For anyone wanting free stuff go here and walk right on out. NEVER anyone to be found to ring your stuff up and if you “lucky” someone might come up and give you an attitude because they have to help you. I have left my stuff at counter and walked out and went across the street to Walgreens. Will never walk back into another CVS ever again.Walgreens for the win!

Choose another pharmacy if you are looking for timeliness or customer service. The people that answer the phone are rude, it took 4 calls and almost an hour to reach someone and even though the script was faxed the day before, they said it didn’t get there until the next day. I called and verified the day before that the ER faxed it and got confirmation.

This pharmacist has caused a major health crisis for my wife by refusing to fill life altering medication when there was no legal or medical reasons for him to deny her of her medication. A Uniform Complaint Report has been filed with the State of Missouri Board of Pharmacy. I don’t find it funny when a pharmacist thinks he can override what a doctor writes…not just a doctor by my wife’s Cardiovascular Specialist. Jonathan is the pharmacist we have been dealing with for 48 hours. Choose another pharmacy!

Absolutely horrible pharmacy. EVERYTIME I have my scripts sent there they can never find them. They just magically lose them everytime. Then want to argue with me about it. I’ve had to get my doctor on the phone to tell them “yes I did send it, check your fax or automated scripts”. It blows my mind that they can be THAT bad at their jobs. I will NEVER EVER use CVS again. I tried giving them chance after chance and it just gets worse. I would give them a negative star if I could but sadly that’s not an option.

Dorothy, I believe she is a pharmacy technician, went above and beyond with her customer service tonight. She helped me figure out some insurance issues I was having for my son's prescriptions. I was in and out with my prescriptions in 10 minutes! Very friendly, very quick, and will very much be where I go for my pharmaceutical needs from hereon out.

They don’t careThey won’t group meds together and try and make you come in at least once a weekThey want to deliver but I live out in the country and they won’t go that farI prefer to spend money locally rather than mail order. But mail order is what my insurance wants and I am about ready to go mail order. Very sad

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!! Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota has us handcuffed to this company for our benefit. Every time I need to refill it is a complete nightmare and takes at least a week. ! except for a few staff members I would call this a completely incompetent pharmacy. The pharmacist will not call other pharmacies or the doctor for you. They ask you to do that. I have spent many tears and nearly had a stroke at the pharmacy looking at my medicine that had already been filled and they said it had not. I could go on and on of the horrible experiences here but just please go anywhere but here !! WALGREENS OR WAL-MART and I hope Blue Cross and Blue Shield will read this and help us by giving us benefits at other pharmacies !!!!

A few months ago, I came in looking for something to help force feed/water a sick cat. The staff went out of their way to help me and eventually gave me a free package of syringes (without needles) from the pharmacy. Amazing staff!

I've had photos printed here a few times and the quality is always terrible. The pictures were all pixelated and the color was off on several prints.

Horrifyingly rude manager. Old and short lady was extremely rude to the point I left her with what, "I was going to buy".
