Three cheers for a Walmart that allows overnight RV parking in their lot. I spent one night here, arriving late and then departing early. I did stop inside and the store looked to be in more than good condition. Cart corrals were not full, there was no merchandise on the floor and the men's wear department was tidy.I did use the restroom and it was clean. But then, 6:30 am was before most folks would have a chance to make it messy. So.

I don't go here unless I have no choice. When I do, it just reminds me why I hated the last trip.It first starts when you enter the parking lot. If you are handicapped ♿️ your most likely not going to be getting a spot! Retirement community and a handful of handicap spots best. Many times, I have just left because there is nowhere to park. Once in the store, I've found that some items I've shopped for could be in 3 different places in the store. So begins the scavenger hunt of zigzagging through the store to see where the items are this time. Or find after looking in 3 places they just don't have it! So much fun 😁! Oh, and the app and store inventory don't sync with each other. So that is of no use!

We are customers, just as well as customers picking up their groceries from associates shopping for them. When we are shopping, we can't seem to get down an aisle or get groceries off the shelf, due to associates parking incorrectly or blocking groceries.

I have no idea what the greeters name was but he looked like a Bruce. This guy got it right! I don’t need you to be over the top or try to start a conversation with me. This legend didn’t do any of that he stood there staring off into space with his arms crossed and just kind of grunted at me. Keep up the great work! Godspeed Bruce, I love you!

Much too big and difficult to find things we needed that we easily find in Moberly store #40. Asked for help a couple of times but was sent to wrong locations. Just not fun shopping at Hannibal Walmart as it's too big and strung out.

Guys in the auto center are all great. Got new tires installed, had a minor issue resolved free of charge! Super friendly and down to earth. Also this Walmart has a large selection of protein bars, which I appreciate

They usually have what I need. Curbside pick up is fast. Avoid the bathrooms at all cost. They have horrible disgusting bathrooms each time I’ve had the misfortune of needing to use them.

Other than walking the whole store looking for the items I needed and waiting an extra 15 minutes at the checkout for a printed receipt, it was fine for my once-a-year visit.

Absolutely no customer service asked a question and was pointed to aisle and told Me to find it myself also all parking up anywhere close was taken by for loading for call in orders leaving elderly to walk quite distance to shop

I'm not sure of the young man's name in the electronics dept but he was a great help. I was there on Friday morning January 26 to buy a touchscreen laptop. He was an enormous help.

I got took for a$100. At the self check out still haven't gotten it back. I was told they cant open it that was a lie because one of the supposed managers opened it up rightin front of me and she seen that there was two hundred dollars in the machine. And in case you haven't noticed the groceries go upevery week. It's a damn shame that we are getting rip off. Beings that they not only control Walmart but Dollar Tree and other stores in town. And they are the only store that takestheBenifit card here that's a damn shame we are suffering from people raise price when we are already in a recessioI won't go back. Even if I have to go out of town to shop.

There must have been 25 spaces for grocery pick up spots and maybe 6 places for handicap parking and they were all full. Grocery pick up places were empty. Need to rethink the parking lot

Infuriating. I have a very hard time going to Walmart for my own handicap reasons and it took two days to finally get my groceries prepared for pickup, then when I kept checking online the order was never even processed until after the pickup time so after calling SEVERAL departments with no answer, I finally discovered they had been ready for awhile... I should have called sooner, I guess. Or, they could have been in time 2 days ago. :) It isn't usually that bad, though. Walmart and I just just have our own issues. Lol.

Okay so I've never had a bad situation at our local Walmart actually love it they had pumpkins on sale for $3.98 and they were huge people might have been looking at me kind of weird because I got nine but hey I have nine kids don't judge LOL!

Try to take something back and there are 10 people in line for returns and 1 person working the customer service. There were 2 employees just standing around. 7 employees watching the self checkouts. Just imagine if they were actually helping people how much faster it would be. Why do they have door greeters? Have them check people out!!!! Why do they stock everything during the busiest hours and block the isles? Shouldn’t the stocking be done at night and early morning when it’s not so busy?

I had misgivings about getting a new Sim card Consumer Cellular from Walmart but I couldn't use my phone and this was the fastest way to get it. Shay gave great support. Not only did she has the tool to get into my phone, but she contacted CC and didn't quit until I could place calls. Above and beyond!!

Came through self checkout around 8am. The cashier was THE FRIENDLIEST, NICEST CASHIER I have experienced in a long time. As a truck driver who is over the road. The FRIENDLY, SMILING and HELPFUL associates was a wonderful experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The new Walmart looks good. They did a good job but now trying to find everything is a pain in the butt and every time you turn around they've moved something again or they. Can't find it and they're getting rid of items or you have to get them online. It's just a big pain in the butt. In the bathroom you're always dirty
