The items I got had great prices and the quality of the products is good. The staff at the store was very helpful and very friendly. They have produce , what a nice surprise to be able to buy a nice fresh tossed salad and they have more hardware and automotive items than any DG I've been in .The staff were very friendly and searched for items that I couldn't locate.Go Greenfield Dollar General

Customer service is great but I will say there is two registers and the self-checkout one of the registers has been down for at least a month there's always a long line of people the self-checkout don't work you're in there for 30 minutes to get checked out it's ridiculous they really need to take the time to fix the register and have the shelves stocked

Two customers (1 male 1 female) came into the store with 3 cards they found outside. The cashier then called me (the MOD) to the front where I took the cards and put them in the safe (all was on camera). The customer came in (before I left the front area) I gave her the cards ( all on camera). She then went outside with the 2 people who found them. At NO TIME did I go outside.

Always clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. Didn't have what I needed, (don't carry it any more) but was asked if I needed help. Nice big parking lot and wide isles inside.

The employees are always nice and friendly. But all of the Dollar Generals seem to have stuff cluttering the isles to the point that you can barely get a cart down them.

My mom lost her little ipsy bag she uses as a purse and the employee working had her man there waiting my mom only got 3 cards back they kept everything else money ect but 3 cards were in the safe the only one that had access to it on May 24th 2020 was the girl working and was the one that got out of the car and gave my mom her other cards out of the safe. Better check your cameras bc my mom lost everything!!!

Went to get a phone and got told they don't sell phones no more because there system can't ring them up. Why have them when you can't buy them

Been in alot of Dollar General stores. This one is totally stocked. Extremely clean and tidy. To date the most friendly and helpful staff I've come across.

No stock on shelves told numerous times over several days a product was in the back and they just hadn't got it out. Turns out they didn't have the product at all. Change in management may not have been a good thing after all.

Overcharge a lot, never can get any help. Usually one person on the register and rest outside. And whatever you do dont ask for ice you will get even worse service

It was like most newly renovated Dollar General stores. Short on help and long slow checkout lines. That's why I rarely shop at their stores now!

This is for the Dollar General in Greenfield Missouri. Really quick close to Roark Bluff camping in ground and I have to say this Dollar General was loaded full of good stuff!
