A wonderful caring and expert staff attended to our sweet little Catalina Kay, our mini golden doodle. Braxton is our groomer and does a great job with her. They give the dogs breaks so they don't get stressed out and I think our pup really enjoyed all the attention! Very reasonably priced at 55 for her first appointment. We made another appointment in 4 weeks, and will get a $10 discount.

I have to give TLC grooming many thanks and kudos. Meagan is amazing she has been grooming my dog almost 5 years and she is so patient with him. I adopted Dash when he was one, I wasn’t informed that he was aggressive. I learned later after bringing him home, by then I had fell in love and couldn’t send him back. Meagan, Braxton and even Jasmine who comes out to get him are always patient kind and I really appreciate them and the whole TLC grooming team for looking beyond Dash’s flaws and aggression and still showing him the love and patients he need. I moved to Belton and still make the drive to Grain Valley, I am a lifetime customer!

My 9 year old Chihuahua had never been to the groomers. He is typically a biter and I was fearful that he would bite and he would get be asked to leave and not come back. However, to my surprise Coachie was a good boy. I appreciate Megan and her ability to manage my little not so perfect dog. I asked if I should muzzle him or dose him with Benadryl to make him more approachable. Megan stated, "No, we want him in his natural state." Thank you TLC, we'll be back.

This was Ace's first visit to TLC. The team was very nice and got us in last minute. They did a great job with our dog and followed our request for how we wanted him cut. The groomer was professional and Ace left very happy. We'll be back! Call soon they book up quickly.

We have taken our Eskie there a couple of times and each time he comes back looking like a new pup! He literally looks like he lost some weight because they were able to help him with his under coat during his shedding cycle.

Have been taking my pitbull here for a few months and will not go anywhere else. They always give my dog so much love and do a great job. I brought my dog in with a broken nail before and they fixed it with ease. So amazing would recommend them to everyone!! Side note Meagen and all the staff are just so great!

UPDATE: I needed to update My review for TLC Grooming & Boarding. I give it a full 5 stars. The staff is always updating my wife on any concerns or issues regarding our dogs. The communication between the staff and customer is beyond excellent!! I highly recommend this place for your pet grooming needs. My wife takes our dogs here to get them groomed. She recommended only 4-stars because she has taken our dogs right as they open and we had to wait until the place is closed before our dogs are finished. It might be because people complain about waiting for their pets and get taken care of first. A solid first-come-first-served practice would make the wait fair for everyone and encourage others to get their pets in earlier. The staff is friendly and always do a great job. The price is also very reasonable.

We had a misunderstanding about how long it would take, and they had to rush so I could get to work on time, so I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. When I got there my poodle looked so great!!! They did an excellent job, and he was really a mess when I dropped him off because I tried to groom him myself during quarantine. They were very apologetic about the misunderstanding, which was honestly as much my fault as theirs. But they more than made up for it by taking such great care of my dog, and at a reasonable price!

I love TLC! They are amazing with my fur babies! I have a standard poodle and a mulitpoo. They are so excited to go for a spa day! They wiggle and pull me up to the door! The customer service is amazing as are the staff! Thank you TLC Grooming! I will continue to drive 45 min one way every 6 weeks (driving past many other groomers) for many years to come because of the amazing service and love and care my boys get!

Meagan is a rock star!! Vinnie Paul can be a total jerk at times and she was willing to groom him anyway. He's been kicked out from another groomer for biting. She was able to love on him and he was very happy to be made handsome again...even if he disliked the drying process on his face! Lol.Will be taking all of our dogs to Meagan at TLC...she is most awesome!!!

As part of her full grooming, I asked that my cocker spaniels ears be shaved underneath - helps avoid ear infections. I specifically told two of the ladies that came out to get her. After picking her up they had not done that. I was instructed to bring her back and they would take care of it. I took her back a second time and they still did not shave the hair underneath her ears. She’s an older dog & going to be groomed really stresses her out. Every other groomer addresses that area knowing full well they are prone to infections. It shouldn’t have been difficult to understand or do. Will not use TLC again.

Our GSD loves them. He's been going to them since he was 2. We drive out of our way to take him there because they are nice to him, and genuinely like him. He likes them too. Thats important.
