Upsetting experience today at the Deli Department 😡....So, I ordered a 3 piece dinner meal. The guy waited on me which he wasn't friendly toward me when I spoke to him.He mumbled under his breath when I was choosing the best pieces of chicken I wanted. Very nasty towards me. After, he gave me my order I asked him what is his name three times.He told me he didn't know his name being sarcastic and rude. I told him he was nasty and rude towards me. He stated to me, "I am not being mean toward me."I spoke to the Store Manager, Daniel and he stated to me he will have a talk with him.At this point I was so upset 😡 that I no longer wanted my food nor continue to shop for groceries anymore at County Market.*The fried chicken is to die for, meaning delicious 😋...Daniel, stated that he will definitely have a conversation with "Marvin."Daniel paid for my food I do appreciate it but I really felt some type away that Marvin (the guy that served me at the Deli) was being, "PREJUDICE towards ME." (Before he waited on me the couple in front of me was white and he wasn't nasty toward them).Everybody knows that Hannibal is a small town that it's not too many grocery stores to choose from. I am going to leave it there! I can go more in depth but I am putting this in God's hands. God don't like ugliness.

I had a horrible experience from a third party floral company. First at 830 this morning I placed my order then was charged a hidden $25 charge after 4 hours got that canceled, then 6 hours after first contact they told me my order was unavailable and couldn't be delivered, got the entire thing canceled and called county market directly order placed and delivered with compassion and understanding from the kind soul working today!! She truly saved the day and put a smile on the face of a lady who most definitely deserves it.

Hannibal County Market doesn't put your bags of groceries into your cart even if you have a sling on your arm.You have to get them yourself and put them in your cart.While they are checking the next person out behind you. RUDE!!!!

Came in at 5pm to get some fried chicken and sides for supper.. no sides available because “the last shift didn’t cook any” why is everyone around here so damn lazy. The manager needs to do a better job.

Had a young lady named Jackie bag my groceries. She was very pleasant and smiled and offered to help carry them. A few weeks later I had the same young lady check me out. Once again she was very pleasant and helpful.

My shopping experience at the County Market in Hannibal, MO was awesome. The store was clean, and items were easy to find and organized as they should be. The only items that I could not find was simply because they were out of stock. The deli clerk was kind and offered me a sample of a certain pasta salad that I wondered what it tasted like. The check out clerk was kind and helpful to show me how to apply the digital coupons to my County Market app so I could get the discounted price. Awesome 👍😎 job Hannibal County Market 😊.

It is always so nice & clean. The take-home lasagna & meatloaf meals are EXCELLENT!! Pop in the microwave for 3½ min & you have a home-cooked meal!! Love it!

I don't know if a cooler or freezer went bad or what. The smell was awful the second we walked in. Doesn't seem to matter what County Market you go to the fresh produce needs fresh removed from the title..do you ever notice the expired items??

I’m from St. Louis so I’m not very familiar with County Market. But it is a great place to stop for your grocery needs! Very well lit and looks super clean inside. I probably looked so out of place because I had no idea where anything was but the store was easy to navigate. Surprised that there were no lines for the registers especially with how busy it appeared to be! So, I was in and out in a few minutes. The cashier and bagger were friendly. Very positive experience. Don’t be surprised if you see me pop up every once in a while 😃 What up Hannibal! ✌🏻

I am disappointed that sale items require a max card. I don't have one and don't intend to get one. I spent $30.00 more than I intended to because of not having a card. Even items in store marked on sale were charged full price. They didn't have a max card sign. I think shoppers should be treated equally regardless of whether they have a card or not. Now in order to get sale items you need to download their app. Not everyone has a smart phone. I'll shop elsewhere from now on.

The shopping was fine but did not get any of the sale prices because I did not use my max card.I don't always remember that I have the max card but usually the check out clerk asks if I have one and then I usually dig it out of my purse. She did not ask me today if I had a max card so therefore I did not get any of the sales prices because I did not use my max card. I went to the service desk after I paid for our groceries and and asked the lady how come I did not get the sale prices and she said because I did not use the max card and she did not offer to ring up up my max card for a refund. If you have to use the max card to get the sale prices they should ask for a max card as i do not shop there a lot and I forget that I have one. O guess I will be shopping there less now
