Overall the haircut for our dog was fine but other things that occurred and my wife and I are in agreement that we will not be bringing our dog back for grooming. For starters the skin at the base of her tail on the underside got cut. Also several of her cuticles on her claws were snipped during the nail trim. Today is the day after the grooming and our dog isn’t acting like herself, she is normally very energetic and now she is having lots of anxiety and reclusive. We were under the impression that when we dropped her off at 10am that was her appointment time, but then when we called at noon we were in informed she wouldn’t be ready until 230pm. While we were waiting in the lobby to pick her up when she was finished we over heard the owner inform a customer on the phone that they were in fact appointment only and that a time would have to be scheduled, which is mildly concerning as our scheduled time was 10am.

I get my dogs nails rounded and an occasional haircut and my cat goes there to get his matted fur removed. They are always quick and care about them. They make sure they are not afraid and they look amazing. I had no clue what style to get the dogs hair cut and I just asked to make her comfortable and look nice and they did beyond expectations :) my dog also went pee a little because she gets nervous and excited and they were not upset and also helped me put them back in my vehicle. Oh and they always have a little bow or bandanna on after each visit :)

Had a very positive experience taking my 7 month old Aussie to Becky and Jays! She has never been to a groomer before , but they did an excellent job with her shave ! Becky and Jay were both very nice on the phone and in person ! The price point was reasonable and they were very sweet with my dog ! Would highly reccommend and would take my dog back again !

It’s super difficult to find anyone who will groom a cat anymore, especially without sedation! They did a great job here, and they were super quick as well, which is nice because my cat doesn’t exactly love baths.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is absolutely horrible, the lady that groomed my cat cut his claws so short that at least 3 of them were bleeding. My cat loved car rides before this and now he doesn't. The lady admitted she went too fast and apologized and said next visit was free of charge. So I wanted to give them a second chance but they were not allowed to touch my cats claws that I would cut them before bringing my cat in. When I mentioned that when calling to set an appointment, all of a sudden they don't go by appointments. I'm guessing it was Jay I was speaking to, was completely rude to me once he found out it was at no cost to me for the next visit. Said just bring my cat in and they would get to her when they had time and if they had time they were going to cut her claws whether I wanted them to or not. My animals are my children, nobody hurts my babies.

Very impressed with how they treated my 15 yr old Malti-Poo. Very kind and considerate and she was groomed perfectly. I can tell Becky is a true dog lover and will put the dog first, which is what every furkid parent should want.
