Always horrible service. This time we ordered at 6:20 supposed to be ready at 7:25. When we got there they said it will be ready in 10 minutes. Then in 10 minutes they said they lost the ticket and was looking at the wrong customers order. So they had to make the pizzas. Finally at 8:10 our order was ready. Always a horrible experience at this Caseys.

Would not recommend morning time there as the old guy that cooks breakfast is snotty and has an attitude with customers like we are a bother.if you get anything out of the warmer he jumps up an storms over to it an ruffly slides the stuff forward then goes to the front an slams the door,God forbid you ask him a question an he says it's not his job an find a cashier to help you would not an will not recommend it to anyone unless it changes

We are in town for a funeral, looked up caseys online. The pictures were great, so we decided to stop by for a quick bit to eat. Well, we pulled up to the biggest bummer of our trip, no food cooked except 2 very dry slices of beef pizza. We got some snacks anyway but spent light so we could to somewhere with food. Oh and 50 minutes for fresh pizza or other food.

Bathroom was not clean. Toilet brushes out with matter on them, clearly visible. No tank on back of toilet and a sign in the door instructing you how to be able to lock it.

One of only a few restaurants in Hamilton and within walking distance of the quilting retreat center. The two chef salads were made correctly and had the added bonus for me of only romaine lettuce. The tables were clean, staff listened to order detail, restrooms clean and stocked.

Stood by the bakery for about 5 minutes waiting to order some food. Both employees made eye contact with me a few times but couldn't even acknowledge my presence or use some sort of common courtesy to say something simple like please hold on or anything close. I know they were a little busy since there were quite a few people walk in pay the cashier. This does not make it impossible to acknowledge the customers waiting for your employees.The cooler with water was almost empty. There was no plain water.The facilties were somewhat clean.

Employees (I saw two) masked appropriately. Four other customers inside when I was, NONE masked at all. Pathetic.Restrooms always clean at Casey's. Still serving pizza with egg at 11:25 so I bought none. Their non-breakfadt pizza is generally great.

Stopped to use restroom and get bottle of water. No toilet paper, bathroom needed cleaning. Completely out of bottled water in cooler, the pop/ice machine was out of order, the slushee machine was out of order. Needs a good cleaning!

I asked for a meal deal advertised online. It came back $12 over the online price. The cashier told me it would be $1.75 to sub black olives for onions. Then they said they were out of pepperoni and I’d be $1.75 to have bacon or ham on a supreme instead of pepperoni. I’ve never herd of Casey’s or any pizza place charging extra to sub a veggie for veggie or meat for meat. On top of all of that said they couldn’t find my coupon I found on their website.

Pump 6 doesn't print receipt, you have to go in and get it. There is no place to park an RV away from the extremely busy pumps so one can collect the receipt, use the restroom, and get drinks and food. Very poor layout and use of property for travelers. Great for the locals.

Awful!!! Register wouldn't work properly and that was after waiting for atleast 10 other customers to go thru. They debited my card several times and then switched registers after I went outside to get another card and cash. Made me wait until another 6 customers went thru and start all over. I ended up being late for an appointment, but at least got my money credited back. I felt like I was at Wal-Mart, the registers are there but only one was being used. Aggravating.

We reeeeeally needed a gas station as we were driving around the area and we were happy to have this. ... With a fully stocked grocery store and clean restrooms. The price of gas was good, too!

Casey's is a gas station. Not a restaurant. You can get food, gas and use the bathroom. Nice bathroom!

Pulling camper threw there.they very nice people, they let us stay there over nite.ty so much ,even had a man go out on 36 an check roads for us ,,we didnt even ask him it to this he a reg at that store .very sweet man .also had a wave driver stop an check on us .ty so much for your town .

Tried to use Casey's rewards on gas and and worker acted like she didn't know how to do it. Only had to repeat what we said and still didn't get our discount.

Stood in line for 20 mins to finally get someone to make a sub sandwich and then waiting another 10 mintues to make another one. For him to say it would be 10 minutes more before he could get to it.

Had taco pizza. First time in years. It actually had the correct toppings on this time. Just wish they would use taco meat instead of Italian or what ever it it was.
