First time in this location. The store was clean and well organized. There were several things I found that weren't where they were supposed to be and could not find a price associated with that product. They did have a nice doorway and ramp to most of the fencing/outdoor fencing, gates, shed, etc. That area was climate controlled and was very nice to view the merchandise.

My husband and I bought a great trailer, on sale, great deal. The transaction was smooth however the tags that were on the trailer were not the right numbers for the right trailer. So IF the right tags would have been put on the trailer to begin with our interactions at Tractor Supply Co. Would have been 5 stars, however when we went out to unlock the trailer that we just purchased and received the title for it became an argument with the manager over the numbers on the title that we had in hand, that matched the WRONG trailer that we did not purchase, that we did not take the initial tag off of. She continued to repeat that the serial number on the title matched this trailer not this trailer... Finally, she stopped long enough to realize it was not us, but the employees that tagged the trailers that messed up. 30 minutes later we were on our way with a new title and the correct trailer attached to our truck... Ugh

Employees are jerks. On July 7th,2023, I purchased a 50 lb sack of chicken feed and a large metal trash can online for pickup at the Hannibal MO store. Because I am medically disabled and unable to lift over 20 lbs or handle bulky items, I requested curbside pickup. An employee brought the two items to my car and gave me the 3rd degree about why I was using curbside pickup and not coming inside the store. He claimed his manager wanted him to ask. I informed him I was disabled and unable to lift 50 lbs. He informed me I could do home delivery FOR A FEE. He then was impertinent enough to ask how I was going to unload the items at home. I told him I had more assistance at home than I would ever find INSIDE TSC. Needless to say, I will never shop TSC ever again.

they always have decent toys around holidays however the employees were not very helpful and all 4 of them were outside at once taking smoke break together right by doors which is tacky if you ask me.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Marty and the entire Team at the Tractor Supply store in Hannibal Missouri.! This store and Team of associates are amazing! You always get greeted when you walk in every Asscoiate you pass in the store always asks if they can help you find anything and you always get thanked at the checkout lanes for coming into there store. You can also find most anything you need related to working outside, weather your looking for tools for gardening, tools to build or cut firewood , power equipment to top of the line clothing . You can find pretty much of anything you need for a outside job / project.Marty thank you for all your assistance for helping me load my heavy items and always being so helpful!!! They have a really good selection on their menu. I especially like the jalapeno poppers, the new pretzels with the cheese dip they have an all of their ice cream selections are excellent. But I find the place a little bit more expensive than most places.

This would be 5 stars if it wasn't for the cashier Cheryl I think her name is. She is constantly arguing with me trying to make me use my phone number instead of the ap. I've explained every single time I go in why I don't want to use my number and that's because SHE sat me up another account the 1 time I did and my points were going into 2 different places and I wasn't getting my rewards. I contacted the ap and they told me have them scan my barcode. She just refuses and expects me to give her my # or type it in now. So i just dont always get my points because of that cashier. I ONLY go here for Taste of The Wild dog food. I've recently noticed Farm and Home is cheaper tho so I'll probably never return to Tractor Supply in Hannibalagain. All because of her. Also, I recommend you guys get a pet wash station like all the other tractor supplies I'm familiar with before moving back to Missouri.

I visit this store at least once a week. Most of the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have fair prices and run sales regularly. If you can find it cheaper they will price match. They also have a great rewards program that is free to sign up for. It will send you special coupons and then quartly discounts (10% off entier purchase). I have found that it is worth it to buy all of my animal feed here and anything I need in between, then I will make larger purchases when I receive quartly rewards.

I called to see if they had a particular item I was looking for for a Christmas present. Shelby, who is on crutches, hobbled around the store looking for it and held for me until I could get there from Quincy! What wonderful customer service. I will definitely be back again. The Tractor Supply Co. In Hannibal , Mo. Have great employees they were all very helpful. They help me look for the wheelbarrow hand cart I needed,an it was on sale too. They took it up front for me because I had more shopping to do with my mom. Then when I paid I signed up for there club card, all you got to have is an email. You get bonus an coupons an etc. Then they helped take it out an put it in the back seat of my truck. Very nice an helpful store.
