They are constantly 10+ days late on my daughter’s seizure meds and it happens every month. They say that corporate doesn’t let them keep meds on the shelf which I know is a lie and are constantly late on my daughters seizure medications and today the MANAGER told me it’s not my fault if my two year old daughter dies although it will be if they don’t fill her medicine. Law lsuit coming their way. DONT GO HERE.

Absolutely awful service. To put it as politely as possible the workers were beyond lethargic and less organized than Stevie wonders crayon box. If you were “working” in the pharmacy today you should be ashamed of yourself you people wouldn’t cut it as a Walmart greeter.

Here as a travel nurse from Denver. Nightmare trying to get my prescriptions refilled (I use a Walgreens pharmacy in Denver and have NEVER had issues). I was on hold for 45 mins before whoever I talked to was extremely rude, then proceeded to hang up on me. I know the whole world is short staffed right now, so I was being patient and kind. But this customer service is absolutely unacceptable and I will be contacting cooperate. Don’t waste your time with this Walgreens.

Buyer beware! Last month on a prescription bottle clearly marked a fill of 55 out of the 60 on my anxiety med- when I asked if I could pick up my other 5 pills a few weeks later, I was told they're had to be a second bottle with the other 5 when I originally picked it up. Did not happen! BS. This Friday I picked up 5 prescriptions. After counting all the meds I was short 2 blood pressure pills, 2 cholesterol pills and shorted 3 more anxiety med pills. There's something seriously wrong with this place! Stay away !!

I would have given 0 stars if it were an option. I have been sick (more than likely with COVID) I have to have a test completed for my job. Managed to get out of bed with a 102 fever and go to a scheduled appointment for a rapid test. Staff at drive thru rushed me through and said I would receive a call and or email within an hour with results. After 5 hours and no results, I called and staff was very rude and put me on hold for 20 minutes until their system dropped my call. I gave them the benefit as I know they stay busy. I called today and was treated very poorly again by staff just to be told that I was not in the system and that they have no idea what happened to my test. But.. if I wanted I could come back for another rapid. I understand mistakes happen and would have been okay with coming back to be retested had the staff not been so hateful towards me.

After navigating the complex maze of their phone system to try and speak with a live human, I was on hold for over half an hour (with 1 caller ahead of me). The 20 second repeating clip of music was pleasant the first 20 times I heard it. After half an hour, the system hung up on me, forcing me to be on hold once again (now there are "more than 3 callers" ahead of me). If the company is this desperate not to talk to people, they should just get rid of their phones.I should say, I haven't had a bad experience in the store before now, but today was just ridiculous.

Spent almost 3 hours on the phone to talk to someone in Pharmacy. They closed for lunch before I could speak to anyone. Closed down their drive through so your forced ro go inside. And the Pharmacist does not pay attention the prescriptions.

I just left this place. My visit was horrible not only did they acknowledge my appointment for vaccine. They said they had none for a few days. I understand but I called the place 3 times and on the 3rd call confirmed my appointment. The people in pharmacy nothing about no more vaccines available until I arrived.. And said none of them took any calls of my confirmation. I said yes you did I called the location 3 times. Horrible services not returning.

Two prescriptions were called in to be refilled on 7/8/18. Was called by Walgreens the morning of 7/9/18 that they were ready to be picked up. Went to the doctor at 4:15. The doctor called another prescription in. Went to Walgreens at 7pm to pick up prescriptions. Sat in line for 10 minutes, got to the pickup window and they tell me that prescriptions aren't ready. Should be ready in ten minutes. Went to Farm and Home to get dog food come back at 7:47pm wait 20 minutes in line get to the pickup window tell her I need 3 prescriptions. Pay for prescriptions and she hands me 2 prescriptions. Tell her that I had a third. She said they close at 8 pm. She says I will have to come back tomorrow to get it. Very poor service.

Ryley was amazing in the pharmacy. Our prescriptions were late to be called in and I had a baby who was tired and ready for lunch. After trying to get ahold my my doctor and her office for quite some time she came to the rescue and got my prescriptions for me within 5 minutes of hanging up the phone. She was a God send to my son and I today. Customer service was excellent. Thank you so much Ryley!

I have terrible allergies and I use a medication that is purchase limited to help control the methamphetamine issues. I am ok with the reason behind the purchase laws and all for the stopping of meth makers. However I am not a meth user or know anything about the stuff and I watch my amount of purchases allowed. I went to the Walgreens in Hannibal as normal to purchase my medication and am within the allowed amount and the pharmacist that I encountered was the most rude, disrespectful, ignorant person I have ever delt with. She was extremely unfriendly and proceeds to tell me I am not able to buy my medication anf handed me a receipt and walked away. I have never come across this before and asked her what this ment. She EXTREMELY RUDELY says "you have bought to many and call the number on receipt" turns her back and walked away. In standing there confused and she provided me NO HELP IN TRYING TO EXPLAIN why it says this. Remember I monitor my purchases and I purchase 1 box a month. Legally I am able to purchase 2 within 30 days. So I look at my receipt and there is NO # Only a website. I tried to log into the website using the transaction # on my receipt and it says no transaction # found. Did this pharmacist decided on her own to not sell me something that IS LEGAL for me to purchase and that I need medically? She was a snobby errogant rude women who should not be able to treat people like that!! I have been coming to this Walgreens for over a year and I will never go back

Closed one drive thru lane. The drive thru is just as bad as Quincy now. And the pharmacist doesn't pay attention to the scripts close enough. Several times I've went back to pick them up and was told I couldn't because it was to early. But if they would have bothered to read the scripts of check the history, or even call me. Instead I had to drive back later that day or waite for it. Also I've spent over 20 minutes waiting at the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me.

Just left this place and got denied of a covid test after they said they had two left and that was for scheduled appointments. I was one of the scheduled appointments they even emailed me that morning to remind me. I wonder if it because I’m black or just poor or what my life must not be a concern to a pharmacy

Absolute worst experience with any Walgreens ever! They have given me the wrong medication, the wait times are ridiculous which I wouldn't mind if the staff was pleasant, unfortunately the staff at this Walgreens have been extremely rude, making the elderly feel awful as they talk down to them..very sad. I would recommend using any other pharmacy besides this particular Walgreens!

Horrible customer service, rude, would not answer simple questions or help with anything. When we received our meds, about half were filled incorrectly, but they refused to take responsibility. Never will I use Walgreens again.
