This place is one of those hidden gems. From the front it looks small, but when you go inside and go back to the warehouse area (yes it is open for shopping) you will be overwhelmed by the massive inventory. They carry so many teams and schools stuff. When I was there the owner came out and greeted me. She was telling about how they do promotional products. Like custom T-Shirts, hats, banners and so much more. She also said if they don't have what you want they will be glad to try and get if for you.Love this Place.

I bought a backpack for my 7yo he used it for 38 days approximately 5 to 10 min a day and only carried a lunch bag and a two pocket folder from my car to class. Stored it in a locker all day. Carried it from class to the car then into to house where it sat in our office. The company would not return or replace and would not even give me the time of day. I'm not the type to write a review but felt people should know who they are dealing with. I would not recommend buying anything from this company as they do not stand behind their products and are severely lacking in customer service skills.

The location is remote and far away from anything. I just happened to stop by driving on 10/29 and ended up purchasing four items. It took a long 10 minutes to check-out at the register because items have to be searched individually on a computer. The quantity is there as far as merchandise goes yet items are not in any particular order, things are shuffled everywhere. I am not surprised by other reviews I have read online in concern of this company.

My wife purchased what she thought would be a cute gift me for me. She ordered me a Winnie the Pooh blanket however we received something completely different. She has sent an email (with screen shots and a picture of what was received) and I have called a few times with voicemails and neither of us have been contacted back. The next step will be to file a complaint and fraud. So a little advice do not I repeat DO NOT order anything from this company.

I was looking for a St. Louis Blues onesie for a new grandchild & noticed that Bounce Back Sports had a cute one. I ordered it online on Tuesday & received it in the mailbox on Thursday. I was amazed & happy to get it so quick. And it was good quality.

I ordered an item online and it was shipped to the wrong address all the way across the US.To make a mistake like that just shows the type of business it is. I won’t be shopping with them ever again. When shopping on amazon double check who the seller is because if it’s Bounce Back Sports your going to get a headache. I wouldn’t recommend shopping with them.

I call it the Sports Oddity shop. Very unique things to choose from. I worked there for a short while as a Shipper/receiver/picker. The owners really know what they are doing.The amount of items is absolutely mind-blowing and just walking around you will find something to buy.Not visible from the road, but once you see it you'll definitely go back.

I gavé NEVER met anyone so rude, beligerant and grotesquely unprofessional as the woman who owns this place. I had a problem with an item that I purchased. When I attempted to return the shirt with all of the tags still attached the owner refused to refund my money. She went as far as to yell and insult me. I wound up. having to dispute the charge to recover my funds. I don't know show this woman acquired the few compliments she has, but my guess is that they are fake. With an attitude like hers I don't she remains in business.

Love this place! Local folks bringing you sports accessories that you just dont find at all the little mall stores. You never know what you will find because they are always finding deals and bringing them to the store. Will find what you need and very helpful. Last year my Christmas shopping was almost done when I left!. They are off the beaten path, but that makes it even better. Check this store out. They have doubled inside since I first walked in there three years ago.

Worst buying experience ever. If you buy something from them don’t expect to receive it and Jesus help you if you want refund bc these scam artists are not here to please. Most manipulative site I’ve found. Either fake site or terroist group buyers Beware

They have a lot sports knick knacks, but the store was somewhat in disorder. It took forever to pay for the items we selected. They had to look up the price of each item in the computer.

Just like shopping on the internet but being able to see and touch everything. They have so many sports things that you can't even image without going there. Sports fan must stop.. staff is super friendly and helpfull
