They have a good size store that is well stocked and maintained.🛎️ ServiceThe store staff is very professional and friendly which always makes for a good experience.🍔 FoodThere's the usual Love's fare, roller grill along with cold sandwiches and salads. Also for more choices there are a Subway or a McDonald's for alternatives.🚻 RestroomThe restroom was clean, well maintained and stocked.🚿 Showers are clean with lots of hot water and great water pressure.🅿️ ParkingFor a Love's the parking lot is not too bad most spots are easy to back into.

Anytime we travel on I49 around Harrisonville, MO. we stop at this location. We have never had a complaint about anything. The fuel is usually cheaper than most places, and the people were always friendly, and everything was always clean. My family and I realIy like that they have a McDonald's at this location, and the food always tasted great. I look forward to my next visit.

Third visit to a Love's Travel Stop while traveling West. Only one gas pump was out of order and every pump had customers fueling up. Topped off our tank and went inside for some drinks and snacks. Clean with well stocked shelves. Drinks were cold and service was fast and friendly.

It was very busy and difficult to pull up to the pumps and find a parking spot. The store was well stocked and the employees were nice. The restrooms were not as clean as some of their other locations.

4/3/24 tire repair told 5.5 hour wait 7hours later told they are finishing up on trk ahead of me. Would be an other 20min 30 min later told an other 30 min. 2hours later told they did not have my info to call me when I went to shop. So it's been 10 hrs waiting now still have two trks ahead of me. Worst shop been to in 30 years of driving.

It's a typical loves...Got a McDs in it that is staffed by your typical teens and is not worth your time... Got a pretty decent group in the shop out back though...but as for the store itself...I've seen way better...they got no tire air service here...wonder why??? Prolly cause there are too many meth heads around to hire a low dollar employee...you gotta pay a big check to support that kind of habit...even though they are one exit from the county detention center...just saying....tell the truth or keep your pie hole shut.

Store has friendly staff. However, their motto, Friendly face and clean places is not exactly true here in Harrisonville, MO.I went in to use the shower and the images speak for themselves about how these bathing rooms are not getting cleaned.Most Love's I have been to I have had no issues but this I would have to rate the worst Love's, EVER!

Stopped in for a cup of coffee to use the restroom and the doors are locked claiming they have no power but the shop has power. The big fuel sign has power. The truck wash across the street has power and everybody around them has power but yet they claim the store don't have any power even though you can see the lights on inside

I came here to fix a leaking tire and they were incredible. Sam and Jeremiah were the best receptionist and mechanic I have ever seen. Super friendly and professional and they fixed me up in no time.

The mechanics here are so busy. Was lucky enough to be the first one through the door just as the sun was rising. Got PM and DOT inspection done. They showed me an issue underneath the cab of which I would not have seen even on pre/post trip. Now I’m at my yard and getting it fixed. Supposedly a wash is opening right across the street that will be owned by Loves… hope this goes well.

terrible manager , fueled at 2 am not a soul in fuel islands. moved over to broken pump (which was coned off) and went in for a shower and was told I was not able to park there so I left. inconsiderate management! I was just trying to shower up n leave during my 30 min break

Nice size truck stop with a truck wash on premise. Clean shower but hot water wasn't so hot just on the very warm side .

Had to get a new shower as the one we were assigned didn't have hot water it was like warm at most, and then this was the shower we were put in. Absolutely disgusting to have mold everywhere

We had a flat just outside of this exit when we passed through recently. Phil at the Love's in Harrisonville went above and beyond to help us. It was 100 degrees outside and he offered to try and plug it, helped put on the spare, and gave us some local options to get it fixed. His kindness made a big impression on my family.

Really bad place to work with. Office staff doesn't know what they are doing. I had a tire work done for one of my company truck over there. Set them up with my National Trucker's B2B account. They never bothered to do their part for invoicing. Also they kept my driver away from his truck on cold winter night!

Their shop is one of the worst shops I have ever been too ..slow told me it wouldn't be till am they would be able to get to me..well I didn't even here my phone ring at 0700 so when I went back in they tell me that they are going to put me to back of the line to get the repair done really serious.. seriously after waiting all night for a hub seal..don't bring your truck here for repairs !! You will be sorry u did

The reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the McDonald's. They are always slow. The staff would rather talk where they think people can't hear or see them. They would rather cater to the drive thru first rather than the truckers who come into the lobby and spend more money. Waited over an hour for my food one day. The lady in front of me waited longer and all she ordered was a medium fry. They now won't let you order in person, you have to use the kiosk that has a limited menu. Employees are slow, rude, and lazy. Don't ever go to this McDonald's.
