SO IMPRESSED. I have a very nervous, rescue pup that’s about 7 years old. Medium sized, longer hair, unknown bread. I just moved here from WI/MN two days ago and needed a groomer asap. They squeezed her in to their next morning appointments! When I arrived my dog knew what was about to happen and was super scared (as always for grooming), but they were SO KIND, gentle and helpful in getting her in the door. Super friendly as I filled out paperwork. When I came back, they had Keena walking out SO CALM, HAPPY AND BEAUTIFUL. Normally she can’t wait to run out the door to get away at a groomers and she didn’t mind hanging out in there for a bit while I chatted with the ladies for a few more minutes. AND MY FAVORITE PART is they offer a few complimentary items, my pup came out with Chiefs bows on her ears and a bandana around her neck looking like she was literally about to be on the next cover of Dog Magazine.Overall, HIGHLY recommend. Oh, and prices were fabulous compared to where I used to live in the Twin Cities!Thanks so much again, ladies!

Very disappointed. My dogs didn’t need that much done. A bath, nails clipped, ears cleaned, etc. They came home with nails barely trimmed. Ears didn’t look like they were cleaned since they still had a lot of wax in them, nor did they have a fresh smell like they’ve just came from the groomers.. if it was one thing, I wouldn’t be leaving a review and just call. It’s very disappointing when you spend a lot of money and don’t get the service you paid for. I will not be returning.

Tippy and her mother, are the best! Had my dogs nails clipped and her glands expressed all for$20 including a tip. For this procedure no appointment needed. They are good people. They do this while you wait, about 5 to 10 minutes.

We absolutely love puppy love pet grooming! My husband and I have been taking our dog there every few months when she gets too shaggy. Took her again today and she got the cutest haircut and left so happy! They're very reasonably priced, loving to your pet, and do a wonderful job! I would highly recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them for my fur babies. They are conveniently located and keep a very clean shop.

Took my pups here for the first time today, they were in bad shape, i've been so busy and just havent been able to keep up with them. I told them exactly how i wanted my pups and they followed through, theyre so soft and smell so nice and theyre so happy! Which makes me happy, the owner was so nice, the shop was cute and clean, prices are unbeatable, we'll deffinately go back and i recomend that others give them a try as well! Thank you cathy and tiffy!

Literally the worst hair cut we've ever seen. It actually looked like a child had done it. Really botched up and uneven. Actually shaved large portions to the skin, and on a breed that's not supposed to be shaved. Then charged a really high fee for a really bad job. Definitely wouldn't go again with my dog.

The staff was very kind and patient with our Husky This was her first time at a groomer and she was a little apprehensive. They also took time to get the information on our Husky as well as explain everything they did. Was very impressed.

**They have moved.**I dropped my daughter's Wheaten off to be groomed. Wheatens are well mannered, sweet dogs. When she picked the dog up and walked her to the car, she discovered her toenail was bleeding. (Her kids needed to be picked up from the sitter's so she continued on.) When arriving home her car seat was covered in blood. The dog's nail was cut extremely short and after so much bleeding she required a bath. The nail continued to bleed during the evening. My daughter works and I had dropped the dog off the previous day so I went back to hear their side of the story before writing an unfavorable review. The young owner was nice and apologized and we discussed possible ways the matter could have or should have been handled. However, I felt that her mother was basically blaming my daughter for letting her dog walk on the cement and aggravating the nail that was cut too short; not using enough flour to stop the bleeding; she didn't bring the dog back in immediately when bleeding was discovered; nor did she call and get help from them when the bleeding continued. Don't blame the dog for moving on the table either. Since nails frequently bleed, they don't compensate for nails. If it's that common maybe they should have mats covering the cement. Had they mentioned the possible issue, (they forgot) the dog could have been carried to the car. My issue is they should have been up front and proactive yesterday.

Tippy and Cathy are great! They always take great care of my dogs, both the small one and the large one. The small one is a poodle mix and she always looks so beautiful. Our big one is a black lab and he is always so shiny and smooth! They love dogs and they will treat them well!

Beware of taking your dog for grooming. . There is no way to view your dog getting groomed and the groomer is just in it for the money. My pup was treated very rough and is still having nightmares. They were very nice when just opening however things are not the same since moving to the new location across the street. I've never had pets mart advise of any bad behavior and my dog leaves happy. I should have trusted my judgement when my dog would not go in back in the door and had to pick him up to enter for the second grooming here. I will not go back.

This is my honest opinion of this place. While I have taken my dog to a few different places and things did not work out from different reason. I have a white German Shepherd named Sonya which she is the sweetest dog you will ever meet. She is 114 pounds of love I tell you. She doesn't bark, she doesn't growl, she obeys commands from basically anyone she is very smart and well trained. We have been to Petco and had issues with the way they treated our dog and the way they treated other peoples dogs. We had the same issue with petsmart but had an issue with the manager not knowing how to clip a dogs nails and not getting in the quick of the nail. Ny dog came home shore refusing to put her paw down. Puppy love I'm not sorry for giving you this review but you very much deserve it. When you bath your own animals do you treat them with respect and give them comfort and actually give car while you are washing and brushing them? If you told me yes I would call you a liar. A few days after I get my dog back from you and I started feeling bumps in her fur. I didn't think anything of it just maybe she had some left over shampoo in her fur as we understand because she has two big coats of fur. I decided to take a better look. I started looking all over her from top to bottom all the way to the top of her back. She has scabs all over her from your poor grooming techniques and care. No these scabs are even in places sonya could not scratch and she didn't have them before as w take the best care we can of sonya because she is a rescue and has already been abused and treated poorly most of her beginning life. So we don't take stuff like this lightly. I encourage everyone who goes here and really cares for your dog please check them before you leave because it's not puppy love that goes on here it people that have lost sight on what it means to take care of others pets.

I love that they always have upbeat Christian music playing, The staff is very friendly know how to make great conversation and make you feel like a part of the family right when you walk in the doorThey always put bows on my baby and have her looking spectacular every time!
