Male manager said he couldn't sell us floor model sofa and he didn't know what Black Friday sales would be. Said we would have to come back on Black Friday. We walked out and looked up on our phones Big lots Black Friday sale and indeed everything was listed. Poor management 😢

Who doesn't like big lots. They have a variety of things, from furniture to home decor. Outside seasonal items to make your back yard look nice. Friendly enough staff that are always welling to give a helping hand.

Prices are excellent along with quality of item. More so than I expected. Variety of items. Only negative I have to say about my visit is... obviously they are rearranging the store and the way they have cashier line set up is terrible!!!As I am sure this will be changed. Employees were very friendly and helpful

Service at the register was great. However the store is a big mess. It has been for my last 3 times shopping. Today, a peg hook was on the shelf under a pillow in seasonal. When I went to look at the pillow the peg hook feel and hit my foot. No I was not hurt, however as I went through the process of shopping there were gondola shelves sitting on end on the floor , and they were there when I was there last week.The store used to be one of the cleanest and neatest of your stores. Today if I worked there I would be embarrassed to admit it.

My go to store for all my decorating needs and for many, many other things. I shop there at least once a month. Love to browse their furniture section. We got a tv table there and its actually very sturdy and we get a lot of compliments on it. They have a good lamp and bed selection and sometimes occasional chairs. The only drawback is they do not give your money back if you happen to get a bad product, from what I have experienced. I believe there is a wait time of some sort. Also, I buy most of my spices there for a buck each!There have great Christmas decorations; trees and yard ornaments to boot! Its just a great, inexpensive,all around good store. I recommend you buy there.

Disappointed. Barely any Halloween decorations and not a one blow up or Halloween lights. All kinds of Christmas was being put on shelves .This was the beginning of October

It's clean. The staff is friendly. Great discount store. The attached furniture store section sometimes has some great bargains. Perfect place to purchase furniture for your basement, college dorm, or apartment.
