My dogs got into a fight leaving one badly injured needing medical attention immediately. Dr Morrison and her staff was quick in action to getting him the care he needed, assuring me of the process and helped calm me down. He ended up having to get 23 staples and multiple trips back to get his wound drained. They were so helpful throughout his two week healing process and my many calls to them for re assurance. All of them went above and beyond for my furbaby. 10/10 recommend for service, quality and price!

We were traveling and 12 hours away from home and to stop with an emergency with our 8 week old puppy. Dr Morrison and her staff took us right in and was able to help. They were kind, supportive and extremely knowledgeable and took very good care of our little girl. We can't thank them enough and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We have tried on 3 different occasions to get into this facility to get multiple cats spay/neuter. Cats keep giving birth in our barn. You know, it is ok if you are not taking new patients but you dont have to be so flipping rude about it. If you dont like your job, quit. Customer service is important. Avoid this facility, they are not taking new patients and whoever answers the phone is as rude as they come. This call was made 12/19/2023 at 8.15am.

Dr. Morrison has to be one of the most knowledgeable veterinarians I have ever met; not to mention extremely compassionate. You can tell immediately how much she loves animals.Also, her ancillary staff are very friendly and competent. As many of you know, this is an asset. The customer service is great and they are also very knowledgeable. This is not the type of vet office that is run by a random person off the street. From the admins to the techs, you are getting a knowledgeable and personalized experience.I've been seeing her with my pets for three years. She was recommended to me by my neighbor who has been seeing her for decades. Bar none when it comes to Pet Vet and Dr. Morrison. I can't imagine ever having another vet.We decided to euthanize my chihuahua, who was already giving up on life after a serious injury. We did treatments and physical therapy, and she just wasn't getting better.Dr. Morrison is so compassionate; she feels your pain and knows what it feels like to make the hardest ever decisions for your animal.My sweet cat , Dice, died unexpectedly from a disease I'd never heard of, Bobcat Fever. Dr. Morrison helped to educate and warn Kansas City cat owners of the risks and prevention via news media.Above and beyond is a vast understatement. Not only is she a wonderful veterinarian, but she is a wonderful human.

Friendly staff. Very impressed. I took my Husky, Bella to be spayed here. Great pricing. The drive from Belton with my hyper Husky was worth it. Cost MUCH better than my Vet in Grandview. Will be taking my other dog there as well.

This vet cares for her patients. I may live in Leavenworth, KS but I plan on making her my vet for my 3 cats. We took my Honey to see her after 3 weeks of antibiotics for a UTI and she found a mass. We left her overnight so that surgery could be done in a couple of days. Honey died the next day in her sleep. I will NEVER use the vets up here in Leavenworth.

Hateful lady was too busy to even tell me she was too busy to help me. 5 mins after telling them I was in a hurry, I go find her & I get talked to like I'm stupid. Repeating that they're "busy in the kennels". I guess that is MY FAULT for guessing you'd go get someone who WASN'T too busy to help me when u said that, & walked away. Best part, not only do they charge 2x as much as everywhere else for nail cutting, they only cut nails of animals that are up to date on their shots.....AND ONLY IF U GOT THEM VACCINATED THERE. If u went to pet resource center cuz they do em for like $60, then ur dogs nails can grow into their feet or break off cuz they don't care! Good to know! I'll get my 3 dogs many different needs met somewhere else!!!

We love Dr. Rebecca at Pet Vet and her staff! They are always friendly. They do a great job taking care of all our pups! We have one pup with allergies and Dr. Rebecca worked hard to get her on the right stuff to help clear up her poor tummy rash. We also had one with sores in his paws and had blood in his stool and she did amazing work trying to figure what was wrong so we could get him treated! I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone needing a good vet to take care of their fur babies!

I like Doc Rebecca, her staff are great, the pet hotel is great also, we left our dog there for a couple of days, they sent us doggy text messages about our dog daily,, but there is a issue,,our dog can't spell, so who was doing the texting?

I love this pet clinic I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have a big German Shepherd and he doesn't get out much. So he is very protective of me and he stays in with me at the house,which he is also territorial on, but he plays with our cats. They all know him and his little tendencies. Services, hours, prices and staff are priceless.

We have 5 dogs, 4 cats, 2 poisonous toads, 2 mice, a bunny and a leopard gecko. We needed a really great place for our small zoo. That was cheap and friendly. They are great with my cinnamon pitbull. She loves them. I drive an hour to get to them. I wouldn’t want them to go anywhere else.

They took excellent care of my dog that was attacked by coyotes. I can’t say enough about how everyone was friendly and caring to my old boy Wilson. He’s recovering nicely at home with his over 15 stitches but is going to be ok. So appreciate the work they did!

These girls are absolutely amazing! We have had to get 6 kittens texted for FeLV and FIV and they took them right then and tested them! They are very kind and caring! Absolutely recommend!
