I purchased a cub cadet zero turn in April for my yard. I then decided to start a small lawn care business with my son. I checked out a couple of other dealerships because of different brand offerings and came back to Valley Outdoor because of the service and integrity they offer. Pam has always been helpful in getting things taken care of and Rusty shared lots of knowledge and talked me out of spending some money I didn’t need to based on my intended use. Every positive review reflects my experience with valley outdoor. I have a somewhat obscure mower (yahzoo/keys). Some parts are hard to come by. Rusty exceeded all expectations. I would spend more $ to enjoy the customer service they show, yet their prices are competitive. It takes an exceptional experience good or bad for me to write a review.

Rusty and Pam really go out of their way to assist their customers. Service and sales are what they do best. In my experience I have been very satisfied with every transaction I have had there. This includes my zero turn mower purchase to power trimming equipment as well. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. Oh, and by the way you must check out their pooch that does a hilarious rope trick. Makes me laugh every time I visit!

We've been looking for a part for our recently 2nd hand mower and couldn't find the part, let alone know what it was called. A guy gave me their number and, yeah, Pam knew what it was called and that they could order it for me. I even googled it on Amazon, after knowing what its called, and Valley Outdoor was a little cheaper! Will definitely recommend this place!

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Rusty over the past few weeks bringing two derelict snow blowers back to life. I did my research on parts beforehand and his prices beat the internet! He had parts none of the "parts" stores (orielleys, Napa, Lowe's, etc) ever thought of carrying. They'll make sure you're taken care of. If you hear a loud bark behind you, don't be alarmed, just throw her ball for her. They've earned a lifelong customer.

I walked in to this place looking for a throttle linkage for a small engine. Nobody was behind the parts counter for several minutes and nobody was wearing a mask. After waiting several minutes for someone to help me an older woman came out of her office and immediately acted like I just messed up her day by being there. I told her what I was looking for and she interrupted me several times by saying that they have nothing for me there and that they can't help me. So I left.

Got a Gravely HD60 a couple of years ago. Running great. Super helpful staff, and I mean EVERYONE . Just took my very dull mower blades in to be sharpened on a saturday morning no less and the guy in the shop had it done in 10 minutes. $7 a blade. Cut like new or better. I Highly recommend doing business with this outfit.
