The wrist band broke and the battery on my grandfathers watch broke I did some googling and saw I was at least going to be spending 151$ or more just to get those two things fixed. I came in here after seeing great reviews total was $15. They lived up to their reviews I would recommend this shop to anyone it was amazing customer service at an amazing price! Though it took longer than I wished for, the job was done well. It took four weeks to have three stirling silver Navajo-made rings sized, with one of the stones needing to be secured. Prices were reasonable. The rings were shiny, catching the light, sized to fit, when I picked them up today. Shawna stayed on top of the sent-away jewelry and kept me in the know on what was being done, when to expect the rings, calling me as soon as they were returned in the mail. I am very pleased with my three rings.

We are so pleased with our experience at Golden Classic Jewelers. My fiancee and I went to a few jewelry stores looking at engagement rings, but this store stood out above and beyond any of the others. The staff we worked with (Karen and Brandy mostly, and the owner Tim, also) were very friendly and knowledgeable, but never pushy. They made us feel very comfortable and stayed with us an hour after closing on two separate occasions as we looked at rings and asked questions. We even met the family Labrador who came out to greet us once! We were particularly impressed that the the staff really supported us in staying within our budget and went to great lengths to find something we would really love in our price point. They completed all work in a timely manner and got the ring to us exactly when they said.

I selected the perfect loose stone with the help of the owner, Tim, and Angie. They were honest and weren't trying to just take my money. When it came time to select my wedding band, Angie again suggested a ring that was perfect for me! It was even special made to be the exact height and width of my engagement ring band. Tim, Karen and the entire staff at Golden Classics are wonderful! I was still grieving the loss of my husband but knew I wanted to create a new ring. They were so patient and understanding and were able to grasp my vision. I wanted to incorporate my wedding diamond, my mother’s diamonds and also some mine cut diamonds from my great aunt, 6 in total of various sizes. They listened carefully, investigated, offered suggestions, and worked diligently to accomplish all I dreamed. They willing revised until I was perfectly satisfied. The master jewelers they work with custom crafted my ring(actually 3 in one), used the diamonds that meant so much to me and it turned out absolutely gorgeous! I couldn’t be happier. Now they are using 5 small extra diamonds to make my daughter a dainty band that will have her mother and Mimi’s diamonds. I am sure she will be as thrilled as I am with my ring. Talk to Tim and Karen. They can certainly make your dream (piece of jewelry) come true!

Nice selection of Citizen watches. They usually have American silver eagle bullion coins on hand as well. I haven't paid attention to the regular jewelry on my visits but I know they have it. Friendly and welcoming owners and staff. Supporting local independently owned businesses is very important, especially in these times.

I went in today to get a bent ring fixed and they not only did that but they also polished it. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I've also been in to get a broken necklace fixed. They always do a great job. I highly recommend them.

Had my ring fixed with all recommended repairs only to have it break 3 weeks later. After showing my ring to Golden Classics, I was told I should've had a different repair. I took my ring to another jeweler and was shown how and why it broke and now getting the correct repairs made.
