Worth going out of your way, especially if you are somewhat sensory-triggered. Bright, wide aisles, much less crowded than most locations in the metropolitan area. Definitely the champions of progress: the high percentage of self-checkouts of various sizes results in more employees keeping the store stocked, clean, and well-organized.

Went in for 2 tires. Told them that I want the new ones on the front. Was told that policy states new tires go on the back. WA sheld hostage for almost 2 hours cause three different people told me that the tires can be placed how I asked and then was told they couldn't and I would have to sign a waiver of liability to leave. Do not recommend spend the Xtra money and avoid them.

What had happened to the customer service at this store?I've been working out of town for 3 years and this is the first time I've used the grocery pickup since I've been back. Apparently they decided not to bag half of my groceries and just throw them into the back of the vehicle. I highly recommend you supervise the loading of your groceries if you would like them contained in bags when you get home.

If you want to buy food that's been around mold then this store is the store for you. Be careful what you buy from here. I got word that their meat department wasn't cleaned since December after I recieved meat from an online order that smelled so bad, the packaging smelled terrible I didnt even attempt to open it and cook it, I threw it out immediately, and last time I went in and shopped there I saw mold on the back of the produce wall. I'm never returning to this mold infested store again. I suggest for others health and safety not to shop here either.

I love shopping at Walmart. I can find everything I need in one store. I don't have to go to ten different shops. And everything is pretty good quality. Love that it's so convenient and such variety at decent pricing.

Wow I am amazed good friendly people live here, I travel in all of United States and see real time what's happening, you don't see that alot nowadays. Only downside is the deli section, I had to throw the food out because it wasn't edible and the counter girl wasn't truly doing her job and sold me bunch of garbage, I guessed lazy and incompetents work in this section, I call that a dishonest way of doing business. But 3 stars for nice people around and overall.

The people that work at the Walmart in Harrisonville are so kind and helpful. Things I can't reach they retrieve for me with no complaints. They always greet and smile to me. Nice people!

Inventory could be better. Tired of not getting the things I need because it's out of stock. Prices are getting pretty high as well. Not as fond of the company as I used to be.

Terrance and the young man working on tire repairs were awesome! They provided exceptional customer service. We were traveling through area , 300 miles from where we left this morning, still 400 miles from home, had a tire not holding air. Too far gone to be fixed. They were able to find us complete set of tires for our equinox and less than 2 1/2 hours from when we had a low tire on side of road to back on road with 4 new tires! Thank you! The entire store was clean, all staff friendly and shelves well stocked!

I love the online ordering and pick up. It saves a lot of time and money because I don’t do impulse purchases anymore. I just wish the shoppers for the online orders were better at picking produce. I don’t know if they need more training or if they just don’t care but it’s hit or miss and mostly miss because I think they just grab whatever and put it in the cart. I’m getting tired of over ripe bananas and tomatoes. I have started picking up my produce at Price Chopper down the road because I know it’s good quality.

Self-checkout machines run slow. Just did the 3rd or 4th change to their check-out/register setup since 2020, and are adding a business to their parking lot that fired employees in 2020 for wearing Covid face masks in the KC area. Prices often don’t match what their price scanner claims…Aldi and Price Chopper are only about a mile away. I’m buying there now more than ever before.

A great Walmart in a convenient location. This store does well what Walmarts are known to do: great prices on the right products in the right location. Also, if you need Chiefs gear, this is your place. There was more Chiefs apparel than I've seen, even at Arrowhead Stadium. Very convenient.

Everyone was courteous and they do allow semi parking (on the Murphys side) so drivers can shop!!! NO overnight parking. But hey, at least we can shop!!!

This Walmart is alright, the main issue with this Walmart is they are always out of certain grocerie products ..and at first I liked the pharmacy, here lately it takes forever for them to get your prescriptions filled especially if you have certain types of insurance such as Medicare / Medicade .. you sit there for an hour , just for them to change stuff around , they also say that your prescriptions were not called in .. to call your doctor , only to find out that yhey have been called in! This usually happens when it's called in electronically..

I was here to buy groceries and some guy and some lady came up to me and told me I had to leave and I did not get my groceries if I was you I would stay way from this Walmart and go to price chopper instead they have better and more respectful staff

Came in to buy ammo asked for 22 LR the guy working the desk gave my 22wmr and of course all sales on ammo are final so screwed out of 20 bucks go Walmart! maybe hire someone in the gun department who knows about guns..

We live in Grandview and every now and then come down here for shopping. This store is always clean and the people that work there are always helpful and friendly.Today I saw that they had american flags mounted all along the front.....what a beautiful sight.

Almost got hit by a pickup crossing the street in to Walmart so he could park on the sidewalk right next to the store. The store appears grubby and in need of a deep cleaning and people were walking around with dogs. When I left, a different Vehicle was parked on the sidewalk like a bunch of hicks. When I complaine to the manager about the vehicles on the sidewalk they said they have no control over who parks where. When I said something about the dogs they say they have no control over that either and they're not allowed to ask people if their support pets. What do you have control of?

I went in to purchase the do it yourself cupcakes. While I was looking, Michelle from the bakery told me about the do it yourself cookie! She didn't have any ready yet, so she took the time to get one ready for me before going to lunch. My niece had so much fun decorating the cookie and cupcakes this weekend! Thank you Michelle!
