cornbread but weren’t told they were out so they brought out cold biscuits. The bathroom trash was overflowing and most of the men’s stalls were locked

Family style restaurant, nice waitress and friendly. Chicken and Dumplings were very good, okra was overcooked. Fried Catfish and hush puppies were over cooked and raw inside. The mash potatoes were dried out and slightly hard, mac & cheese was very good. The biscuits were fresh and hot and were also very good. The waitress ask if I would care to order another meal or remove the price off the bill. This moved them from a 2 star to 3 stars.

Hadn't been to CB in a long time due to a string of visits with poor service, and poor quality food, coupled with CB wading in the waters of social issues.I received a gift card for Christmas, went and was pleasantly surprised with good food and service.Do have a couple of comments though. They dropped turkey sausage and now have spicy chicken sausage for what was described as a small up charge. It was $2.29. On an $11 meal that is 20% more,. I don't call that a small up charge. Bring back the turkey. It is also chintzy to charge for apple butter.

We both ordered chicken-fried chicken with 3 sides. Compared with previous orders of the exact same items, today's fare was: 1. Lacking in portion size and 2. Chicken was very tough to cut and chew. No photos to add. Ate it all! But, size pictured on menu didn't match with what was served on the plate. Mentioned this to cashier on way out. Said they're constantly having to train new cooks.Vegetarian options: Plenty of veg choices including salads.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of access for wheelchairs.

What happened to Cracker Barrel’s portions? My husband and I both got the grandmas sampler platter. Our eggs, meat, and hashbrown casserole were good. But our pancakes were tiny and cold, butter wouldn’t even melt. Their pancakes used to almost the size of the plate, not anymore. Our server reluctantly asked if we wanted new pancakes, but I feel this should’ve been noticeable before she brought out our food to us. Even our replacement cakes were bad. If you want a good, hot, and reasonably priced breakfast, go to waffle house! My food is always perfect and consistent there.Edit** Cracker Barrel has ignored my email and call.

My family of 4 ate here today. We were seated fast but waited for at least 45 mins..for our food. They were busy so we understood. Our waitress was extremely unpersonable she acted as if we were bothering her when she was taking our order. She never checked on us asked if we needed anything. After my husband was almost done with his food our waitress came to the table and i reminded her that he never got his chocolate milk once he got it he took a drink and it was awful tasted like watery chocolate. He mentioned it when paying and they just brushed him off. We won't be returning because all the cons of this restaurant definitely outweigh the pros.

I have never had a bad experience at Cracker Barrel. I use the app to join the waitlist, which means I am seated quickly upon arrival. My go-to restaurant when traveling.Kid-friendliness: Children are welcome at Cracker Barrel. They offer a variety of kid-approved items on their kids menu and the wait staff is always friendly and attentive to youngsters.

Our Server Kiera K brought out the wrong food, and then forgot to bring back the correct food on top of that I requested butter for my grits, which by the way were awful they were the hardest grits that I’ve eaten ever in my life she left to get the butter returned, and didn’t have the butter. I don’t know where her mind was, but it was not on my table. The eggs were cold, I asked for extra extra soft, scrambled eggs and they were hard as a rock. I don’t like hard eggs. My boyfriend insisted on coming there, but I will never come again I did buy a purple Tumblr. That I love. We were passing through on our way to a funeral never to return there again awful service.

Ordered to go and half the food was missing. The cashier said she just gave my food to the wrong person. Waited for the general manager to personally remake it. The order that took forever (both times) was still wrong the second time. The general manager did not make the situation right. After waiting almost 2 hours, he ran out of the store to pass the buck onto the shift change employees. I witnessed numerous issues with other customers tickets and to-go orders. Bad management is to blame and I hope corporate can better handle these issues.

The food was disgusting tonight. Everything was old and cold. We mentioned it, nothing happened. We should have just walked out but my toddler was starving. They mentioned all the serving staff had been sent home...so half our order was messed up to begin with. Out of 8 chicken strips at our table, only 4 were edible. The beef tips were old tasting and super chewy. The Mac and cheese was literally mushy and dry. I will attach a picture. This is the second time this has happened again this location. We'll just go to Arnold. The only good thing about tonight's experience was Zoey. She was SUPER nice and took over our table when our "waitress" disappeared.

I would give this review 0 stars if I could because I am that upset.So I want to tell you a little story about my Thanksgiving. My family decided to eat at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store in Herculaneum, MO on Thanksgiving at 11am. We knew that it would be busy so we knew that we would have to wait so no big deal.... 45 minutes later we were seated.... still no biggie we were all happy as we did our normal shopping in their country store. There was a total of 9 of us and there were only 2 children so not a high maintenance table. We did split the ticket into 3 separate tickets. 1( my mother and father in law), 2(brother and sister in law and nephew), 3(Bryan and myself and our two), so 25 minutes later all of ticket 1's food comes out, my daughters food comes out, and my nephews food comes out, and part of Daisy's food came out. Then we waited.... for almost 30 minutes for the rest of the food to come out.So let me break this down for you the kids were done eating when the parents received their food. The waitress could not remember to bring ice and napkins at the same time. Then the amount of mistakes in the food was astronomical. I have never had so many problems at a restaurant before in all of my almost 43 years, but couldn't stay to speak with a manager because on the way out my 11 year daughter had an attack and fainted at the front of the restaurant into a table and had to be carried out of the restaurant.

The servers are horrible. Stopped on 29 Nov. All three servers were more worried about talking to their friends who were eating instead of the customers. Had to ask twice for refills on our drinks but the most intriguing thing was our server telling her friends about how her Tinder account had pictures of her in the bathroom. The elderly couple sitting next to us probably wondered what Tinder was. The fun part for me was explaining to my son for the rest of our trip what she was talking about.When asked how our visit was by the cashier I said the service was pretty bad. All she could say I'm sorry, your total is $38.02.Next time I'm just driving right past and going somewhere else.

Disappointing that I had to pull my 5 star review.For starters, the Country Boy breakfast is no longer steak, rather steak tips, (a shadow of what you used to get). The steak tips were chewy, my grits were soupy, and my over-easy eggs were solid. I didn't complain about the meal though, because the server only returned to give us our ticket.

Food was great, well made, no issues with any of our 6 meals. Atmosphere was typical, good as always at cracker barrel.Service was ok, but I would say it was an opportunity ... half a cup of coffee to start kept hearing that more would come (3 times) but only got 1 cup after most of the meal was gone. Ordered 4 ranches and were brought 3. 1 water didnt arrive as ordered then water wasn't refilled until 2 were empty for quite a while. Ultimately the server kind of had an attitude like we should've been experts on the menu like she was. We don't eat out a lot so we had a few questions on the plates. 4 kids received 1 kid menu to color.Again the food was good

We waited well over an hour for our food. When we finally received our food....EVERYTHING WAS COLD!!! My wife spoke with the waitress and the first thing the waitress says was "it's not my fault...we are just really busy". The waitress didn't ask if we wanted our food replaced...it wasn't until my wife spoke with the manager that we had new food brought to us...I wish I could say it was better...but this was not the case.On the first order, my eggs were cooked wrong, the hashbrowns and steak were cold...everything my wife had ordered was cold, her gravy on her chicken fried steak was so cold it had congealed. Our friends who dined with us just took their food home with them to reheat it...$60 plus dollar meal, nothing taken off and only bad excuses of what was wrong...Oh! and when my steak tips and eggs were returned, they forgot my hashbrowns....and way over cooked my eggs...I guess they showed me on what happens when a customer complains.
