usually only go during the evenings but can say the night staff is always very welcoming and helpful when needed (other than the bitter old lady that works there) clean & stocked isles

Made a purchase using my debit card. According to the associate the transaction timed out and he asked me to insert my card again. As a result, I wound up being charged twice for the same transaction. I contacted them 4 days later when I realized I had been double charged and was told I needed to call Corporate. I called corporate and was initially told I would be refunded and to call back if I didn't see the refund within a couple of days. I called back when I didn't see a refund and was assured it would be refunded by the end of the following week but that never happened. I called back again and was told they would not refund me because they had only received one payment (although I have evidence of the double charge) and advised me to contact my own bank and have my bank dispute it.

How can you be a BRAND NEWLY built store & be closed (till who knows when) the last couple of days for maintenance repairs???? It's great/handy when it's open
