Love the prices and the quality. The only thing that I can see is how rough the checkers are once in awhile. I get it. When you are busy, you just want to get people out of there... and I understand you may not want to talk to the clientele, however... just running them through the chute does not do much for the consumer.And when the consumer tries to keep produce and breads from getting destroyed by keeping it seperate, the lease you could do so is not be slamming the heavier stuff on it as you are slinging it into the cart.Please keep in mind this was only a couple of times that this has happened, so overall, I'm very happy with our Aldis.

I love our Aldi store. The people are exceptional, the produce is fresh and plentiful, they have a great keto selection in almost every aisle, and fun seasonal finds every time I come in. Compared with a neighboring grocery store, they're miles ahead in a customer-focused, service-first attitude.

I love this Aldi, they always have a great meat selection. I think this one slightly bigger than the surrounding ones and I actually go a bit out of my way to go to it.

So much for the Twice is Nice freshness guarantee. Had an issue with produce that was bad before the expiration date. The Manager acted like she didn’t know about the Twice as Nice freshness guarantee and when I explained it to her she treated me as if the refund $ were coming from her own pocket. In addition, the newer register operators at this store are very pleasant unlike the supervisors that never smile and have zero customer service skills. SHAME ON YOU, management staff. You could certainly take a few pointers from your front line Associates!

Store is always clean. Some prices are not lower than everybody else but they're not as high as piece chopper. Staff always makes me feel like they're rushing me at checkout. I've even caught one girl rolling her eyes, which in turn made me go slower. I would still recommend though.

Always clean and well stocked. They have a wide variety of products, both food and otherwise . The staff is mostly friendly. They could, of course, have more cashiers when they get busy. That would be where I could see room for improvement.

Bought some bacon at this Aldi, on our way to the lake of the ozarks— bought it the 7th of April didn’t think to check the date on it but today which is the 8th went to go use the bacon for breakfast and I checked the date, it’s use by date is the 5th of April. Why it was still sitting in the fridge is beyond me but it’s annoying that I spent money on something I can’t use and it’s not like there’s an Aldi close by for me to just return it to either.

The woman working was extremely rude. The store closes at 8pm. I walked in at 740pm. This lady told me twice within 5 minutes that they close at 8. She was closing the store while i was still shopping. Had all the cold food blinds pulled down already. So me going back because I forgot to grab sliced cheese was definitely out of the question. This is why people with aniexty stay home! Throwing your food around, and into another cart. This place has horrible customer service. I will not go back...

Went in at around 915 am the produce looked bad green beans were black and moldy peppers had mold growing on them. They started stocking frozen which I understand working for a competitor but they kept throwing the empty boxes on the floor and then stepping on them which is a safety hazard. All this is a result of bad training by management should be addressed unless safety for customers and associates is not a priority.

I'm so grateful and thankful that Harrisonville opened up an Aldi!!! Being a single mother I know I am able to go there get a weeks worth of groceries without breaking the bank!! I've never bought anything there that didn't taste good or hit the spot!!! If you're looking to do a charcuterie board they have everything available for half the cost!!! And their Aldi's finds are always amazing and affordable!!!

Been shopping Aldi's for decades and many locations. Was excited to finally have one in Harrisonville, however we are disappointed in how cut back it is. There is a lack of freezer space, which has caused us to change meals on the fly due to not having what we were looking for. The register's are too close to the aisle not allowing for a line longer than two. Friendly staff, and they do take care of the store.
