Took the kitten in. They were patient and gentle with him. The kitten was relaxed and calm even with all those digs barking. We were able to find everything we needed and they answered all of our questions. My granddaughter even picked out a glow fish for her tank.

Don’t usually leave reviews but I called and asked in a very nice tone to check on an application I had sent in to show how interested I was in the job, the worker who initially answered was sweet but the male manager who then answered was very rude and had a bad attitude with me for no reason. Glad I was not hired.

Molly cooperated and behaved extremely well for the groomer surprisingly, considering her consistent history of over excitement with anyone new wanting to jump excessively all over them and licking them. Skye was an extremely good match for her. I am beyong extremely happy with the services she received.

The cashier lyniah is amazing . I brought my toddler in there and he was crying up a storm .. I was coming to get crickets and worms for my bearded dragon so going to check out lyniah says “hey wanna help me with the crickets love” he instantly stopped crying and ran to her helped grabbed the crickets and she told him how to check out and everything . Gave him 1 dollar cause he only one and he had a good rest of the day she called him best friend and every since than he’s like “mommy can we go see best friend” he hated coming to petco but now I he wants to be there everyday . You need More workers like lyniah …

I love this Petco location! I have adopted many fish and hamsters from here. Their products are amazing too! We feed my puppy food only from Petco. The employees are amazing too, they are so kind. 5 stars.

This is without a doubt the worst Petco I have ever been to. Zero stars. Have gone here multiple times and every time they have messed something up. I thought it was a fluke and tried going back. Not only did they mess up my appointment times and only schedule 1 of my 2 dogs, they also did not do a good job on the haircut at all. Please go to a different store if you at all care how your dog looks when they are cut or having reliable appointment times.

I went to store to get my parakeet s some treats to get up front to pay and no one is there to check me out so I am saying hello hello is anyone working and no one comes so I see the top of this ladies head and walked over we're I could see if anyone worked here and a lady says give me a second and I will get someone to help me,Really.Thats not how things work so I gave more than a couple secs and I left.Horrible customer service and needless to say I have birds that still want a treat .Not sure if I will go back there.

Worst place to take your pet to be groomed. I took my dog there the first time and had no issues. The lady was amazing. I come back and after two hours and $50 later the lady didn't do anything but bathe him. Said she couldn't do it. So now my dogs haid is coming out in chunks all over my house because she didn't brush him after the bath. I'm so mad! I will not be coming back! I should add the first lady wasnt there anymore and this lady was 30 minutes late showing up to the appt. We've never had a problem with him misbehaving so bad where they couldn't do it. So now I have to pay who knows how much money to get it redone.

They killed my friends dog used a blow dryer on her. You don't use a blow dryer on some breeds.
